Chaewon's POV

"I-Its taste.... Its not bad.." After the flirting we just made, we cooked the macaroons and I expected too much.

"Next time let's just buy from a bakery.." Minju smile beside me, I giggle.

"Nope its fine, you see, maybe we just over mix the batter that's why it became like that.." I explained examining the macaroon then looking at Minju, she was busy looking at a macaroon too, her side profile is showing perfectly. Aphrodite is shaking.

'I wonder if I really do feel something for you or its just an urge to fuel my plan to get to know more about your father..'

"Staring is bad.." Minju suddenly move a macaron close to my lips brushing it, I bite it.

"Y-Yah..! That's mine-"

"Just say you want a kiss from me again.." I smirk and look away from her.

"W-What?! N-No way!!" I heard Minju sigh and place the macaron on the plate looking down, pure silence envelop the whole room.

"Say Chaewon-unnie... You haven't tell anything about your parents to me.. Before the incident.." She suddenly broke the silence, I look down and smile a bit, I didnt expect that, but I shook my thoughs and tease her.

"Do my future girlfriend want to know?" I ask her, our eyes then meet and she is blushing so hard. Cute.

"Y-Yah you haven't ask me to be your girlf-"

"You want to?"

"K-Kim Chaewon! -Unnie!!" She pout.

"What?!" I tilt my head.

"U-Unnie.. Hajima.."

"Okay.. I'll stop now.." I giggle and look down.

"I'm not forcing you to tell me Chaewon-nii.. I will respect that.." Minju hold my hand and rest her head on my shoulder, okay I have to tell her.

"Maybe its also time to tell somebody about my family.. Maybe I will feel much better after it.." I hold her hand back and she drag me to the couch.

"I will go get us drinks.." She smile and walk back to the kitchen.

'Opening up to the daughter of the man I want to kill maybe will help me learn about her more too... For investigations.. Right.. Just for that..'

"Only Yena knows about my family now I will let her know too.." I turned on the television and browse, Minju sure took her time too much.

"Sorry unnie I took long.." Minju came back with popcorn and watermelon juice, I smile and pat the empty space beside me.

"Yah its fine.. You even bought popcorn.." I smile and grab some from the bowl, she hum and place it on my lap.

"Im planning to watch movie later unnie.." She smile.

"Lets start unnie.." She added and open their smart tv for a background noise.

"My family is just simple.. My mom used to work at a company like yours and dad have his own business, car workshop.." I said, she hum and continue to listen carefully.. She's really interested.

"So after I graduated college and found a job at Kwon company, I want them both quit their jobs because they are getting old and only mom followed me.. Dad is a bit hard to order.."

"Just like you.." Minju side comments giggling after, I sigh.

"Look, I'm telling my story here.."

"Am I not allowed to say a side comment?" Minju leaned a bit closer making me move back, she is starting to learn how to tease huh.

"N-No..?" So this is the feeling being trapped.

"Now you're asking me unnie?" She lean again, I tried to back away until I fall from the couch,

"Y-YAH- KIM MINJ-" I heard a loud thud on my back.

"Oh my god unnie look at yourself!" Minju laugh her lungs out as I rub my butt. It sure hurts dammit.

"Y-Yah I got hurt..!" I slowly stood up, and I can see she's still laughing at her couch, I crosses my arms.

"So are you happy now??"

"Yep.." She wipe her tears from too much laughing.

"I hate you.." I sat seating back, she hum and drink her juice.

"Okay.." She plainly said, I hum and sigh resting my head on the couch, I then feel something heavy on my shoulder, it was Minju, leaning her head on me, I smile and slowly wrap my arms around her shoulder.

"Your story unnie.. You haven't finish it.." She said, I smile a bit and hum in agreement.

"When dad insisted that she want to work at his shop, I just agreed, mom stayed at home and just rest, at weekend I usually go home since my workplace is a bit far, I stayed with Yena during weekdays. Until that happened.." I look down, my free hand suddenly got occupied when I feel soft hands wrapped around it.

"Your mom and dad got murder..." She continued my story I just hum as the memories flood me in. I cried. I showed my weak side to the person I just meet a few months ago.

"Chaewon-unnie.." Minju side hug me, I just hug back as she continue to calm me. A few more moments she face me.

"I will help you find those guys who ruin your family unnie... I prom-" I cover her mouth with my hand and shake my head.

"Promises are meant to be broken Minju... Dont.."

"I-I will just help you then Chaewon-nii.. I will.." She look at me again, I smile a bit.

"No need Minju... Its fine now... They are resting up and maybe watching their only child work hard for her own future..." I cuddle her again burying my face on her body smellig her scent too.

'You cant send your father to jail Minju... I'm sure you cant do that...'

Then that moment pass, we just watch movies to forget our worries and as much as I know, I really forget about it for a bit, until her phone cut our movie marathon.

"Aish.. Just when the movie will finish.." Minju stood up and walk to her phone which is on the dining room, I pause the movie and follow her secretly.

"D-Dad..?"

'Finally... That murdered is going back... I can see the face who killed my parents..' I hide on the wall behind the door peeking at her secretly.

"H-Huh? A dinner tomorrow..? But dad I have work at the company and-" Minju then look down, my heart ache when I saw her smile fade.

"Y-Yes dad.. I-I will meet you tomorrow.. I-I promise I will be there.." She said but she didnt hung up yet. I continue to expectate her conversation with her father.

"I will meet her too.. O-Oh.. Okay.." Minju step back as frustation and surprised are written on her face, leaning on the wall she hum.

"I-I will.. Okay dad.. See you tomorrow.."

"And I will see her too.. M-My fiancei..."

'M-Minju already have a fiancei..' I clench my fist at the sudden news, I dont want Minju to get married.
