Nagisa's POV

We're finally gonna play in the ball games today. After some intense training from Koro-sensei, I think we're pretty much ready.

We practiced our formations, strategies, how to handle situations, and finally, to shoot. I'm not really good at shooting, but our best shooter is probably Yada-san.

Kaede walked beside me as we headed towards the basketball court. AKA, the gym. We were wearing our gym uniforms, and I tied my hair into a ponytail.

We also brought lots of water and snacks.

Kaede said, "We're really gonna do it..."

I nodded, "Yep. But I'm sure we can do it."

Rio-chan tapped her shoulder while giving a confident smile, "Besides, Koro-sensei trained us with his Mach 20 speed."

Speaking of Koro-sensei, he went off with the boys, in the baseball field. He said that 'We'll be fine without him.'

We went into the gym, and we saw the basketball club already there. They noticed us and came walking.

"Prepare to lose, class E losers." One of the members said.

"Be prepared to be humiliated in front of the whole student body."

All of them laughed and walked away.

Rio-chan scoffed, "Tch! Just watch!" she yelled at them.

Kataoka-san smiled, "We can't be too confident, Nakamura-san."

I heard the crowd whispering, "Those class E morons are so gonna get beaten up."

"Let's sit back and enjoy the show."

We decided to ignore them, and head inwards. The game was about to start.

We gathered around, and Kataoka-san looked at us, "Okay, so the first 5 people to go in are Kurahashi, Yada, Nagisa, Nakamura, and Kayano. The others will be substitute."

We all nodded. I didn't really wanted to go out first, but Kataoka-san suggested that I should.

"You all remember the rules right? And make sure to remember the solutions to situations."

We all nodded again, and the first group went out. We faced the basketball team, also with 5 members.

They all had confident smirks, looking down on us. I was pretty nervous...

The referee spoke, "The basketball club VS class E!"

We all bowed and said, "Let's have a good game."

Then we quickly made our formations, with Kurahashi-san to do the jump ball.

The referee threw the ball...

They both jumped, but the other team got it first. She ran with the ball to our side.

We all tried to block her, but she was way too fast. In a blink of an eye, she threw the ball in the hoop, giving them 2 points.

Kaede was shocked, "Already!?"

Rio-chan got the ball and went to the corner. We all scatterd, with me in the middle.

Rio-chan threw the ball to my direction, and I caught it. I Instantly dribbled to their ring, but the ball was taken by another girl.

"Wha-" I exclaimed.

The girl passed the ball to another member near our hoop. She threw the ball...

Ah! Yada-san blocked her!

"Tch!" The girl exclaimed.

Yada-san passed the ball to Rio-chan, who then passed it to me. I threw the ball.

Slowly, the ball was spinning on the ring... And... It fell out! Dammit!

The other team got the ball and instantly dribbled to our hoop. They threw it... And it went in...

What!? Another 2 points!?

This time, Kurahashi-san had the ball. She passed it to Kaede, and she started dribbling it. When a basketball club member approached her, she passed it to me.

I dribbled it, and threw it to Yada-san, who was standing by near the hoop. She caught it, and threw the ball.

Come on...

Come on...!

Yes!!

The ball went in, giving us 2 points.

"Yes!" Kurahashi-san exclaimed.

Then, one of the basketball club member raised her hand, signaling a time-out.

We gathered to our class. Kanzaki-chan smiled, "Great job, guys!" Kataoka-san gave us water, "Yeah, good job. We managed to get 2 points."

I said, "Still though, they show no mercy."

Nakamura-san nodded, "Tell me about it!"

We then heard the referee blow the whistle. Time to play again.

The referee threw the ball, and this time, we got it. Nakamura-san passed the ball to Yada-san, but the other team managed to steal it from us.

She ran to our hoop, but Kaede interfered. She tried to get the ball back, but they already threw the ball.

And it went in... Another 2 points...

The score was 6-2. Pretty bad...

I got the ball this time, and threw it to Kaede, who was close to me. She dribbled and passed it to Yada-san, who then shot the ball into the hoop.

Oh crap, it missed!

The other team tried to get the ball, but Nakamura-san grabbed it first, "Not on my watch!!" I ran towards the hoop, and she threw it to me.

I quickly saw who was the nearest to the ring, Kaede. I passed it to her, and she instantly shot it.

It went in! Another 2 points.

I then saw a member talking to the captain. One of them smiled. That's bad news...

The member got the ball, and threw it to the captain.

The captain went to our hoop, with Yada-san following. Yada-san tried to get the ball, but the captain pushed her, and she fell...

She threw the ball, and it went in. 2 points, "Sorry. It was an accident." She said while smirking.

I ran to her, "Yada-san!"

Rio-chan turned to the referee, "Hey! This is a foul!!"

The referee then sighed and signaled the foul, we get one free shot.

I turned to Yada-san, "Are you okay? Can you still play?"

She winced in pain, "Ugh... Yeah, I can..." her knees were red and bruising.

"No way. You need to rest. We'll bring out a substitute."

I helped her to the group, and they sent out Kataoka-san as substitute.

Kaede was doing the free shot. She threw the ball... It was slowly spinning on the ring.

It went in! We get 1 point.

The score was now 8-5.

Not much time left. The game continued, and Kataoka-san had the ball.

She passed it to me, but a member blocked my way, her legs spread and arms wide opened.

Then, I saw Kurahashi-san behind her. I bounced the ball between her legs, and Kurahashi-san caught it.

The girl was annoyed, "Arggh!!"

Kurahashi-san dribbled to their hoop, but was blocked by two people.

All of our other members were behind, so I ran again. She passed it to me. They all surrounded me.

I was behind the three-point line.

I took a deep breath, "Okay, Nagisa. Remember your training. Find your target."

I looked at the hoop.

"Lock-on..."

The members were gonna steal the ball away.

"And shoot!!"

Like aiming a bullet to the target, I shot the ball.

It went in perfectly!! 3 points!! Our scores are tied!!

Kaede exclaimed, "Amazing, Nagisa!"

I smiled as the other team scoffed in annoyance.

Less than two minutes left...

The other team threw the ball to another member, and she ran to our hoop like lightning.

But Kataoka-san stole the ball, and passed it to Kaede.

She went to our hoop, but was blocked by the captain... Kaede stood still, shocked and her mouth wide opened.

"Kaede?" I asked.

Another member came between them, and grabbed the ball from her.

"Ah!" Kaede exclaimed.

She ran towards our hoop. We blocked her, but she went past us.

She threw the ball...

Come on... Miss...

We all watched as the ball approached the hoop. It started spinning around on the ring...

Slowly, ever so slowly, it leaned in... And it went inside. 2 points...

The referee blew his whistle, the game is finished.

We all gasped for air as we walked to our group.

I drank water, "Haah..."

"Good work." Hayami-san said.

Kataoka-san also drank, "Where's Yada-san?"

Yada-san was sitting, "I'm here! My knees got treated, and they don't hurt as much anymore."

Kurahashi-san smiled, "I'm glad."

We heard the crowd, "What the heck? They almost lost against class E..."

"How boring..."

We headed out of the gym, and walked to the baseball field.

Rio-chan fanned herself, "Man, that was so close!"

Kataoka-san was spinning the ball, "There were a few times where we could've won. We'll get our revenge!"

Kaede looked down, "Sorry... I ended up dragging everyone down..."

"That's not true at all, Kayano-san!" Kataoka-san said.

"When I saw the club captain's breasts bouncing around like that... I was filled with such anger and killing intent that the world went red."

We sweatdropped, "What's with your hatred on big boobs!?"

We walked towards the baseball field, where the guys were. I wonder how Karma-kun's doing..

Soo I intended to put the whole thing in one chapter buut... Yeah, not happening.

This chapter is already 1.5 k words. XD
