Important information:

This story is based on The Vampire Diaries which I obviously do not own. I only own my original characters that I added to the storyline. This probably won't follow that closely to the original storyline but I will try to keep up with episodes so you can watch along.

I will be basing a lot of this off of Greek mythology so I may eventually have PJO characters in this but this is strictly a TVD book, with PJO elements.

This is a reborn book, meaning that my original characters, Miranda, Grayson, Elena, Jeremy, Caroline, etc. will be very different. There will be a whole backstory on this but please don't complain about them being different because this is basically a AU.

⚠️ Changes to plot ⚠️

• Elena and Jeremy are twins and have the same parents. They were born 10 months after Ana and Alex.

• Twyla and Tyler are Meredith and Christian from the books (but with different backgrounds). So they are vampire hunters.

• The Gilbert's and Katherine are not angels. Instead I've used Greek mythology to tie in the books/show. That being said, I will be following the plot line of the books for some things. (Ie: Katherine isn't Elena's doppelgänger, she's her elder sister in the books but in my books, she's still a doppelgänger. So they are not related)

• Margaret is not Elena's younger sister anymore. She is the daughter of Jenna (Judith from the books) and is 16. I am not sure who I want her with though. I may change the soulmates around but I'm open to any suggestions!

• Again, this is a reborn book so characters will change as will the plot line. This book is a AU of sorts but will stick to the episodes with plot changes here and there.

• Henrik did not die, instead he was saved by Klaus as he shifted and protected his brother.

• Freya was taken but did not go to sleep. She was broke free by Silas, who was trying to find his soulmates but instead found Freya.

• The Mikaelson's already have a home built but do not live there. No one has seen a Mikaelson in years.

• Also there will be no incest in this book. If the soulmates are siblings, they are soul siblings instead of soulmates. So no Elijah and Henrik or Finn and Freya. Also I know that Katherine looks like Ana's younger sister but I feel like there's enough personality differences (and the fact that they're doppelgängers) that it doesn't affect anything. Again no incest this book!

This book is in another universe technically and again does not connect to my other books. I only say this because I will end up connecting all of my other books by having one reborn character travel through my books. That's another reason why I changed the aesthetics to skulls, because it's a different universe. I really hope that helps explain things. If not, I'm sorry but I'm horrible at explaining my ideas. But if you go to my book Avenoir and go to the chapter Chimerical, it should help explain my thoughts. This book is also posted in Avenoir with a brief description.

And finally, this means 'time skip'

So onto the serious part, this book will have very dark themes. It will have depression, suicidal tendencies, self harm, assault, blood, gore, and a lot more. I always put a Trigger warning on each chapter, even for the smallest things so please make sure to read them. I do not put a warning before the paragraph because it's usually the whole chapter that has triggers. That being said, I would not read this if you have easy triggers.

The main characters thoughts will be written in italics. If they are italicized and underlined then it is someone else speaking to her telepathically. I will repeat this with first few the beginning chapters just in case though 🥰
