A/N: I saw a pic of smug HoF Kiana, that made me want to update Honkai book

Narrator POV

Y/N's life was going downhill in just a few days

After the rescue mission of Mei and Bronya, Kiana was taken away by Schicksal, and they had to save her

Because he was a Medic, and they couldn't afford to put him in danger, he had to stay back at St.Freya, and wait

But, by doing this, they didn't know that Y/N will change forever

Y/N: I-It's going to be fine...... Everything will be fine, they will save her, and we will have a nice party, right after that......!

He tried to grab a glass of water, but when he touched it, it fell from his hands, breaking in pieces

Looking at his hands, he saw he was trembling, and no matter what, it wouldn't stop

Y/N: I........ I need to go....... I-I can't let them do everything.......

He started to walk out of his room, before everything stopped around him, before he heard the voice of the woman he saw a few days ago

???: Don't try to go there. You will only die like a fool there

Y/N: I-I.......

???: They will die, because they're weak. But you are different, Y/N. You can achieve great things, if you choose to join me, and stay by my side

Y/N: I........ I need to save them, even if I might die. Y-You already know how I am, right?

???: I know, and that is why I am stopping you. You won't go anywhere

Y/N: If I don't do it now......... I will never forgive myself

???: Then watch

In a snap, Y/N saw a part of the future, as his eyes widened in horror, before he fell to his knee, and hold his mouth, tears in his eyes

???: That is the future they're heading to, without you. Nothing good will happen with your death. They will be lost, and won't move forward, so please, do not go

Y/N: ..........

He got up, slowly, before he started to move forward, and spoke a few words

Y/N: Thank you, for worrying about me

He started to walk away, as the person behind him, shed a few tears

???: No matter how hard I try, you always end up doing this, Y/N...........

Y/N returned to his room, before he walked forward, determined to save everyone

Timeskip

He was experiencing hell right now

An Honkai Erruption just started, and the whole School of St.Freya was being attacked by Honkai Beasts

The students were trying their best to defend the school, but sadly, they were overwhelmed, and got killed

The beasts were getting closer and closer, as Y/N had trouble to heal all the injured people

Students: P-Please! S-Save us!

Y/N: I-I promise you! I-I will save you all! Gather all the injured people in the main hall! I will take care of them!

More and more students and teachers were being transported here, as Y/N was slowly starting to lose control

Not of the situation, but of himself

Teacher: Y/N! There is 20 more students with heavy injuries coming! The beast are overwhelming us!

Y/N: I-I......... We need to push back the beast at all cost! Is the HQ answering the calls?!

Teacher: Nothing! Not even principal Theresa answer our calls!

Y/N: A-An Herrscher might have started that, but with our state, we won't be able to do anything........ We try to keep it together as much as we can! We need to gather all the injured people, so we can flee!

Teacher: Yes!

Y/N: Please girls, be alright......... Don't worry everyone! I will save you all!

He started to work, and heal as much people as he can, but in the middle of it, a Honkai beast broke through the school, and stabbed Y/N in the shoulder

Yelling in pain, Y/N was dragged on the ground by the beast, but it was soon killed by some teachers, as Y/N was holding his shoulder in pain

Teacher: Y/N! Let's retreat! The Medic is injured!

Y/N: N-No! W-We can't retreat now! If we retreat now, a lot of people will die!

He got up, letting go of his shoulder, and started to treat all the injured again

Y/N: We won't falter everyone! We are their last hope!

All: Yes!

Teacher: Parvatti incoming! Y/N WATCH OUT!

He was pushed out of the way, as a giant explosion happened in the middle of the hall, blasting everything around off

Y/N got up, and when he got his sight back, tears started to fall from his eyes

All the injured people he treated, all the teachers that protected him, all the students that helped him, they were all dead

At his side, was the body of the teacher that saved him, dead, as he was shaking

The Parvatti approached him slowly, growling, as Y/N hold his head, crying

He heard all the cry of help around him, as tears falled from his eyes

The Honkai beast was about to crush him, before lasers killed it, and someone landed in front of Y/N

???: I'm sorry for being late, Y/N

Looking at the person, he saw it was none other than Welt Yang, with a serious look

Y/N: Mr......... Welt.......?

Welt: Y/N, I need to get you out of here, the 2nd Herrscher is coming this way, and we can't protect you from her

Y/N: Is she....... the one that started all of it?

Welt: .............

Y/N: Answer me...........

Welt: Yes, she is

Y/N: Then........ bring me to her.......

Welt: Are you crazy?! You won't survive the pressure!

Y/N: I DON'T CARE! I WANT IT TO STOP!

He grabbed his shoulders, shaking, and sobbing

Y/N: S-So please.........

Welt: ..........Alright, but you will have only one chance

Y/N: ............

Meanwhile...........

The 2nd Herrscher was currently fighting Mei, Bronya and Theresa, but they were no match for her, as Mei got her core taken away from her, and Theresa was knocked down

HoV: Now, it's your turn, it seems

Bronya: Tch!

Someone crashed near them, as it was Fu Hua, ready to fight

Fu Hua: Bronya! Take Mei and Theresa out of here! I will take care of her!

HoV: Oh? You think you can beat me? You should just give it up

Fu Hua: Not in my watch!

???: THAT'S ENOUGH!

They all looked at the source of the voice, and see Y/N, standing in front of the body of Mei, crying

Bronya: Subject Y/N?! 

Fu Hua: Y/N! It's dangerous! Get out of here now!

HoV: Well, it seems like my prize have come to me, gracefully

Y/N: Stop, already! All this fighting, just end it!

He looked at the Herrscher, tears falling from his eyes, and despair plastered on his face

Y/N: WE'RE THROWING PEOPLE'S LIFE AWAY! EVEN THOUGH EVERY VALKYRIE HAS A FAMILY WAITING FOR THEM TO RETURN! EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED YOUR GOAL! YOU KEEP CHASING PEOPLE THAT DON'T WANT TO FIGHT, DRAWING OUT A BATTLE THAT SHOULD BE ALREADY OVER! WHAT ABOUT ALL THE VALKYRIE WHO WILL FALL AFTER THIS?!

Bronya: Subject Y/N.............

Y/N: WE'RE MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE IDIOTS!

All the commotions stopped, before the Herrscher chuckled, and laughed in front of Y/N

HoV: Well, how about we make a deal? If you come with me, without saying anything, I will spare their lifes

Y/N: T-Then! Promise me! Promise me you will not hurt them in any way!

HoV: The Queen never goes back on her words, you can trust on that

She offered her hand to Y/N, who walked forward, before looking at Bronya and Fu Hua one last time, tears falling from his eyes

Y/N: Sorry girls, but I guess that's where my stop is

Bronya: Subject Y/N!

Fu Hua: Y/N!

He took the hand of the Herrscher, as they teleported away from the place

The Herrscher landed on the ground, as Y/N falled on his knee

HoV: Now then, I think it's time for us, to-

She was cut short, as Y/N hugged her, while still being on his knee

HoV: Human! How dare you touch me without permission?!

Y/N: I couldn't save anyone.........

She looked at his face, and she saw he was crying, a look of sorrow on his face

Y/N: I made a promise, and I couldn't save them........ I'm a failure........ I'm sorry, everyone....... I'm so sorry...........

The Herrscher didn't said anything, before placing her hand on his hair, and caressed it gently, not saying a word to him

Y/N have went insane due to the recent events, and nothing can heal him at the moment..........

I know a lot of people feel like I'm just forcing the story to stay alive, but for me, it's important

I am trying to make a lot more character developpement through my stories, just so people don't feel like seeing the generic MC we see everytime, even in the Honkai Impact stories

In the next chapter, the start of a downfall. Y/N is falling down more and more into despair, and yet, no one is helping him..........
