Yeah, I hate them too but...I have to or else the story won't make sense. This chapter will be around Team 7's character growth so...it will be pretty boring. Enjoy this chapter. The Chunin Exams are finished. Shikamaru is the only one to be promoted. Unfortunately, he is not happy with him being the only Chunin. He thinks that Team 7 deserves the promotion better than he does but the Hokage disagreed. He is suspicious of his actions but shrugs it off as nothing. Team 7 are now doing D-ranks because the last time they went on a C-rank mission, it turned into an A-rank. So far, they are only focusing on the Tora mission since it's the easiest. Sasuke would use his Mangekyou on the cat while Sakura will use Kuro in order to make it run back home. Naruto and Sai will be reporting while Kakashi gets to read his porn all day long and he was grateful because his students thought of him. They have been doing this since morning and now it's time for dinner.

"Sakura, I think we should go on a C-rank now...I'm bored just using genjutsu to make it think that it's running away...." said Sasuke. "Fine, fine. I'm also bored. Let's go to the Hokage tower!" She declared and grabbed Sasuke's hand. They both disappeared in a flurry of—ironically—cherry blossoms with a mix of fire in it. They arrived there and sees that Naruto is busy eating his ramen while Sai is drawing. "Hey, guys!" Sakura called out. "Yow hew, Sakuwa-Chan? Yow tow Teme? (You're here, Sakura-chan? You too Teme?)" Naruto was surprised and so he spoke with his mouth full. "Yeah. Why don't we do a C-rank since we have done more than enough D-ranks." Sasuke offered. "Fine." Said Sai as he closes his sketchbook. "Stop being an Emo bastard, Sai-teme. Even Sasuke is jet as bitter as you are, Dattebayo!" Naruto scolded.

"I'm contemplating how the Hokage got me into the ridiculous of a team." Said Sai as he bites the insides of his cheeks. "You're not leaving this team....are you?" Sakura decided to ask. Sai is now silent. He has no answer. Naruto froze, he realized the possibility of Sai leaving is very high. "Are you going to?" Sasuke added. "I....I...honestly don't even know myself, Emo." He replied. He is completely lost now. What will he do now that the Chunin Exams are over? He was thinking something along the lines of getting promoted into being a Chunin so he could go on solo missions. He doesn't know what to do now. He has allowed himself to be too attached to them and now he doesn't know whether he wants to leave the team or not.

"Just...don't leave..." like Sasuke will. Sakura whispers. "I...can't stand it if either one of you leave..." she continued on. Naruto hugs her and she hugged him back. She began trembling. She was going to cry but she can't. She cried too much in her previous timeline. She sadly smiles. "But I can't stop you because it's your choice." She puts her hand on Sai and Sasuke's shoulders. Sasuke's eyes widened. 'How did she know that I was going to leave?!' Was his thought after what she said. Naruto is in deep thought. He was going to save those two no matter what and Sakura is dare to assist him. "Yeah, we can't stop you from leaving. Both of you, Dattebayo." Said Naruto. He gives them a grin. "Maa...it seems like our two black haired genins want to leave this team. Poor old me is going to cry." Said Kakashi as he appears in a whirlwind of leafs.

Kakashi proceeds to hug all of them and they accepted it. After all, it might be their last. "Now let's go to Ichiraku!" He announces. Naruto cheered while Sakura just smiles. Sasuke and Sai just smirks. A team dinner won't be that bad. It could be their last but who cares? They walked all the way to Ichiraku Ramen. "I'd like to have 3 Miso Ramen please! Don't forget the extra tomatoes, Dattebayo!" Naruto ordered. "Hmm...maybe the Ramen won't be bad." Said Kakashi. "I would like to have the same as dickless over here." Said Sai. 'He didn't order for me....' he thought bitterly. 'Come to think of it...I'm close to them at all. They were friends since they were young....I don't belong in this group...' he added mentally.

Sakura seems to sense Sai's jealousy and decided to talk to him. She grabbed his arm and signaled for him to leave with her. "Sai and I are going out to talk for a bit so....don't eat my ramen, Naruto." She said sternly. Sai just left with her leaving a curious Sasuke behind. Things are best left a secret between the two. If other people knew, it would be problematic.

"I know you're jealous." She began. "What would I be jealous of?" He asked. "You don't know that much about Naruto and Sasuke. You used to know me...after that accident." She replied. Now this got Sai's full attention. He used to know Sakura when he was a kid until an accident occurred. "What accident?" Asked Sai. "The accident between me, you and Shin-san." Said Sakura as she shifts awkwardly. Sai is curious. 'What happened?' Was his thought. "You got into an accident and you...have amnesia." Said Sakura. 'I have amnesia?' Thought Sai. "Let me fill in the blanks for you." She replied and began telling about their history together as childhood friends.

5-year-old Sakura is running around the park when she sees a crying boy. She decided to walk towards him and asked what was wrong. "Hello! Why are you crying?" She asked. She sighs when she notices that she was too straightforward. "I...I...can't find my bwothew (brother)..." the petite boy replied. "Let's finds him together!" She extends her hand and the boy hesitated for a moment but held her hand either way. She asked Sai to draw a picture of his brother and he did. Her mouth is agape the moment she sees his drawing. It was so detailed!

"Hewwo (hello), mistew (mister)! Have you seen this boy?" She held the drawing up to one of the ANBU even though she knew who they are. "Hmm...do you have any of his scent on you?" Asked the ANBU. Little Sai is confused so Sakura explained it to him. "It means, do you have something that smells like your brother." She explained. Sai nodded and handed his toy dinosaur. Shin always hugs it when Sai was only 2 years old.

"Pakkun? Go find this little boy's older brother. Inform to come here." The ANBU ordered and handed the pup the toy dinosaur. The dog sniffs it for a second and ran right off towards a specific direction. After about 2 to 3 minutes or so, the dog is back with Sai's older brother who was in a hurry. "Sai! Are you okay?! You shouldn't run off like this again." Shin scolded his little brother who pouted. "I'm okay! I won't wun (run) off again, Shin-nii." Sai replied while taking a hold of his brother's hand. "Thank you, Dog-san. You really helped me out." Shin replied. "No....it wasn't me. This little girl found your little brother me asked me to find you for him." Dog insisted.

"In that case, why don't we get some ice cream? Think of it as a thank you gift for finding my little brother. While we're at, why don't you become friends?" Because I won't be alive any longer. Said Shin as he gives a signature smile that looks very similar to Naruto's. Sakura just grins back in reply and nods her head afterwards. "I gotta go buy some ice cream now so...uh...talk or something!" He added as he ran off to buy ice cream. "U-Um....my name's Sai....what is yours...?" Sai asked hesitantly. 'Sai is socially awkward even when he's a kid.' Sakura notes. "My name's Haruno Sakura! Let's go play on the swings." She suggested. Sai's eyes seemed to brighten like fireworks and he smiles back.

He grabs her hand and runs towards the swing set. He pats the seat next to him since it's big enough to fit the both of them. Sakura followed him a rn day next to him. "Woah! We're going so high!" Sakura exclaimed as they went higher and higher. "Yeah!" Sai agreed. Little did they know, Shin was watching them holding ice cream. He smiles softly. After a while, he walks towards the swing set. "Hey, guys! I got the ice cream." He announces. "Yay!" They both said in synch. They began eating ice cream together. 'Kami....please give me more time....please....' Shin
prayed. He touched where his heart was. This went unnoticed by Sai since he is busy talking.

However, Sakura notices. She had concluded that Shin has a heart disease. 'Look, Sakura. Your mission is to save Sai from darkness consuming him. The lost of his brother in your previous timeline is a major impact. I can't take the disease away but I can extend his life so please....help him.' Said Kami as he pops inside her mind. 'How do I save him from darkness?' She asked. 'You just have to befriend him. Once his brother runs out of time, he has someone to rely on...you'll save him from isolation.' Kami replied. 'Shit! Persephone is hunting for my ass because I took some of her cake. I gotta go!' He added as he disappears from her mind. Sakura sighs at the god's antics.

She was snapped into reality by Sai who was waving his fingers across her face. "Helloooo? Is anybody there?" He asked. "Aa! Sorry. I was thinking about this delicious ice cream." Replied Sakura as she scratches the back of her neck. Sai just laughs. "C'mon! Let's play." He suggested and grabs her hand so they could play in the sandcastle. Shin watches them for afar and smiles. 'He has someone to rely on now....I won't have to worry so much...' thought Shin. They played for almost two hours. Apparently, Sai has to leave so they said goodbye to each other. But..Sai tripped on a rock and hit his head pretty hard. There was blood everywhere and he was taken to the hospital immediately.

Sai woke up after 3 long hours of surgery with a crying Sakura at his bedside. He looked confusingly at her but smiled at his brother. "Shin-nii!" He greeted. Sakura was waiting for her turn to be greeted but it never came. The siblings talked and talked. Sai doesn't remember being lost in the park and playing with Sakura. Finally, he turned to her. "Who are you?" He asked and Sakura's world collapsed. "I...I'm Haruno Sakura...I was the one to find you injured...." she half lied. "Oh! Thank you." He thanked. Shin looked sadly at Sakura. His eyes filled with sympathy. "Oh...I got to go now." Sakura said sadly. She cursed under her breath. She failed to save Sai. They were fated to not meet each other when they were young. Destiny is cruel.

Sakura finished but she didn't tell him her conversation with Kami. She will keep it as a secret from him. Sai is astonished. He blinked and punches his arm. It hurts so he wasn't dreaming. "I...I'll try to remember you...." he whispered. "No need. The past is the past!" Said Sakura as she smiles. She walked back to the ramen stand and sat near Sasuke who was near Naruto who was near Kakashi. Sai sat next to her. Sai's mind is foggy. 'Who was his real family?' He thought. He was sure that his older brother Shin is not blood-related to him. Who was he?

They ate ramen normally. Sai went back to his apartment and laid on his bed. He blinked. Suddenly, his world was spinning. 'What...?!' Was his thought when he sees black spots. He began seeing flashbacks.

"Sai, dear. Hide here....and don't come out...it's dangerous. Mama will always love you...I'm sorry that I can't take care of you any longer. Forgive your Pa and I. Shin will take care of you now...." said a woman whose face that he can't make out. She kisses his forehead and smiles softly at him. She walked outside of the closet. After that, there are screams of agony. "You sons of bitches! You're going to die!" Yelled the voice of a man probably in his early 40s.

"Lokito-san! It isn't what you thought." The woman yells. "Lokito, I thought I knew you better." Another man scoffs. "I've been neglected all my fucking life, now is the chance for me rise in power!" Said Lokito. He smiles like a maniac and went straight towards Sai's parents. He slices them apart like he's cutting a piece of steak. Screams followed. Shin appears. He assassinates the crazy man. Sai trembles at the sight as he hugs his knee closer to his body. He stares into a small hole in the closet. Shin was standing outside. He started to walk towards the closet and Sai's breath hitches.

"Come out, Sai-kun...it's okay now. You're safe from the big bad man..." said Shin in a soothing voice. For some reason, Sai obeyed him. He trusted the boy in front of him. He opens the closet door. The boy's hand reaches out towards him. He picked him up and hugs him close suddenly feeling the need to protect Sai with his life. "I'm sorry that you have to see that....I'm sorry..." said Shin. Sai doesn't know what to do but just stare into space. He can't feel anymore. "Now, let's get you to Konoha." He added and Sai's world turned into pitch black.

"What the fuck was that...? Who was that woman and man? When did this happen?" Sai asked himself aloud. He groaned. He got up and went to the shower. He sighs. He's going to find out the identity of his past self. He will do it and succeed. There will be no room for failure. He changed clothes and went to bed but not before drawing first. This time, he draws his 'parents'.

He closes his sketchbook and falls asleep into a dreamless slumber. Little did he know, a hawk was watching him through his window. The hawk left after he fell asleep in order to report to its master.

"Aa...Hirouku, you're back. Report." Ordered a woman. "Sai seems like he will leave the team. His chakra reserves are completely hidden for I cannot sense him at all." Hirouku informed his master. "Good...he'll be in our care after he leaves." The woman smirks as she pulls down her straw hat. She leapt from the building she was standing at and disappeared leaving paper cranes behind.

(A/N: This section will be Sasuke's part of character growth.)

Sasuke walked and walked around his room. He can't fall asleep. He has too many questions that are left unanswered. 'Why did Orochimaru choose him?' He thought. Itachi or any other experienced Uchiha can be the perfect candidate. Then, he came to a realization that he was only the spare of the Uchiha clan. He was meant to replace Itachi. Nobody really cared for him. He is useless for the clan. 'The dobe is lucky...' he thought feeling envy crawl up his back.

'You shouldn't think that way.' Said Nihilanth. 'Why the hell are you being nice to me, Nile?' He asked. 'Hoe hoe hoe....Why the hell not? I'm pretty bored out of my mind and decided to be nice for once so I can see your reaction.' The demon replied. 'Yeah, yeah...whatever...' Sasuke replied as he reached his hand to touch the curse mark that Orochimaru gave him. He cursed under his breath. He could've stayed conscious and saved Sakura but he isn't. 'You should go to Orochimaru...I mean...seriously though, You're fucking weak!' Nihilanth taunted. Sasuke thinks for a moment. As far as he can see, he is weak.

Nihilanth is right. He was cut off form his train of thought by his older brother who walked inside his room. "Otoutou." He greeted. "Itachi-nii...what are you doing here?" Asked Sasuke. Itachi is surprised. Usually, Sasuke would be happy he's here. "O-Oh! I...came here to celebrate..." he lied through his teeth. Sasuke glared at him. "What is there to celebrate? I failed. Shikamaru is the only one to get promoted." Said Sasuke as he feels his anger boiling up. "Either way, you won your match. I don't know why Hokage-sama didn't promote you even though, you helped in the invasion." Itachi reassured his little brother. "Face it, Itachi. No one needs me. Not even you." Said Sasuke coldly as he walked outside of his room and slams the door shut, leaving a hurt Itachi behind.

"What did I do wrong to make you so mad at me?"

Sasuke ran and ran as far as he can from his home. He ran inside the Nara forest. And sooner or later, he concluded that he was lost. "Goddamnit..." he cursed. Inside his head, Nihilanth was laughing while repeating the word 'idiot' over and over again. He sighed. He fell asleep for a few minutes until he heard a hissing sound. He looked around and scanned the area. He activated his Mangekyou. He saw a small snake who was crushed by a rock. He could feel its chakra burning even if it's barely even there. "Um....are you okay, little guy?" He asked. The snake hissed at him and tries to shoot it's venom at him but it was too exhausted.

"I'm not here to hurt you....' he whispers gently to the injured snake. The snake calmed down and gave him a cry of pain. Sasuke's heart clenches. The animal was in so much pain yet it still wants to live. 'It's just like me...' he thought as he smirks to himself. He removes the rock and takes out his first -aid kit that he always carry around. Heralds our a bottle of alcohol and dipped it inside cotton. He tries to clean the wound as the snake hisses in pain. He thanks Sakura in his head since she taught him basic medical ninjutsu. He began healing the snake and the snake's eyes widen. He heard it up and took some bandages and wrapped it around the snake. 'Thank goodness, Sakura taught me...' he thought as he smiles gently at the snake.

'Someone taught you?!' Sasuke freaked out and Nihilanth is silently observing the situation Sasuke's in. "Um....what...the actual fuck? Are you really talking to me?" He asked the snake aloud. 'Duh! I'm a summon...not like those disgusting reptiles!' The snake answered. "Oh....I see....can you talk out loud please? I don't want to look like I'm insane." He requested. "Fine. So, you're probably asking something along the lines of 'how the hell did you talk inside my mind?', or some bullshit like that. Well, it's because you have formed a bond with me because I had allowed you to heal me. We, summons can communicate telepathically if our bond is extremely strong. How you can achieve this is pretty simple, you just have to save a life of a summon and be their summoner. Just like what you're about to become." Said the snake.

"Oh, my name is Daisuke, by the way. Sign here with your blood." Added. Sasuke bit his thumb and successfully didn't puke at the sight of blood. He wrote his name carefully in the scroll that Daisuke let him write on. Surprisingly, he was the first summon of this snake. "Whaaat?!!? Your name is Sasuke? Wow...we're like related!" Said Daisuke. Sasuke just looks at the bird with a blank face. "Yeah...I'm new in this summon business! In fact, I was only born 1 century ago. I'm particularly still a baby." Said Daisuke as he shrugs with his nonexistent arms. "Aa..." Sasuke replied. "I don't need to summon you so go away for now. I don't want to drain my chakra." Said Sasuke. Daisuke nodded and disappeared.

Sasuke walked back home to a very worried Itachi.

Sakura sighs. 'Can I really save the world? Can I really change everything? Wouldn't Naruto or Sasuke, heck even Sai be more suitable than me in doing this? Why would Kami send me here?' She panics when she hears a voice in her head. 'I chose you because you would keep your mouth shut about this. Menma—Naruto, will tell everyone about this while Emo-duck will probably destroy Konoha earlier than usual. Sai wouldn't do it because he doesn't know how to act normally.' Said Kami as he pops inside of her mind. 'Oh, I also brought a friend. Say hi Rushifa!" Kami added. 'Hi. You already met me after you almost died a while ago.' Rushifa greeted.

'Can you please get out of my head?' Yelled a frustrated Sakura. 'Fine, woman.' Said Kami as he steps out of her mind and made showed one of his forms to her. Rushifa did the same thing. "Like what you see?" Kami teased. Sakura stared blankly. Rushifa sighs and slaps Kami on the head. "Hey! What did I do?" Kami whined. "You are making an embarrassment to us gods." Said Rushifa. Kami just nodded and glances at Sakura who stared back at him. "So....Uh....you seem lonely so we decided to hang out with you!" Kami life through his teeth and both Rushifa and Sakura knows that he's lying.

"Look, we'll talk over at CherryBomb Café." Said Sakura as she kicks them out of her room. "I need to change do get the fuck out of here." She added through the door. Both gods just sat in front of the door and played rock, papers, scissors. "How many wins do you have?" Asked Kami. "Hmm...I have 258 wins in total while you have...2." Rushifa replied. "Damn...." Kami cursed under his breath. Sakura got out and dragged both of them to the café. "Now, what do you want to talk about?" She finally ask after ordering all of them 3 glasses of Cherry Expert. "Well....we want to hear the plans that you have in the near future. We will assist you the best that we can." Said Rushifa with a serious tone to his voice.

"Look, I can't tell you out loud. You have my permission to hear my thoughts as I project through them." Said Sakura with the same tone as Rushifa. They both nodded and closed their eyes. They concentrated and heard her talk. 'After the chunin exams, I can tell that both Sai and Sasuke have a high percentage of leaving the team. Once they leave, I will find myself a teacher outside of Konoha with the permission of Hokage-sama. Naruto might leave the team too because there is no one there for him. He might go adventuring with Jiraiya. Once that's done, the Akatsukis might strike. I have received letters from someone that knows that I come from the future. I will have to be careful.' Said Sakura is one single breath.

They both nodded in understanding. 'We will look into this matter of who sent you the letters.' Said Kami. Rushifa nodded in agreement. Sakura smiles and they are kicked out of her mind. "Do you understand now, Kami and Rushifa?" Asked Sakura. "We did." Said Kami. His cheerful façade is back on. "Thank you once again for listening." Said Sakura as she walks out. "Wait!" Rushifa called out. "What?" Sakura asked as her eye brows raise in confusion. "We singlehandedly built this so you can use it on your journey to save this world. It is a ring that will let you call for us if you are in deep trouble." Said Rushifa as he gives her a ring. Its design is rather unique. The gem at the side are emeralds which is her birth stone. On the left side, it has a moon representing Rushifa.

"My turn!" Kami gave her a necklace. Instead of Emerald as the gem, he gave her a turquoise. The silver sun represented him. Overall, their designs are beautiful to say the least.

Sakura thanked them and wore it. "You can test it at the Nara forest. It's more secretive." Kami suggested with a wink. Sakura just rubs her temples in frustration while hiding her smile with her hand. Kami reminded her so much of Naruto awhile Rushifa reminds her of Sasuke. "Let's go, you dorks." She called out and disappears in a whirlwind of cherry blossoms. "I think we remind her of someone." Said Rushifa while clenching his hands. 'I don't want to be reminded of someone again....I hate it. I hate the feeling so much....I—' his train of thought was cut off by Kami speaking. "What are you waiting for?! Let's go! Sakura's waiting for us." Said Kami as he grins. He takes Rushifams hand and disappears in a flurry of white feathers. Rushifa smiles at him. 'If it wasn't for this to dork, I wouldn't be here right now.' He finished his thought. Kami grins at him.

"So.....how do I summon you?" She asked as she sees that they have arrived. "Easy, just say 'Hikari to yami, taiyō to tsuki wa watashi no denwa ni kotaete kudasai! Kami to rushifā ni tasuke o motomete anata ni yobikakemasu!', try it." Said Kami. Sakura nodded in determination. "Not yet. We have to the area first." Said Rushifa. And with that, they disappeared into the unknown leaving Sakura alone. 'Okay, let's do this!' Sakura thought filled with determination.

(A/N: It translates to, "Light and Dark, Sun and Moon please answer my call! I hereby call upon you, god and Lucifer to aid me!")

"Hikari to yami, taiyō to tsuki wa watashi no denwa ni kotaete kudasai! Kami to rushifā ni tasuke o motomete anata ni yobikakemasu!" She whispers. Suddenly, Kami and Rushifa appeared. Rushifa appeared while pouring Kami some tea. Kami spilled tea on himself. "You did it!" Kami announces happily. Rushifa went up to Sakura awkwardly and pats her on the back. Kami totes to hug her but she stepped away from him. Kami pouts while Rushifa sighs and punches him on the head. "I'll tell your brothers on you if you hit me." Kami threatens and Rushifa froze in his tracks. His younger brothers are fucking barbarians! 'Kami wouldn't tell them, would he?' Rushifa sighs for the second time and agrees to Kami's deal.

"Okay, sign here with your blood." A contract pops out of no where and floats in front of Rushifa. Rushifa summons his fancy feather pen and blood that he keeps in an ink bottle. He dipped the pen in and writes his name. The contract disappears and the deal has been sealed. A mark is on Rushifa's pinky finger. It is of a sun. After all, gods are good at making deals and if you break them, so does your finger which the mark is on.

"Done." Rushifa announces with a unsatisfied look. Kami just grinned. 'Why do I feel like they're fighting?' Sakura asks herself. "So......yeah....you don't have to use chakra to call for us!" Said Kami. He paused for a moment as his yellow eyes glow. "Duty calls!" He explained and disappeared into nothingness leaving Rushifa with Sakura. "Don't trust Naruto." He tells her. "W-What? Why not?" Sakura is confused. "Trust me...I sense something within him.........something.......... menacing." He told her once more. "He's not evil!" Sakura argued back. "Once you understand...it will be too late..." with that, Rushifa disappears leaving Sakura with his cryptic message.

Sakura walks back home and tries to decode it.

"Naruto-kun, come downstairs for dinner!" Kushina called out to her only son. "Coming!" Naruto told her and ran downstairs. Minato smiles at their interaction. He pats his son on the back and ruffles his hair. "Hey!" Naruto whined. "Look at you! You're getting taller!" Said Minato. "Our boy's all big and strong now, dattebane!" Said Kushina as she gives Naruto a hug. Naruto avoids eye contact with his parents and Kushina notices this. "Minato-dear, can you...leave this room for a minute?" She requested. Minato nodded dumbly and left.

"What's wrong, sunshine?" She asked feeling worried for her son's wellbeing. "I...I don't know what to do anymore...." said Naruto. "What do you mean 'I don't know what to do anymore.'?" Naruto bites his lips. Tears threatened to fall from his face. "I...can't control him..." he said it. He said what he has been hiding from his teammates. "Oh...don't worry...I have experienced the same thing before, dattebane." Kushina reasoned but Naruto was not having any of it. "I can't see what you look like anymore." Said Naruto and Kushina's world broke apart. Her son can't see anything or anyone.

"T-Tell me...what can you see?" She asked, her voice slowly cracking. "I can see your chakra and other kinds of chakra only." He replied. Kushina hugs him. For the first time in forever, Naruto cried. "Thank goodness...I was afraid you'll be completely blind...I wish I could take the pain away, dattebane." Kushina whispered. Minato entered. He had heard everything because he was eavesdropping. He grimaced. He hugs his son and wife. However, Naruto didn't hug him back. He could feel the sadness emitting from them. He later does something he regrets. He pushed them away. "I'm sorry...but I don't need your pity." He replied. After that, his mother slapped him. He didn't even budge.

He held his cheek and stares at her with the coldest look in his eyes. He walked away slowly until he threw a kunai that almost hit her head because Minato stopped it. "What are you doing?" His father asked cold you. "Nothing. Just practicing my throwing." He replied while smirking. He didn't know what came over him. He isn't in control of his body. "Why don't you pack your stuff and leave this fucking house, Naruto?" Asked Minato. Naruto stares blankly. He shrugs his shoulder. "Why not?" He added and disappears from view, leaving his heartbroken parents. He walked in the streets of konoha. He walked towards Sakura's house since it was the nearest. He knocked on her door.

"Who's there...?" Asked a sleepy Sakura. "It's Naruto, Dattebayo." Said Naruto. "Come in..." Said Sakura as she opens the door and welcomes him inside. "Sakura-Chan...where are your parents?" Asked Naruto. "Aa...they are on a business trip for 3 months." She replied. "Why are you here, Naru?" She finally drops the bomb. "My parents kicked me out." He answers with a scowl on his face. "Why?"

"Because I am acting like a spoiled brat."

"Why?"

"I don't know what came over me...I just acted."

"You can stay for the night. Are you hungry?"

"Yeah..." said Naruto as his stomach answers for him. Sakura giggles and heats up some Pizza that she ordered. She placed it on a plate and hands it over to Naruto who happily ate it without question. "What happened?" She asked seriously. "Nothing much. I was starting to lose sight, that's all." He replied while crumbs got on his face. Sakura's hand extends towards his face and removes it for him. Naruto's face turns pink because he thought that she was going to kiss him. She moves closer to him and looks into his eyes. She hovers her hand over it and channels her healing chakra into his eyes. Naruto is completely still. He sees that she is adding healing chakra to his eyes. Slowly but surely, his sight returned bit by bit.

"Thanks, Sakura-Chan."

"No problem."

She got up and took his hands into hers. She dragged him towards an unused room. "Here's where you're going to stay, alright? This is a guest bedroom." She told him. He nodded and jumped right on the bed. Sakura laughs at his cute actions. She smiled. Sure, he's strong but his personality is what makes him admirable. "Goodnight." She whispers and closed the door behind her. She walks inside her room, locks it and went to sleep. "Goodnight..." he whispers back and the door shuts leaving him all alone once again. He closed his eyes and fell asleep.

'Look, she's left you. Just like how your father and mother disowned you.'

'N-No....stop it!'

'Stop? But I was only stating the truth. You have been disowned. Once the village hears of this, you will be hated. Your beloved Sakura-Chan won't be there to save you. She will look at you in disgust. Congratulations you have just made a fool out of yourself.'

'I...I'm not a fool!'

'Only fools say that. They are always in denial of what the truth actually is. They chose to believe the opposite of the truth. You are one of them.'

'S-Shut up....please....'

'Ohoho...back to begging? Poor you. How will your parents—oh wait, you don't have them anymore! What will happen to you once the village knows you almost killed the Hokage's wife? They will kill you and I will enjoy every moment of your torture.'

"Shut the fuck up!"

'Fufufu...I will be back.'

And Naruto wakes up. His body full of sweat. Sakura was shaking him. "Naruto?! Are you okay? I came here as soon as you started screaming!" She asked.  "I'm okay, Sakura-chan." Said Naruto feeling exhausted. He smiled. "If you say so...." said Sakura hesitantly and she left the room. Naruto touched his belly where the seal was. 'Go the fuck away...Kurama. Stop trying to be my friend when I needed it and then stab me in the back.' He punches the pillow. 'Tsk, tsk, tsk. Ungrateful as always. You do know that I'm the one thing that makes you strong? Without me, you're nothing.'

Naruto mutes him out. He smiled. He is okay. He isn't broken. He's fine. No one needs to burden themselves for him. He smiled once again until tears fell from his eyes. He smiled. He kept crying. He messed the family up. He smiled. No one will love him anymore. He smiled. Without him, everything will be okay. His family will be okay. He extended his claws that he got from Kurama and was about to kill himself when Sakura stopped him. He smiled. "What the fuck are you doing, Baka?!" She throws a kunai as he dodges. "I'm useless....I'm weak...I should die...no one needs me...no one will miss me when I die." He smiled as tears flow out of his eyes like a waterfall. Sakura slapped him.

"Idiot! Team 7 will miss you! I will miss you..." she whispers as she grabs him by his collar. Naruto smiles. "Arigatou...Sakura-Chan..." he whispers and his body goes limp. He fainted because he stressed himself too much. Sakura smiles sadly. "This dork." She added as she puts him back to bed and closes the door. She went back to sleep. Naruto smiles. He has someone to live for now.

"What can you tell me, Uden?" Asked a man with a mask. "U-Um...Team 7 is currently exhausted. They won't be active until approximately 3 weeks from now." Uden informed. "Is that all?" The man smirks. "Y-Yes!" Uden answered fearfully. "L i a r ." He whispered into Uden's ear. He grabbed his blade and smiled. "Sayonara..." he added and sliced Uden's neck off. "Sakura...I'm coming for you." He smirked. "Kami is such an idiot...when sending her back, you also let me escape." He takes off his mask.

"Onii-San....thanks for letting me out." He smirks.
