Scarlet grew more and more worried about where Kai was or when she would be home. She had half a mind to go see why it was taking so long. Even as a lover, she still had to obey Scarlet. well, that's what Scarlet thought. Once the night was done, Kai returned to Azula. Her new found hunger was fully satisfied and she was enjoying the freedom. No one to control how much blood she takes. Azula smiled as she hugs Kai from behind.

"Are you happy that you had some freedom? Happy to not have Scarlet breathing down you neck about how much you take?" she asked.

"Yeah, it was amazing. I wiped out an entire village in one night, I never knew I was that hungry." Kai replied.

Azula chuckled as she gently caress Kai's cheek. she then lean and kisses Kai before speaking softly.

"if you stay with me, you can have all the freedom you could ever wish for. all you have to say is one little word." She said softly.

Kai was taken back by the kiss, it was a lot more softer and more passionate then when Scarlet would kiss her. Her face had a faint redness to her cheeks. Suddenly she felt something slip onto her finger. she glances down and saw a fancy look yet old ring. She looked at Azula.

"take it as a freedom gift. you can now walk among the humans in the sun. only special underlings get them. I want you to think about my offer." Azula said before placing one more kiss upon her lips.

Kai nods and thanked her for the gift and told her that she will think about her offer. But deep in the back of her mind, she wanted revenge on scarlet and Matthew. speaking of which, she hasn't seen Matthew since he brought that creature down there to "meet" her. she pushed the thought of him to the back and headed home before the sun came up. Even though she was now able to walk among the sun, she didn't want scarlet to know what she was up to. But first she wanted to find Silvia and get some answers. Once she returned home, scarlet took one good look at her and wondered why she was dressed up like the way she was. Kai wore what looked like an outfit of loose black clothes like a cloak and had the star of Satan pinned on her shoulder. Kai enjoyed her new look as it gave her power she never felt before. Like she could do anything.

"where have you been? and why are you dressed up like that?" Scarlet asked.

"the high mother wanted me to run an errand for her. and why not? I like this new look." Kai replied.

Scarlet could smell the excessive amount of blood coming off her as well. Kai hid the ring in her pocket before Scarlet could even notice that she had the ring. Kai had the offer that Azula has offered her. she was much more gentle then scarlet and allowed her to do as she wished and didn't control of how much blood she could drink. But a familiar scent came off her as well but kai couldn't put a finger on it. Scarlet looked at Kai with a look that she didn't believe her but kai gave her a smile.

"I guess its ok. just glad you came home before the sun came up. don't need you getting burnt." said Scarlet.

Kai's pov

I swear scarlet gets more and more stupid by the minute. she has no clue that I plan to rid her and Matthew for what they did. All I have to do is just keep playing the helpless slave/lover. speaking of which were is Matthew? I guess I will have to ask Vivian. Even Azula gave off a familiar scent but I couldn't quite put my finger on it just yet. I also have to go find that bitch, Silvia. She owes me an apology and some answers. I swear I'm gonna make him pay for what he did to my aunt, make Silvia pay for betraying me and I'm gonna get rid of scarlet, she is the one who fucking started this hell I call my life. As the months go by, I continue to play the helpless slave/lover to scarlet as Azula continues to give me my freedom to do what I want whenever she calls on me. Hallie even introduced me to her brother, Milo. He was strange tho, always talking about science and stuff that I knew nothing about. But he was really nice. I began to like him. He rarely visits due to be being busy with his job in some far away country but he tries to find the time.

"Oh there you are!" Vivian said as she entered the room.

I looked at her and hid a small blush. Every time I saw her, Vivian grew more and more beautiful every day. Tho I can't blame her she is a lot more beautiful then Scarlet. I rather Vivian to be my master than scarlet. Vivian gave me a smile and grabbed my hand.

"Come on, I have a job for you." Vivian said.

Hallie suddenly grabbed my hand and pulls me to her. Vivian and I looked at her in confusion.

"Sorry Vivian but mother needs Kai to run a small errand for her." Hallie protested.

Deep down I could tell Hallie grew feelings for me. At first I thought she was only teasing me for fun but I noticed that her teasing was getting more and more personal especially when someone would take me out her sight.

"oh alright. send her my way when you're done with her." said Vivan as she lets me go.

Hallie nods and drags me off but in the wrong way of her mother's room. instead she leads me to a secluded hallway and stops and looks at me. I knew something was bothering her so I couldn't just stand there and stay quiet.

"Is everything alright?" I asked.

Hallie stayed quiet for a few seconds before speaking another word. she looks up at me, with sadness in her eyes. she was about to cry any second now.

"Kai, I hate that I hid this for so long from you but I have information about your mother." she replied, "but I want you to know that I had nothing to do with this and just recently found out a few months before you agreed to serve my mother. I hope you wont hate me for this."
