Mabel had been acting strange lately. She covered it up by acting like normal but Mason (Dipper)  knew better. He could only be there for her.

Dipper took her out for ice cream. It was working. She was starting to feel better and she started teasing Dipper with Snarky comments. The chimes jingles when the door opened and both didn't bother looking.

They stopped a activities upon hearing Gideon's voice. Mabel looked up shocked. She felt even worse. Gideon had recently snapped at her and called her a merciless weirdo. Her head swam with his words. It hurt so much more because she genuinely came to like him.

Right beside him was a gorgeous girl. The girl kissed him on the cheek and Mabel snarled. "So he has a girlfriend now..." she thought.

She had no choice but to let him go. She doubted he had any fond memories of her.

She and Mason got up snd teleported home. Gideon looked to where they had just been confused. He could've sworn there was someone there. He felt a sudden unexplainable pang of guilt momentarily and shrugged it off.
