Siddharth was woke up next day by Vaishu once again. She was spending more time with her taking care of him. He felt happy around her. She treated his wounds again and gave some more books to him to kill the time.

Like this 3 more days passed. Sid was happy that he didn't had to see the angry Mafia queen or that Maya. He felt scared on her name itself. But he was oddly felt safe in that house. He felt peacefull. But it doesn't mean he didn't miss his Dada and his bestfriend....but he felt better for some unknown reasons.

Vaishu was doing her work more efficiently as it was Avneet who ordered to take care of him now. She spent more time with sid and came to know some things about his Dada and bff.

Sid: Jann will always fight with me when i snatch her favourite cookies from her....he said chuckling.

Sid: and Abhi dada...he is the most lovable person in my life...he loves me so much...and u know he is really intelligent but sometimes he will really make bad jokes that will make us to think to kill him....he said laughing ..

These  two things were the most prominent remarks she came to know about the most important persons of his life. But sid never talked about his dad again or about his mother.

And a week passed like this. Now sid was completely fine and vaishu was happy that the bruises on his face were completely vanished. Still the scar of that night on his head was there but his hair on his front shadowed it.

But in this one week....Avneet never came out of her room. She locked herself in the room. She didn't even came out to go to her office. Vaishu and Faisal delivered her meals all the time. They were really confused on her behaviour as this was the first time that she neglected her works like this.

Vaishu could sense what was Avneet's state now as she clearly sensed the guilt in her voice on that night. But on the other hand Faisu and Maya was pissed at her behaviour.

By the end of the week Faisu couldn't hold anymore and he barged into her room. Maya was there discussing on something with Avneet.

Fai: care to explain the reason for this shitty behaviour Avneet....he said in harsh tone.

Avneet gave him a glance and went back to her laptop still discussing with Maya.

Faisu got furious and he approached her. He snatched the laptop away and she shot up in anger.

Avu: what the hell Faisu....i am working here...

Fai: and that's what exactly i want to know....WHAT THE HELL....he yelled and she grabbed his collar in a second.

Avu: dont use that tone on me Faisu....she growled and he rolled his eyes in annoyance but he said a small sorry.

She left him and walked towards the couch.

Fai: i am worried about u Avu....not only me we all are....just tell me what's bothering u....he said in a calm tone seeing Avneet calmed down already.

Maya: yes Avneet...he is right...we are here..u can tell us what's wrong....and why are u locking urself inside ur room like this....

Fai: is it about business....he asked trying to get an answer from her.. but she remained silent.

Fai: is it about that Nigam....he asked but he didn't noticed the small change in her expression.

Faisu remained silent for few seconds and spoke again.

Fai: wait....don't tell me it is about that boy again....

Avneet sighed heavily hearing him and it was the clue for him.

Fai: Avu....we had already searched for him everywhere....you even don't know his real name....why are u losing urself for an unknown boy Avu....he asked sighing. Frankly he was worried for her. He was also brought to Mafia along with her. He was with her all the time. Practically he was with her in all her phases of life after joining the gang.

Avneet stood up and grabbed faisu's hand and dragged him towards the screen and showed the boy who was reading a book with a small smile on his face. Faisu scoffed for a moment but remained silent as his mind was processing.

Fai: what.....he asked looking at sid on the screen and back at Avu.

Avu: his name is Siddharth...she said still her eyes on sid on the screen.

Faisu looked at Avu in confusion. But suddenly he recalled his words and the realisation hit him. He turned and looked at Avu...

Fai: he....Avu..don't tell me..its...

Avu: it's yes Faisu....he is...he is my Arth....my innocent boy whom i have been searching for years...she said calmly when Maya also realised what she is telling and both of them were looking at her with mixed emotions...

Siddharth nigam...the son of their biggest enemy was the boy for whom the mafia queen was searching for soo long....

Maya: wait...wait...but how can u be so sure Avneet....

Fai: yeah....how do u know that's him...

Avu: i asked Daniel to find about his childhood and there he is....she said showing the childhood picture of sid which she got yesterday to them.

Avu: and i found that....

Maya: on the day u stopped me from doing that....she said looking at  the picture on the phone and avu nodded in yes.

Avu: i promised myself to give him all the happiness...but see...i am the one who is hurting him in the worst possible way....she said and the sadness was evident in her voice. Faisu just hugged her despite not knowing why he did that.

Avneet was also shocked on his sudden hug but she let him as she felt she need some comfort now.

Maya: i am so sorry for touching him Avu...i am really sorry....i really don't know  how much it is tough for u now....but it was just the fate that u both met in this condition and situations....she said hugging her.

Avneet silently heard her words and chuckled at last. She was well aware that it was not Maya's  fault as it was her...only her who let her to do that....

Avu: it's always the fate...that played with me...all my life...she said in a no emotions tone.

Faisu was silent for sometime and asked again.

Fai: so what are u going to do now...

Avneet smiled sadly looking at sid on the screen.

Avu: it's already decided.....

In the last whole week, Jann and Abhishek were the most uncomfortable ones. They asked Tunisha to trace Avneet's location while the video of Siddharth being kidnapped was already on top in
media. They tried to keep it a secret but couldn't as someone from one of the company leaked the video.

Amir was baffled by the situation
when he saw Siddharth in that
condition. Deep down he felt a sting in
his heart. He felt like guilty for accusing his son for running away.

But that was all momentarily as his
company and house was bombarded
by lots of reporters, asking that how
come he didn't know that his own son
was kidnapped.

The whole thing was so messy that he
had to call for guards. Now every news channel was showing the video with headlines.

"Famous CEO of NIGAM ENTERPRISE, AMIR NIGAM lied about his son on a tour."

"SIDDHARTH NIGAM, son of AMIR NIGAM is under captive by someone. But no one knows who did that and why."

"Amir nigam lied or this whole kidnapping thing is fake?"

"Nigam Enterprise received a recording of Siddharth nigam  asking for help. Who kidnapped him? Was he kidnapped on the day of his wedding?"

Amir was already losing his temper after watching all that bullshit. News casters were adding spices while
the burns were coming to him directly. But he was still puzzled on one thing.

Amir:  Why the captor didn't asked for
anything?......

Siddharth was standing near the window after having his breakfast. Vaishu left him alone as she had some work.

He slid opened the window and let the fresh morning air hit his face and making his hair flow back. He was drowned in his own thoughts that he didn't noticed that the door opened and closed behind him.

Avneet came in and smiled looking at sid who was standing there with closed eyes and feeling the fresh air..

Avu: it feels like a good morning right....she said taking steps towards him but sid flinched badly on her sudden voice. Avneet just looked at him with so much emotions.

Siddharth was surprised to see her after a week but suddenly the flashes of last week's happenings came to his mind. He stepped back from her definitely fear visible in his eyes...

Avneet could see the fear in his eyes and she internally cursed herself for hurting him.

Sid bit his inner cheek when he saw Avneet took step near him. He tried to move but his back hit the wall he was stopped. He just hung his head down and stood still accepting whatever was coming in the way. Avneet saw him and sighed on his behaviour.

Avu: i am not going to hurt u....she said in a soft voice and sid slowly looked up to see her eyes.

Avu: never....she said and he was surprised to see those eyes which were filled with furry all the time now with so much of emotions. He again felt that odd feeling of being safe here when the mere person who beat the shit out of him was standing in front of him.

Unconciously sid was biting his lips and his inner cheek. Avneet slowly brought her hand up and touched his ear lobe softly...the touch which always made him weak...

Avneet slowly started to rub his ears when his lips curved into a small smile relaxing on the touch and getting the same reaction from her.

Siddharth closed his eyes feeling the touch and he was visibly relaxing on it. He let out a purr like sound feeling so good and better. All of his fears were long gone....

Avu( in mind): he still feels calm by touching his ears....

Avneet smiled on her thought and continued to rub his ears. But her smile dropped when she remembered for what she came there...

Avu: i am sorry....she said in a low and calm voice.

Sid opened his eyes and he was shocked and surprised for a second that how he could feel calm on her touch. He thought to jerk her hands off of him...but something stopped him...

Avu: i am so sorry....for hurting u....i never meant to do that....i was just...just caught up by something....i am so sorry....she said and sid was just looking at her hearing the words like he was hearing.

Sid: how come a person changes like that....he thought to himself.

Sid knew that Avneet didn't hurt him like a mafia queen will do with her captives. But he was thankful for her for saving him from becoming dirty on that day...

Sid: it's ok....actually it's me who has to be sorry...even with my life i can't compensate your pain and loss....he said but she felt stabbed by a knife in her heart.

Avneet slowly shook her head and smiled. For a second sid was just mesmerized with her smile.

Avu: no....u never deserved that...you deserve a happy life...u are too innocent to face this rude world siddharth...one should pay for the Sid they committed....and surely u are not the one who did that...so u are not going to suffer for something i never did....she said slowing removing her hand from his ear and he felt the loss of warmth.

Avneet slowly shiver her hand into the pocket of her hoodie she was wearing.

Avu: u will be happy soon....i am really soo sorry for hurting u...forgive me...i promise that this time....i will keep my promise....she said and sid looked at her puzzled and he didn't noticed that she again brought her hands to his neck.

Avu: and sorry for this too...

Sid: why are you....sid couldn't complete his words when he felt a sting on his neck. He looked at Avneet who had tears welled up in her eyes and he could felt a hand hold him securely by his waist firmly.

Siddharth felt his head spinning and his legs started to give up. He slowly fell in her arms when she took him quickly into a tight hug.

Avu: i am sorry sweetiepie....sleep for a while...u will be home soon...u will be happy....

Sid heard her saying those words. He wanted to ask her why and tried to get away from her hug but his eyes became blurry and his head fell on her shoulder leaning totally on her.

He felt a pair of soft lips of his forehead when she kissed him on the forehead and heard her saying some words before he lost his senses fully....

Avu: Neet will keep her promise this time.....
