Next morning Nyonika saw Manik sitting near her bed and caressing her hairs. "How are you feeling now Maa?" asked Manik.

"I am fine baccha" said Nyonika and then only she saw Mukti holding a girl's hand who was draped in green saree. 

"Mukti I would come later." whispered Nandani slowly trying to avoid Nyonika's eyes.

"Come on Bhabhi you can't just hide always." said Mukti in a little audible voice..

Nyonika was seeing Mukti and that girl(Nandani) arguing slowly. It seems she had seen that girl anywhere but she was not able to recollect when she had seen her. 

Seeing Nyonika's eyes on Mukti and Nandani, Manik break the ice. "Nandani come" said Manik..

Nandani looked towards Manik while Manik just communicated with his eyes that he would handle this situation. Nandani stands beside Manik and looked towards Nyonika trying  to give her a smile.

"Sorry beta I am not able to remember who are you? You were in the hospital, right" said Nyonika..

Manik at once said "Mom she is Nandani my". But before he could complete Nandani cut him and said "Friend.. I am his friend". Manik stared her while Nandani fully ignored him. 

"G voo actually I am new here so he offered me to stay here." added Nandani.

"Nandani beta feel comfortable in the home and let me know agr aapko koi prblm ho toh." Nyonika said sweetly..

"Aapko tension lene ki koi jarurat nhi h. I am comfortable here maa, *slapping herself mentally she corrected herself at once* I mean aunty" said Nandani.

"You can call me maa, Mukti jesi hi ho beta aap bhi mere liye" Nyonika said holding Nandani's hand making Nandani smile.. 

"Correct Mom" said Mukti cheerfully.. While Nandani was aware of Manik's stare but she was not having any guts to look at him..

"Aiyoo Aiyappa! Ek toh I have handled the situation itne ache se. Inko toh khush hona chahiye but hmesha ki tarah bss gussa.. Har situation mai yhi krna aata h inhe bss. Can't he say wow Nandu wow brilliant idea, mindlowing but nah ye aur inke stares. But dekhte rhe ye kitne bhi gusse se  maine bhi nhi dekhna inki taraf. Kitna bhi koshish kr le ab ye I would not be scared." thought Nandani..

Nandani came in the kitchen after having some sweet time with Nyonika to prepare something for her. But in a few minutes she saw Manik too standing there looking towards her. She immediately avoided eye contact and started doing her work.

"I have told you na that I would told Mom about you." said Manik.. Nandani made a face and murmured "Aiyoo! now he would start the same thing again".

"But nhi how could you listen what I told to you. Meri baaton ko toh sunna hi nhi h tumhe. Jo bolunga uska ulta krti ho tum bilkul. What do you think that I am a fool?" said Manik in a pissed tone.. EWhile Nandani bit her lips controlling her smile.

"By the way what was the need to tell that 'friend' thing. Are we friends Nandani? No we are not! We are husband and wife not at all friends" said Manik...

"But trip pr toh yhi decide hua tha na that we would be friends" said Nandani finally breaking the ice.

Manik take a step towards her and said "That was because of you Mrs Malhotra. And forget that do you forgot what all we have done in our trip in our bedroom".

Nandani got nervous hearing this and didn't reply further. 

"Bolo? Kya hua ab? Bhul gyi kya hua tha humare beech?" said Manik..

"Kya hua tha.. Kuch bhi nhi hua tha." said Nandani trying to close this awkward topic.

"Really. It seems that you forgot everything, let me remind you then" said Manik huskily standing at one arm away distance from her.

"Aiyoo!! Problem kya h aapki? If I have made a excuse infront of Maa toh acha h na. Once she gets well hum bta denge Maa ko tab." said Nandani..

"But what was your problem in telling that we are husband & wife?" said Manik

"Maa ko abhi stress nhi dete h na aur aapko toh proud feel hona chahiye that I made such a good excuse" said Nandani..

Till Manik could instigate her further Mukti also came there and said "Wah bhabhi you have friendzoned bhai." Nandani smiled hearing this.

"Tere pass kuch kaam nhi h hai na, jab dekho bhai bhabhi ki baat k beech mai aa jaati h" said Manik scolding Mukti...

While Mukti controlling her smile said "Gussa kr k kuch nhi hoga bhai you are friendzoned now. Aur naa do bhabhi ko pyar, yhi hona tha aapke saath.."

Manik stared her getting pissed off by the word "friendzoned". Seeing Manik in anger mode Mukti raised her hand and said "ok ok I am leaving". Saying this she left them alone.

"See what Mukti was saying" said Manik.

"She was joking, aap ko hua kya h mujje toh ye samaj nhi aa rha" said Nandani getting confused.

"I am not at all interested in becoming your friend, get that in your mind!" said Manik and left from there.

"Aiyappa inhe kya hua h bewajah ku gussa ho rhe h, pr adat h inki ye purani aisi hi thodi na chali jayegi. Ab inhe friend bhi nhi bnna mera" said Nandani shaking her head.

"I don't know mujhe ku itna gussa aa rha h iss friend word se. Can't Nandani understand! I don't want to be her friend anymore after all jo bhi hua ab hmare beech in honeymoon it is cleared that we are not friends anymore. But medam ko samaj nhi aa rha or either she is ignoring again. Okay fine if you want this way only then let's play." said Manik smirking thinking something...

On the other side Nyonika, Mukti and Nandani were getting gelled up together. Nyonika was loving Nandani's pamper and caring nature. After few minutes Manik also came in Nyonika's room. Unknowingly smile crept on his face seeing his loved ones smiling.

"Beta you are married, who is your husband? Where is your husband?" asked Nyonika..

Listening this question Nandani popped up his eyes and said "Husband voo". Her eyes fall on Manik and she asked in a gesture of helping her out from this.

But it seems Manik was in revenge mode. He also asked "Ha Nandani you didn't tell me about your husband. Where is your husband ha?"

Nandani scrunched her nose seeing him not helping her. "Maa voo actually he is busy in his work" said Nandani.

"Work toh thik h beta but is he staying with you?" asked Nyonika.

"Nandani k Aiyappa please help her. Kahi ye ladki kisi aur ko fake husband bnane k plan na soch le ab" thought Manik.

"No Ma, Unke pass time nhi tha kam zyada rhta h unke pass issliye." said Nandani.. Manik smiled listening this and thanked her Aiyappa.

"But beta kam toh hota rhta h itna bhi kya important kam. It seems you are newly married. Apni wife ko aise kon chhod skta h" said Nyonika in concerned tone.

Before Nandani could reply Mukti replied "Bhabhi sach bta do".

"Bhabhi... Aur kesa sach Mukti" asked Nyonika trying to sit. Nandani and Manik at once helped her in making her sit properly arranging the pillows.

"I use to call her bhabhi Mom. Aur sach ye h ki inke huband inse pyar ni krte, he loves someone else voo dhokha de rhe the inhe. Jab inhe pta chla toh she left her husband and as she know bhai here so Bhai have helped her and asked her to stay here as she have no family. said Mukti.

Nandani got nervous. She was not aware that to hide one lie how many more lie she needs to speak. While Nyonika felt pity on Nandani and said "Her husband would have been an  idiot to leave a wife like her. Acha kia beta tumne that you leave her. You don't need to worry from now onwards we are your family."

Nandani was feeling miserable now that she lied. Seeing the love and concerned in Nyonika's eyes, her eyes were filled with tears. Nyonika patted her back and said "Let me get well then milwana apne husband se I would take his class"

Mukti looked at Nandani and Manik and tried to not burst into laughter. Nandani looked slowly at Manik and seeing him staring her she at once avoided him.

"Kr lo avoid jitna krna h I would take my revenge soon Mrs Malhotra!" thought Manik smirking.
