jungkook wasn't joking when he said he'll make taehyung pay for what he did to him.

however right at the moment, when he was standing outside of his cabin, contemplating on if he should just burst in and break his jaw or just blast his entire office- okay the latter option is pretty much impossible. that leaves him with the first option.

he should just break every bone in his hot body.

licking his pierced lips he grabbed the doorknob ready to burst in, however he halted his actions when a better idea popped in his already raging head.

he let go of the doorknob and at the exact moment the door opened from inside and there was standing taehyung, eyes promptly shifting on the faded green haired man who had a rather sweet look on his face.

"it's been almost twenty minutes, where's my tea?" taehyung asked, closing the door behind him and facing jungkook whose lips formed into a 'o'.

"i'm sorry sir, it totally slipped my mind. my apologies" jungkook gave a really good guilty expression that could trick anyone... except taehyung.

but taehyung decided to not question the other male's rather bizarre behaviour. what he did was just nod his head before walking away dismissing jungkook until the office hours ends.

jungkook's smile slowly fell off as he stared at taehyung's back with a blank face. tongue peaking out and playing with the silver ring on his lower lip.

"you'll regret ever crossing paths with me kim fucking taehyung"

it was around 12 in midnight when taehyung finally got free from work, office hours ended a few hours ago but as the ceo's son, he couldn't be just freed like others. he had no life according to his father after all.

the raven haired guy swiped his veiny hand that was slightly red and stiff from working on the laptop- over his fluffy black hair, messing it up even further, giving him a very hot look that he didn't intend on.

a knock on his door made taehyung raise his head from the laptop that he was closing, seeing his secretary standing by the door, a very tired look on his face.

"i told you to leave with others jaehyun, why are you still here?" the raven haired inquired, standing up tidying his table like usual.

"it's okay boss, i can't just leave you working alone like this. everyone already went home" he retorted with a small tired smile.

"you're gonna get yourself killed with all this work and loyalty for me" he joked, putting the last file on the side.

grabbing his coat he walked to the younger male and patted his shoulder. "thanks, i appreciate your hard work" taehyung confessed making jaehyun smile widely before he bowed.

"go now, goodnight" taehyung urged the male who nodded his head before wishing taehyung a peaceful night, that taehyung somehow doubted he will have.

he had a very bad feeling, but he didn't know what it was about.

stretching his hands, fixing his office white shirt, black tie and jet black pants. he propped the coat over his shoulder as he took the lift and reached the ground floor, heading towards the garage. already excited to see the tired and pissed jungkook sitting inside the car.

however taehyung arched a brow and slowed his pace down when he saw jungkook leaning against the car, a cigarette between his fingers as the smoke dissolves in the air when he exhales it.

"jeez how many cigarettes do you have a day? no wonder you reek of them" were the words that left taehyung's mouth once he reached the car, opening the door and getting inside on the passenger seat behind the driver's. for some reason,

he didn't feel comfortable sitting beside jungkook.

no taehyung wasn't afraid of the faded green haired man, but it would be a lie to say that he wasn't feeling uncomfortable around him right now. he didn't let jungkook's brown eyes on his body when he was getting on unnoticed. how he could see jungkook slowly getting on the car, all while keeping his eyes on him.

taehyung felt naked under jungkook's gaze.

"cigarette is a way for me to vent the anger out, sir" taehyung was hating the way jungkook was uttering the 'sir' word. it felt so taunting and insulting for some reasons.

the faded green haired man didn't say anything about why taehyung was sitting behind and not on the passenger seat beside his one. what he did was smirk absently as he started the car engine.

getting out of the garage and on the road that was not that busy considering it was past midnight.

perfect time. jungkook, thought.

driving for a minute or so, the faded green haired lad spoke. "sir, have we met before by any chance?"

taehyung swiftly shifted his gaze from the outside of the window to jungkook's back, his lips parted a little as he licked his lower lip. "no. why? why do you ask that jeon?"

"nothing, i just find your voice very familiar... are you sure we haven't met before?" jungkook controlled his laugh, keeping his blank face on as he peered at taehyung through the rear mirror. enjoying the surprised look on his face.

"i'm sure we haven't, about my voice- there's no way we have talked before" taehyung explained, he didn't know why he was doing so but the way jungkook so intensely interrogated him brought him on the edge of his seat.

just as jungkook wanted.

"ah really, maybe i'm wrong... you know your voice reminds me of a person i hate a lot" jungkook took a sudden turn, a turn that doesn't lead to taehyung's place.

but the raven haired man failed to notice that as he was focused on jungkook's words.

"is that so... you must hate my voice then" taehyung blankly let out, eyes on jungkook's back and not around his surroundings anymore.

"hmm hate your voice?" jungkook took another turn and taehyung finally realized the unknown yet known street that the other male drove through.

"jeon... this isn't the route. i guess you took the wrong turn-"

"yes, i hate your voice" jungkook ignored taehyung's words and sped up the car.

"jeon, stop the car."

"but saying that i only hate your voice would be a huge lie"

"i said stop the car!" taehyung shouted and jungkook chuckled.

"there are a lot of things about you that i hate, sir" jungkook breathed out, his bunny teeth on display as his lips stretched into a nasty smile.

"fucking stop the car you bastard!"

"your face, your voice, your body, your very presence- i hate all of it" jungkook said with a bitter tone, his fake smile widening as he focused on reaching the destination while enjoying the panic state of the raven haired.

yes, this is how it should be. taehyung should be in control- not the other way around.

"I SAID STOP THE CAR!" taehyung yelled once again, trying to open the door which jungkook locked himself.

"kim taehyung, i hate your name. and your little games, i fucking hate it" taehyung halted his moves as he enlarged his eyes a little at his words.

"games? what do you mean?"

"it's nice meeting you again, vante" jungkook breathed out taking taehyung by utter shock.

at the same time, he stopped the car. "rings a bell?" he asked and taehyung looked out of the closed window.

it was devillie. they were outside the entrance of the very place they met each other on just another night. a night both can't forget about.

"you..." taehyung started but the faded green haired man's laughter stopped him from fuming the already lost from the head lad.

"your game was fun for you until it lasted, but you forgot one thing mr kim aka vante" jungkook turned his head behind and gazed right into the raven haired man's now dark eyes.

"two can play the game"
