Next morning, Nandani was preparing tea for everyone while Abhimanyu was standing beside her and making her laugh recalling the party's highlights. "I got blank when aunty announced the engagement. The first person I looked for help was Mukti but seeing her face it seemed that she was also blank"

"I was also blank for few seconds Abhi"

"Thanks your Aiyappa that Manik saved us all at correct moment plus he also confessed his love in front of everyone. Haven't I told you before that Manik loves you, it is clearly visible in his eyes."

"But how do you got to know Abhi that he loves me?" asked Nandani turning towards Abhi.

"Come on Nandu! Ever noticed the way he behave when I am around you? The way he vent out his frustration on the word "friend zoned" in the party. It clearly shows he use to be jealous and in the same way you would be jealous too if you would spot Manik with someone else."

Nandani recalls the moment when she have spotted Manik with Natasha. When ever she use to see him with someone else she use to get angry and pissed up on that person along with Manik too as why Manik is allowing anyone to come closer to him. She got distracted when she heard some noise coming out from outside.

"Who would have come so early in the morning?" Nandani asked to which Abhi just shrugged his shoulders.

On the other side Manik's sleep got disturbed due to the constant ringing of his mobile. He picked up his call and answered it without checking. "Hello Sir! Everything is done as you have ordered. Should we ask them to vacant this place now only or should we give them few days?"

Manik opened his eyes listening that and ordered them "Aman that property is now under Malhotra's. Ask them to vacant that place right now!"

"Okay Sir!" said his employee and cut the call.

After few minutes when Manik was getting ready, Ramu kaka knocked on his door. "Boliye Kaka!" said Manik while checking himself in the mirror.

"Sahab! Someone is on the door, she wants to meet you!" said Ramu Kaka. Manik looked towards him and nodded his head saying"aap chaliye, I am coming".

Manik smirked to see the person who wanted to meet him, she was none other than Nandani's aunt. "Why are you here?" asked Manik coldly.

"Manik beta! someone came from your company and he is saying that you have buy our property but we haven't sell it to anyone so how can anyone buy it. It is surely a mistake, hai na beta?"she asked sweetly.

"This is all business you know till yesterday, it was yours but today it is under Malhotra's. How? What? Why? Do not matters in business!" said Manik with full on attitude.

"Don't say like this beta! Where would I go at this age?"

"How does it matters to me where would you go? Go wherever you want but just go away from here!"

"Why are you doing this Manik? What have I done? Have you forget I am Nandani's aunt?" said aunt faking tears.

"Don't take my wife's name with that bad mouth of yours! Out from here!" said Manik shooting glares at her and turned to go inside. She tried to stop Manik by holding his hand "Manik please try to understand beta!" Her aunt tried to say when Manik pushed her hand causing her to dis-balance.

But before she could reach the ground Nandani hold her in her arms. "Chachi?" said Nandani looking at her face not knowing what is going on here.

Her aunt saw her face and said "Don't try to show sympathy now! I know this would have been your plan, you would have asked Manik to do this!" 

"Plan? What plan?" asked Nandani looking towards her face and then Manik's face.

"Nandani! let her go" said Manik.

"Don't try to act smart now Nandani! You know what people like you never stay happy in their life that's why you lost your parents first and you would loose everyone whom you would love! You would never be loved by anyone! You are a". Her aunt was venting out all frustration on her when Manik cut her.

"One more word to her and see what I would do with you!" Manik said glaring her. 

Seeing Manik in anger, her aunt at once softened her tone. "Nandani you know your uncle is no more, Alia had already run away. Now if you would take my property too where would I go at this age, tell me?" saying this her aunt started crying. While Nandani was not at all aware what discussion was going between her chachi and Manik.

"First point that property was never yours. It was under Nandani's name. Secondly, few minutes earlier you said something to Nandani that actually suits on you, people like you would never stay happy, see your husband is no more and than your daughter too run away without thinking about you once. However, Nandani had a family who loves her a lot and care for her unlike you who have no one at this age to take care of" Manik answered her back.

"Manik" Nandani tried to say something when Manik cut her and said "I don't want to see her face Nandani, ask her to leave!" Saying this he left from here. While her aunt started crying loudly trying to take sympathy from Nandani.

"Chachi please don't cry" Nandani said by rubbing her hand on her back.

"Where would I go at this age?"

"Don't worry chachi! Sit here, I would talk to Manik about this" Nandani said while making her sit on the chair wiping out her tears.

Nandani came in her room and saw Manik standing there. She could sense by his postures that right now he was very angry. "Manik!" Nandani called him softly.

"Had she left?" Manik asked directly.

"Manik where would chachi go? Give her that property na Manik, she needs it!" Nandani tried to make him understand sweetly.

"That property was on your name nah why you have transferred it to her name? Few days ago when you asked her for a help, then what did she had done? Do you forgot that how she had insulted you? Today also, see the audacity of her, standing under your roof and then also how dare she talk to you like that" said Manik while looking at her face.

"Leave that Manik! I never take her serious and I didn't feel bad too! I know chachi is like this" said Nandani holding his one hand and caressing it with her another hand.

"But I did feel bad and I feel angry too!" said Manik taking out his hand out from her grasp knowing very well what she is trying to do. He turned his back towards her and said "ask her to go Nandani!"

"You know Manik, Amma always used to say forgive and forget! What would be the difference between them and us if we would behave like them too then."

Manik didn't said anything neither he turned towards her. 

" Manik please try to understand nah chachi was there for me at that time when I was facing the worst period of my life. Whatever would be her reasons but she was there nah that is enough for me. Think for a second, if she would not have been there then what would have I do?" Nandani tried once again.

But Manik turned sideways and glared at her while Nandani made a bad face and left before Manik could burst on her but not without saying "okay I got it! you would not listen to me. I thought that now there is someone who would fulfill my every wishes but maybe I was wrong."

"Aiyappa! hopefully now Manik would listen" thought Nandani as she left the room.

"What did he say?" asked her aunt as soon as she saw her.

"Chachi actually" Nandani was hesitating to tell her when she heard a voice from her back. "You can go and stay there but that property would remain under Nandani's name. Don't ever stop her again if she visits there otherwise you know" Manik warned her. Nandani looked towards Manik while he didn't looked at her.

Hearing this her aunt smiled and said "thank you Manik beta!"

"Say thank to my wife! If it would have in my hands, I would not have been melted after whatever you spoke today" said Manik and sparing her a glance left from there.

"I should leave now!" said her aunt. While Nandani give her a smile and asked "Chachi if you are here then do breakfast with us today!"

"After whatever have happen today that had already filled my stomach. I am not hungry anymore!" said her aunt rudely and left from there. While Nandani smiled and said "Aiyyoo Aiyappa! some habits never go. Still chachi use to give her taunts and all!"

After giving tea to everyone, Nandani brings tea for Manik in their room. She saw him working on his laptop. She places the tray on the bed and sits beside him. But Manik again did not looked at her. She adjusted her arms under his arms and holds his arm. Manik was noticing her every gesture but didn't paid any attention to it. Putting her head on his shoulders she asked very cutely "Naraz ho aap?"

No reply!

"Baat bhi nhi kroge?" 

No reply!

"Reply bhi nhi doge?"

No reply again!

"Kiss bhi nhi kroge kya?" Nandani asked looking towards his face while still putting her head on his shoulder.

Hearing that Manik glared at her knowing very well she is just teasing him. To which she giggled cutely!

"Aiyappa! see na Manik is not talking to me" complained Nandani while snuggling her face in his shoulder.

~~While Aiyappa was giggling seeing Nandani trying to buttering her husband, Manik Malhotra!~~

Manik made a face but didn't replied.

"Aiyappa! Manik had again started ignoring me!" Nandani complained again while holding his arm tightly.

"As if you care what I want!" Manik finally break the silence.

"I care nah Manik why are you saying like this?" said Nandani pouting.

Manik kept his laptop aside and holding her, he make her make her sit in his lap. "You care for everyone else but you don't care for me!"

"I care for you Manik and I cannot see you sad or angry that too because of me!" said  Nandani smiling on him while pinching his cheeks.

"No! you don't" said Manik holding her tightly.

"Aiyappa it seems someone's mood is spoiled. But I know how to change his mood." said Nandani smirking while making his eyes close with her hands.

"I know your tricks very well Mrs Malhotra, you have already applied them twice on me" said Manik while closing his eyes.

"Shut up na Manik!" said Nandani by keeping her hand on his lips. While Nandani looked towards Manik's face that his eyes are closed or not, then she looked towards his lips, smilingly she adjusted herself towards his lips and then looked towards his eyes once. Seeing his eyes closed, without any further delay, she placed her lips on him giving him a quick peck.

~~Seeing this Aiyappa closed his eyes with his hands having a naughty smile on his face!~~
