Chapter 2
"Geetha... I'll come today much later as I have two appointments so don't wait and don't prepare food for me." "Sure Ragini." I smiled at her and went out of the house to the car where the car driver waited for me. "Good Morning." I nodded he opened the car door and I sat down on the seat.
I watched how the trees, the houses went away from me. The drive was really calm and relaxed. I could think about so many things but I knew I would just start screaming and crying. I had to think blanc. Nothing else. Simply, I just couldn't think about something. I looked out of the window and saw a mother with her child and with each time of watching it, I got weak and timeless tired. I looked away and took the Mac to concentrate on something else.
Finally we arrived there at the company and the door got opened. I took my bag and went into the company, took the lift and opened the door to my room. Few minutes later I heard a knock and saw Masha coming inside. "Good Morning mam. The first company is here because of the partnership." I looked up and nodded. "JK company?" "Yes mam." I nodded again and took the glass of my green the and drank a little bit. "I'll call you. They can wait for few more minutes." She went away with a nodding and went out of the room.
In the conference room I looked at them. "Mam, it's all about the partnership with us. We would like you to partner up with us." I looked at the woman who looked at me boldly. "We want to reach new levels with the partnership of you." "Yes mam, we would be delighted if you agree in this." I looked at their files, smiled sarcastically and looked again up. My eyes got smaller, my anger on top but at the same time my voice wasn't loud. It was calm and was with full of poison. It should hurt them, just of my words.
"Mr Akash and Ms Singh, I think you didn't understand anything about a good business." I looked at them and smiled. "The most powerful company should ask about partnership and not you. This company is the best and ranked in number one. You're talking with the boss of this company, Ragini Gadodia. What do you think of me?!" I looked at them and they knew that this partnership would never happen. They got up and they got angry as well but what could they say? "Thank you for your presence and taking my time for this stupid thing, you may go." "Remember, Ms Gadodia, that you'll never get few people around because of your manners." I looked at her and was impressed. She argued with me, interesting. I liked it. "Good Ms Singh, you maybe right but I swear I have much better people around me as you have and there you can't say anything because I'm right." I went to her and saw how she got frightened. "Get. Lost. Out. Of . My. Company. Ms. Singh." Without saying any word she went out with her partner.
After few ours the next and the last appointment happened, where I could do alien useful things instead of throwing people out. After a long successful day I could finally pack up.
"Geetha... you waited for me?" I sat in the dining table and looked at her with a very tied face. She nodded and gave me a plate with some food. "Sure. What do you thing? I know you won't eat anymore after coming home and this is not healthy so I waited." A warm smile appeared on my face, appreciated her kind soul and I knew I should be thankful. "Please eat." I nodded and started to eat. "How was your day Geetha?" "It was good. I could finally meet a very old friend of mine. She didn't change a lot. Even after so may years."
Change. The word change was a big turn point in my life line. Everyone changed for something, for fun, for the own happiness, for others happiness and a lot more but in my case nothing of these were the change. I changed. Not my hair colour or something else. I changed to another person. The the real Ragini Gadodia. I was happy about it and i felt every time why I did the major change and there I landed. The boss, the tycoon, the most talked person in the fashion industry. Me, only me, Ragini Gadodia. No one could defeat me. Not even the Ganesha, that I worshiped. No one.
"I am Really happy seeing her back actually and how was your day? Did you throw someone out?" A big grin appeared on her face. I just nodded in disbelief, but a grin after ages appeared on my face. She knew how I was.
I could clearly remember, like it happened just yesterday, how I met this girl all alone on the road, crying there on the ground. She was 17 and was all alone there in that dark night where she should be at home. I knew it how it was. I understood her. I went out of the car talked to this girl. I tried to console her, gave her a new strength and there I took her home, gave her a new home and a new job. She was my servant, housekeeper and mostly my best friend but I didn't treat her as a servant because i didn't like to treat her like this. She deserves something better and there I put her back to college and there she could learn. I didn't ask anything about her past, till she ran to me and hugged me while crying. She told me her story. Her life was normal, like others till she found out in a very young age that her father didn't want her anymore. She overheard the conversation of her mother and his father. He wanted to bring her in a very bad line. Her mother couldn't bear it anymore. Geetha tried to be normal on the next day without showing anything when her mother came to her and gave her some money. I could still remember how she told me this.
"She came to me... I knew that she was heartbroken I was the same. My father went to extended just to have much more money. We are poor, didn't have anything instead of saying something else, like go to work, he wanted me to go somewhere else." She looked at me and wiped her tear away. "My mother told me that I should go away very far. He's not here, take the chance and go away. I will handle it. Never come back. I knew that you heard the whole conversation, I saw you." I looked at her. She didn't move. "I was shocked but at the same time... I was happy that she heard it. She gave me some Money and looked at me with a lot of tears. "I'm sos sorry my child that you have to leave it but it's only for your best. Fo away in this night and never come back. I'll pray to god everyday that he choirs safe and protect you. Find a safe place Geetha..." She for quite for few minutes. "And look where I landed? In just good hands of a Young Woman." She smiled and hugged me back.
I looked up and was hit back to the reality where Geetha smiled at me. "I smiled back. "You have to study?" "I did everything. I have just to sleep." I didn't know why she wore only sarees but she looked pretty in these. "Achcha, I'll go to sleep now. College is calling." She smile and waved her hands. I nodded and saw how she went to her room.
