Still replaying yesterday's episode, his cheeks a little flushed as he walked out of the room.

How would he act normal later?

Would she notice? Of course not.

Most importantly, 

How would Keefe feel?

He had always known, from the time he first laid his eyes on both blondes, that  they liked each other, but both to shy to admit.

Shy.

His exact emotion.

And what if-

"TAMMY!!! THAT HURT YOU KNOW?" Linh screeched, rubbing her hand over her forehead.

Oops...

"Sorry," he mumbled, his face suddenly heating up yet again. 

What if that happened with him and Sophie?

Linh smirked again.

He sighed.

"Make way for the love-sick puppy!" Linh grinned as she pushed things aside for the twins to walk through.

Trying not to roll his eyes at her, Tam walked to the leapmaster, a gift from Dex.

His blood still boiled a little at the name.

Swallowing down the bile in his throat, both brother called, "Foxfire!" in unison and they stepped into the beam of light.

With happened to be red.

The bright light of the crystals nearly blinded Tam as he walked to his locker with Linh, who was finally not smirki-

Wait.

She was.

UGHHHHHHH LINH JUST STOP

Wait.

She wouldn't have been doing it for no apparent reason...

Oh no.

Oh no this was bad.

Sure enough, as he looked up, Tam saw a beautiful pair of glistening brown eyes staring at me as an additional pair of sliver-blue ones stared back at them.

Any other boy would stare, but

me I look away, 'cause you're making me scared'

And immediately after that 1-2 seconds, he flinched.

Yep.

Because Sophie Foster was there.

"Hi Sophie."

There. 

It was just a hi.

THEN WHY IS YOUR HEART BEATING LIKE CRAZY?

Linh's smirk was making its way to the bottom of her ears.

"Hi! See you at lunch!"

With that, she walked off.

Tam sighed. He definitely needed to learn how to harden his face to stop himself from blushing.

Or more importantly, to stop Linh from smirking 'cause she was going to become more annoying than Keefe it that continued.

For the rest of the day, he couldn't concentrate during Foxfire sessions, too focused on thinking about what would happen at lunch.

Lady Zillah, noticing the change in his usual focus level, clapped her hands to catch his attention. "Mr Song!"

Jolting upright, Tam regretted not paying attention as he received detention for the next day, and Lady Zillah promised that she would make Master Cadence in charge of it.
