Tuni: Seriously man.....i never thought that Amir is the master mind behind this all....she chuckled as she closed the file that she made while searching for Sid...

Her friend chuckled and shrugged her
shoulders.

Fri: We can't see what's coming dude.
Earth is always spinning-...with that
both burst into laughter but Tunisha
suddenly fell silent.

Tuni: But that innocent boy suffered alot because of his evil father. He never deserved that all... Avneet forgiving that old freak is still a question for me......

Her friend nodded in agreement. They
all knew that Avneet did forgive other but no one knew the reason.

Fri: Forget it....Just chill....You are coming on the party this weekend... There will be many boys...her friend said with a mischievous smile and Tunisha rolled her eyes.

Tuni: Why not....she laughed a little as she deleted the pictures of Siddharth and all related stuff to him that she gathered while privately digging in the case.

Tuni: The case is closed....she mumbled as the files finaly deleted from her phone. But she was happy that through this case, she did find new friend in form of Abhi...

Avneet was staring time to time at
Sid who had his head resting over car window. Faisu was driving their car as Vaishu and Abhi were in Sid's car, going somewhere....

Avneet: Are you tired....she asked in soft voice and Sid slightly tilted his
head with a pout.

Sid: Running a marathon because a
certain someone was trying to sneak
away silently, yeah i am tired.....the
sarcasm was too cute to feel anything
and Avneet bit her lower lip to stop
herself from laughing, because for
now sid was looking a little mad.

Once they left the airport, with
Sid in Avneet's arms still hugging...he
started showing a bit of attitude but
honestly...Avneet was still liking that
salty sid...

But when she asked from him that
where he wanted to go, his reply gave
her all the happiness she was in need.

Sid: With you.....

Those two words were enough to make her the happiest person on the
planet earth and she happily declared
that they will be going to Nandra mansion... ofcourse.

Mansion was quiet distant from
airport so they were still on the road.
And siddharth was now sulking with
tiredness. After feeling all the things
settled down, his body was in need of
some rest that he didn't give before.

Avneet scooted more closer to him
and patted his shoulder.

Avneet: Here....Have a nap....We are still half an hour away from mansion...

Sid gasped dramatically but huffed in the end.

Sid: My back is aching...he complained with pout but his tired look was clear on his face.

Avneet sighed and in next moment
she dragged him gently towards
herself as now sid was practically leaning over her chest.

Sid:What th....

Avneet: Shh....have a nap...You look too tired sid...she softly said as her one hand protectively settled Sid beside close to her and he was resting his head on her chest....

Avneet started massaging his back
genty while nuzzling her nose in
his hairs... Sid felt so contented by the actions and leaned more to her chest, feeling her so close... very very close.

Sid: Thank you Neet....he mumbled as he felt his eyes closing in the gentle warmth of her. Within minute or two, his breathing become steady as his body was totally relaxed.

Faisu smiled as he saw from rear
view mirror. The way Avneet was
looking at sleeping sid..., it felt
like she was looking at her universe. He felt so good seeing her that much
happy for the very first time.

Fai: Didn't i tell you before...it was your luck that he arrived at right time.....he finally said to her who without tearing away her gaze from sid replied.

Avneet: Yeah...i am lucky....indeed....

Faisu picked up the still sleeping boy very carefully and entered the
mansion with a smiling Avneet beside...., surprising all of her men. She walked straight to her room and Faisu placed sid on the bed.

She realized that he was still wearing
his office suit, his dark brown coat with white shirt was matching with his complexion.

She thought to remove the coat but
finally decided to leave the him rest
for a bit more,...she sat beside him caressing his head....right when stood up taking away her arms from his body and turned back to leave, a small tug on her sleeve stopped her again. She turned back to see siddharth looking at her with half closed eyes.

Sid: Where are you going....his a bit hoarse voice asked out and Avneet felt her lips twitched on the way he was
looking at her....

She sat on her one knee and gently
caressed his hand with a smile.

Avneet: You think i can go anywhere now when you are here. with me....the
way Sid's  ear turned red was the scene that made her laugh wholeheartedly. Her very unique
laughter echoed in the dark walls of her room, that was always gloomy.

Siddharth sat up, his eyes fixed on her smiling face heart thumping in joy on the unique voice of  her. He also smiled unconsciously..

Sid: Your laughter is beautiful.. you should laugh more.....he blabbered out and her smile faded as she saw
him looking at her with a smile.

Avneet: If you stay with me, i will definitely laugh more. the thing i actually forgot years ago.....she said, eyes fixed on his soft ones.

Sid quickly averted his gaze, his
cheeks heating up and he was sure that he must be looking like a tomato. So he decided to change the topic.

Sid: Um...i.. i don't feel comfortable in
these. Can you give me some clothes... he said, pointing towards his very
formal clothes. Avneet also felt her
ear burning and she nodded her head,
getting up from the floor and went to
her closet to grab some soft clothes. Her eyes wandered around her closet for whole minute, finding something more colourful and soft for him but sighed when she found nothing like that.

She grabbed some black sweatpants
and a loose black shirt. well all was
black in closet. She recalled, how he had to remain in his marriage clothes for days, when he-

Sid: Neet...his voice interrupted her
thoughts and a new guilt built up in her chest as she walked towards the bed.

Avneet: Here...i..i don't have much collection.....

She said apologetically and sid nodded his head with a smile.

Sid: u have male clothes...

Avneet: yeah...they are so cool and more comfy u know....she chuckled....

Sid: yeah.....These are indeed comfortable.....he replied and
quickly rushed to the bathroom after
confirming that.

Avneet sat there with the guilt,she
started fidgeting with her fingers like a scolded child.

After about 10 minutes, sid came out of the room....his hairs wet, showing that he had a shower. His cheeks red as he finally realized what he had done. But when he saw Avneet sitting at the bed while spacing out, he made his way towards her....

Sid: Neet...You ok....he asked softly as he patted her shoulder a bit.

Avneet: i...i did so bad with you. You were....you were so alone in that small room,...you were screaming for help... you...you....she choked on her sob as
she quickly covered her face with her
hands.

Sids heart clenched on that. He did suffer too much back there but he really wanted to forget about that. He
can't blame Avneet for that all.

Sid: Neet.... look at me...Please...he said as he took a seat beside her, facing the
crying girl....

Avneet slowly removed her hands
and sid wasted no time and leaned forward to press his lips over her forehead.

Avneet's breath hitched as she felt soft
and warm lips over her skin. She was
surprised on the action of him but
remained silent as sid slowly pulled back, hands cupping her cheeks
softly.

Sid: i said before and i am repeating. I
don't blame you....Past is gone and i
don't want to live in that.. Please try to
forget it like i am trying. But if you...if
you continue remembering those days
like that, none of us will be able to
forget about that and it will only hurt
us....And i don't want it.....he said,
directly looking into her  eyes.

Avneet  closed her eyes and a shaky
sigh left her lips. To which sid reacted by hugging her tightly.

Sid: I don't feel good,...seeing you like
that... Please don't cry Neet.... please...

Avneet bit her lip again so harshly
as all the scenes repeated in her eyes,
how he screamed in pain when she
punched him.

She couldn't help but nuzzle in his neck, sobbing badly, hands clutching over his shirt tightly.

Avneet: I am sorry sid..... i...i am so sorry....i Won't do anything to hurt you again..never again.....Sid smiled through his tears and patted her back.

Sid: Then promise me that you won't cry like this because of those days. Never blame yourself for what happened. See the bright side, if it hadn't happen that way, we won't be able to meet each other....he said and pulled back to see her looking at him with so much emotion filled eyes.

Avneet was thinking, how someone
can be so optimistic about such things....

Sid shook his head and wiped
his and her tears quickly and sniffed.

Sid: I just thought, how did you find out about me being....you know....Arth..he asked and Avneet  sadly smiled as she recalled the night, so painful night of her life.

Avneet: i heard you singing that song...that your mother sang for you....he nodded his head and his eyes roamed here and there as he also recalled the night.

Avneet was again spacing out and
Sid didn't like that a bit.

Sid: Neet i am hungry....Are you
planning to starve me....he whined
cutely and Avneet snapped out of her
thoughts. She chuckled when she saw
him sprawled on the bed with his
wet hairs spread on the sheets.

She got up and ruffled those wet hairs....

Avneet: Dry them up little baby.... and dinner would be ready in little time....

Sid blushed on the name but turned on his side to hide his face as she went to the door.

Avneet: Any special dish....she asked and he smiled again.

Sid: you know well.....he said and she grinned and quickly rushed outside to order her cook to make Dhal chawal for him....

Siddharth was playing with his fork
after finishing up the whole plate of his favourite dish. Faisu decided to have his dinner in his room, not to disturb two young ones. While Vaishu was no where to be found.

Avneet: Ice cream....she asked and he beamed in happiness, vigorously nodding his head.

They enjoyed ice cream in blankets
as sid said his back was still aching. On his request, they were watching movie...a cliche romantic one.

Avneet kept glancing over him..trying to believe that it wasn't a dream.
While he could feel her gaze but let her be.

Everything was quick for both but
Sid was still feeling very satisfied. He felt like it was bound to happen and the way it happened, doesn't matter now.

He slightly leaned over Avneet  for
some warmth and felt that she went stiff for a second before relaxing.
They enjoyed the movie, as he was giggling on the funny scenes while
she felt her heart swell every time
she heard that. They were almost at the end of the movie.

Right when Sid's phone buzzed
and he frowned when he saw Abhi's
contact. He accepted the call and he said something to him.

Avneet saw how phone slipped from
Sid's hand and his face went pale.

Avneet: sid...Hey what happened...she asked and shaked him with worried face but he was frozen.

When Avneet saw call still going on,
she picked up the phone.

Avneet: What happened...her authoritative voice boomed and Abhi told her...

She felt a lump in her throat as she looked back at siddharth who was sitting like a statue who finally said few words after so long.

Sid: Can't i be happy....
