We arrived at Port Royal. We were in a tower that was very dark and gloomy. This whole world was giving off a very dark vibe. "This place is..." Sora started.

"Kinda different," Goofy finished.

Blood curling screams came from the village below us. "Uh-oh!" I said. "Trouble!"

"Organization XIII?" Goofy gulped.

"Or the Heartless!" Donald suggested.

We followed those screams to a pier where Pete was with a bunch of pirates pirates. "Those are the punks I was talking about!" Pete growled.

"Who are you calling punks?" Sora demanded. "It's Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Sakura to you! And don't you forget it!"

"I won't," the captain of the pirates said. "Not when I can carve your names into a tombstone."

"Whoa, I like your style!" Pete admired.

"Men-half of you stay here and indulge these cullies," the captain ordered. "The rest, being me that medallion!"

"Aye!" The group of pirates split up into their designated spots.

"Aw, we only get to stomp on a few of you?" Sora taunted. We began to fight them but there was some kind of force field that was preventing us from hitting them. "It's no use!" Sora groaned. "We can't defeat them!"

"What do you expect?" One of them smirked.

The dark clouds looming over the sky cleared, showing a pale full moon. All the pirates turned into skeletons. "Whoa!" We yelled.

"It's no use," they taunted. "Might as well say your prayers."

"Hey, be careful!" Pete warned. "They can see you! Don't let them use their Magic!"

Magic eh? Is that there weakness? "Thanks for the tip Pete!" I giggled as I casted Thunder and stunned all of the pirates. They yelped and dashed off to someplace else.

Pete glared at us. "Hey! This ain't over!" He turned around and ran through the pier.

"If Pete's here, then that means we must have some work to do," Sora concluded.

"Yep," Goofy agreed. "And that pirate captain looked pretty mean, too."

"Man, I'd hate to see him turn into a Heartless." Sora sighed.

"Well, we ARE here..." Donald started.

"I know!" Sora laughed. "While we're here, why don't we take a pirate ship out for a spin?" We glared at Sora. "Just kidding! Weren't those guys heading into town?"

"Yeah," I remembered, "I think they were looking for treasure." I glanced at the stone bridge the pirates went over.

We tried to retrace their steps, but instead we ran into a man surrounded by a couple of the shadow Heartless. "Take cover!" Sora ordered. "We'll handle these guys!"

Sora and I used our Keybladea and sliced the Heartless in half. Donald burned one with Fire and Goofy threw his shield at the last one. Once they were gone, the man came out of his hiding spot. "Well done!" He complimented us. "My own fencing skills are not to be ashamed of...but I've never met foes such as that before."

"You really think we're that good?" Sora asked.

"Did you find your friend?" Goofy said.

"I was too late," the man sighed. "But I must rescue her! Would you help me?"

"Of course!" Sora smiled. "I'm Sora." He pointed to me, "She's Sakura." He pointed to Donald. "That's Donald." And he pointed to Goofy. "And that's Goofy."

"I'm William Turner, but call me Will," Will introduced himself to us.

"Okay, Will, let's go!" Sora waved his hand as we prepared to run off.

"Right," Will nodded. "We have to get to the docks!"

Will lead is to the docks, but the pirate ship belonging to the pirates we saw earlier was already at sail, and it was took far away for us to swim there. "We're too late!" Will groaned.

"Huh?" Sora said.

"Those pirates kidnapped Miss Elizabeth Swann and took her to their ship," he explained. "Now they've sailed, and I'll never be able to find her!"

"Then she's long gone," a voice sighed. "The Black Pearl is nigh uncatchable. Best find yourself another girl, mate."

We turned around to see a pirate with dreadlocks and a red bandanna boarding a ship. "You..." Will said. "What are you doing aboard the Interceptor? She's off-limits to civilians."

"Ah, fortunate that I'm going to commander her, then. She'll make a fine pirate ship." The pirate smiled.

"A pirate?" Sora gasped.

"Captain Jack Sparrow, if you please," Captain Jack replied.

"Take me with you," Will begged. "Help me hunt down the Black Pearl and save Miss Elizabeth Swann. I got you out of that jail cell, Sparrow. Do this and your debt is repaid."

"You'll have to win fair lady's heart alone, mate. I see no profit in it for me." Captain Jack shrugged.

"C'mon, Captain!" Sora pleaded.

"Are you sure that you can sail her in your own?" Will taunted.

"You got a point there," Captain Jack sighed.

"Thank you, Sparrow!" Will sighed with relief.

"CAPTAIN Jack," Capitain Jack glared.

We boarded the ship. "I'm Sora," Sora introduced us by pointing at each one of us and saying our names. "She's Sakura, and those are Donald and Goofy."

"I'm Will Turner," Will added.

"That would be short for William, I imagine," Captain Jack shrugged. "No doubt named for your father, eh?"

"Yes," Will nodded.

"Well, then, Mr. Turner," Captain Jack said. "You get us ready to make way. I've got some effects to liberate."

"Aye aye!" Will replied. "Bye! And hurry!"

"Naturally," Captain Jack nodded.

"Sora...you really want to be a pirate?" Donald asked.

"Of course not!" Sora waved it off as he went to talk to Captain Jack.

"What do you make of this Will?" Captain Jack asked Sora.

"I don't know," Sora shrugged. "We just met him."

"Hmm...I think my luck's about to change," Captain Jack responded.

Captain Jack yanked a rope and the sails opened, allowing the boat to sail in the ocean. I leaned over the railing of the boat, the wind blowing at my hair as I watched the waters pass quickly below us. I am loving this ship. Our raft back in Destiny Islands is a piece of wood plank compared to this beauty. Exploring other worlds on that raft? After seeing how a real ship works, please, traveling on that wood plank was just wishful thinking.

As we were sailing, I turned back around to see Captain Jack at the captain's helm by the steering wheel of this ship, half watching his surroundings and half watching his compass. "Why are so you fixated on that compass?" Sora asked him.

"It will be she that leads us to the Isla de Muerta-where Barbossa's headed. Savvy?" Captain Jack explained.

"How do you know?" Sora replied.

"Ah, lad...he and I once had our eyes on a treasure-Aztec gold," Captain Jack pocketed the compass. "'Twas hidden on the Isla de Muerta. But he turned traitor and stole my ship."

"So he's after that treasure, then," Will said.

"Treasure's already his," Captain Jack turned around to face Will. "So's the curse upon it. I've no desire for such treacherous spoils. But I will have back what's mine-the Black Pearl.

An island came into view and once we got closer, I saw, through the total darkness, that the island was just a really large, floating, rock cave. Captain Jack parked the Interceptor on the shore of the rock cave. We got off the ship and Captain Jack began to instruct us on what to do, "You lads wait here. Young Turner and I will rescue the lady."

"Hey!" Sora interjected. "What about us?"

"You're to guard the ship, o' course," Captain Jack explained. "It's a task given only to the bravest pirates."

"All right..." Sora agreed suspiciously.

"Guard her well!" Captain Jack encouraged us. I rolled my eyes. Oh please, I'm not falling for this. He turned in the direction of the mouth of the cave with Will. "Shall we?" Captain Jack gestured to the opened and they both ran in.

We all went back on the ship. "I think he was just trying to fast talk us..." Sora muttered.

"And you fell for it," I raised a brow at Sora.

"What's keeping those two?" Sora crossed his arms over his chest.

"They sure are taking their time..." Goofy agreed.

"If Pete's hanging around, there must be Heartless here, too," Sora pointed out. "And Jack and Will aren't used to fighting Heartless. Let's go and see."

We got off the ship once more and ran into the cave. There isn't anything interesting about it-this place had rocky walls, rocky floors, and rocks that looked like icicles hanging from the ceiling. Will came running out of the cave accompanied by a woman with blonde hair and a yellow velvet dress, who I assumed to be Elizabeth Swann, the woman we are supposed to rescue. "Quick, they're after us!" Will panted.

Skeleton pirates came in just a few paces behind the two. Sora, Donald, Goofy and I immediately drew our weapons. "We'll hold them off!" Sora assured. "Give us a sign when the ship's ready to sail!"

"Right!" Will quickly nodded. "We'll light the signal fire!"

Learning quickly from the first time, I casted Thunder on all the pirates, stunning them momentarily. We then charged forward with our weapons, quickly getting rid of them. I saw a flash of light where the Interceptor which was parked. "The signal fire!" I cried.

We bolted out of the save and back onto the ship where Will and Elizabeth stood, waiting for us. We noticed that Captain Jack wasn't with the two. "Where's Jack?" Sora asked.

"Well..." Will started. "I left him behind. I had to. Jack's no fairy-tale pirate. The real ones aren't to be trusted."

We all stared at Will, following him with our eyes as he took control of the steering wheel as we began to sail back to Port Royal. We kept watch to see if the Black Pearl was catching up. Elizabeth, leaning over the rail, gasped and pointed to something out in sea, "Will, look!"

We followed her finger to see a pirate ship heading towards us at a dangerously fast speed. "What now?" Donald cried.

"I wonder what Jack would do," Sora remarked.

"I don't know," Will responded. "I suppose...he'd run for it."

"Sounds good to me," Sora nodded as the entire ship shook. We all wobbled and tried to regain balance. I looked to see that the Black Pearl had fired its cannons onto the the Interceptor. Will, in amidst all the chaos, fell overboard.

"Will!" Elizabeth cried only to almost fall overboard herself when another cannon was fired at the Interceptor.

"Hit the deck!" Goofy instructed as we all laid down on the deck so we wouldn't be thrown off the ship by standing on it.

I spotted something glittering on the deck and I reached out for it. I brought it back to me to see that it was a medallion attached to a piece of string like a necklace. Pirates from the Black Pearl began hopping over to our ship and Sora, Donald, Goofy and I stood up, ready to fight as I quickly put the necklace around my neck. I casted Thunder on them once more, but they dodged the bolts and Sora headed straight for the Interceptor's cannons, firing them at the Black Pearl. "Cover for me!" Sora instructed.

"Right," I nodded as I faced the pirates, Keyblade drawn. Out of habit, I slashed at them with my Keyblade, but that didn't do any damage on them. One of them slashed back at me with their sword but I met them with my Keyblade. As we crossed blades, I began to push them over to the moonlight, turning them from a regular pirate to a skeleton pirate. I shoved them back and casted Fire on him, burning it.

Sora kept on firing the cannons as I helped Donald and Goofy fight over the pirates. Soon, there were no more pirates coming our way and I turned around to see the Black Pearl, smoking. "We did it!" Sora cheered. "We defeated the pirates!"

"Well, did you know, laddie?" A voice mocked us from behind. We turned to see a full crew of pirates, with Elizabeth and Captain Jack bound by ropes as a pirate with a pirate hat on top of his dirty blonde hair with a curly blonde beard stepped towards us.

"Jack!" Sora gasped.

We turned around to see that we were surrounded by pirates. "Now then, I'll be having back that medallion," the pirate captain said. I gripped the medallion I wore around my neck as we took a step back. "Unless it's more important than their lives?" He gestured to Elizabeth and Jack.

"Barbossa!" A voice yelled. We looked up to see Will, with a gun drawn on the mast of the ship. "She goes free!" He said.

"Go ahead boy-shoot!" Captain Barbossa taunted. "We can't die."

"You can't...but I can," Will placed the gun underneath his chin. "My name is Will Turner! My father was Bootstrap Bill Turner! His blood runs in my veins!" Captain Barbossa's eyes widened as Will hopped off the mast of the ship, the gun still pointed underneath his chin. "On my word, do as I say or I'll pull this trigger and be lost to Davy Jone's locker."

"Name your terms...Mr. Turner," Captain Barbossa raised a brow.

"Release Elizabeth...and Sora, and Sakura, and Donald, and Goofy, too!" Will stated, taking the gun away from his chin.

Captain Jack hopped while still bound, shaking his head no at Will, as if he was trying to mentally tell Will something. "Anythin' else?" Captain Barbossa asked.

"Leave now!" Will added.

"Agreed," Captain Barbossa nodded. "Leave we shall...but the Heartless shall stay!"

Laughter filled the ship and we turned to see Pete behind Will, lifting him up and throwing him over his shoulder as aerial Heartless appeared on the ship. "No fair!" Sora interjected.

Seeing that we were surrounded and knowing that if we take the Heartless down, Barbossa will send his pirates after us once we're done with the Heartless. Or, Pete will keep summoning up the Heartless until we get tired and drop dead, we were forced to surrender. In both cases, we'd lose a fight against all of them.

Barbossa had his crew tie us up with ropes and we were thrown into the cabin, taking the medallion necklace from me in the process. "Good work, Barbossa!" Pete smirked at us from above. "Who knew it would be this easy!"

"Barbossa, you coward!" Elizabeth shouted.

"That's the last time I trust a pirate!" Sora grumbled.

"The powder kegs are ready, Captain!" A pirate yelled to Captain Barbossa.

"Then I bid ye farewell!" Pete closed the cabin door, leaving us down here, all tied up.

"What are we going to do?!" Donald cried.

"We'll be blown to smithereens!" Goofy trembled.

I began to move around through my restraints, trying to find a position where I could summon my Keyblade without stabbing anyone. If I could get my Keyblade, we could cut our restraints and be free. "Why struggle, mate?" Captain Jack asked. "A pirate knows when to surrender."

"Are you serious, Captain?" I cried as I continued to move around.

"Your average pirate, anyway," Captain Jack added as he stood up, his restraints falling off of him and he sheathed his dagger. "First, we've got to see to the gunpowder. I'm not abut to lose this ship!""I still don't plan to trust pirates again," Sora said.

"Wise policy, lad," Captain Jack nodded curtly at Sora.

With Captain Jack no longer sitting next to me, I could freely summon my Keybade without the concern of stabbing someone. I held my hand out and my Keyblade appeared in my hands as I quickly cut my restraints like Captain Jack did as I helped Sora cut his. I helped Elizabeth with hers and Sora tended to Donald and Goofy.

We ran back up to the deck to see five burning barrels guarded by some aerial Heartless. I took out the Heartless by one barrel and Sora knocked the barrel into the ocean. Donald and Goofy took out another grouping while I took out another group and Sora knocked those two barrels into the ocean. While we were doing this, Capatin Jack and Elizabeth ran back up to the steering wheel, ready to take the Interceptor back to Isla de Muerta.

"All clear!" Sora gave the thumbs up to Captain Jack.

"That's the second time I've had to watch that man sail away with my ship," Captain Jack growled as we set sail on the the Interceptor. "But I'll be havin' her back soon enough."

We had docked at Isla de Muerta and Captain Jack stopped all of us and pointed to Elizabeth. "You stay with the ship, lass!" He instructed.

"I'll do no such thing!" Elizabeth retaliated. "Will could die there."

"Dear William is fine," Captain Jack assured. "Trust me."

"I am not a fool, Jack," Elizabeth glared.

"Then trust me instead!' Sora offered.

"Sora, Donald, Goofy, Sakura-bring Will back safely!" Elizabeth made us promise and we nodded at her.

We ran inside the cave to find a clearing inside the cave where a giant hole in the center of the ceiling shone moonlight inside the cave. There was a treasure chest overfilled with gold as Will and Captain Barbossa stood beside it, Captain Barbossa having a knife in hand as he and his entire crew were skeletons. "Now, let's be tryin' this again!" Captain Barbossa yelled. "The last of the Aztec treasure has been returned. And now, the blood will be repaid to drew us free this curse forever! This time, for sure!"

The skeleton crew cheered as we crashed the ritual. "Ahoy!" Sora shouted. "Treasure, mateys!"

"Not possible," Captain Barbossa blinked.

"Not probable!" Donald corrected. "We're alive and we're pirates!"

"Captain Jack Sparrow!" Captain Jack presented himself.

"Sora!" Sora followed.

"Sakura!" I said.

"Donald Duck!" Donald yelled.

"Goofy, too," Goofy added.

"So you want to play pirate?" Captain Barbossa smirked at our ragtag team. "Best save the playacting for the nursery. "After them!"

His skeleton crew charged at us and I casted a surge of Thunder once more. It might not hit them, but it was well worth a shot since it worked so well on them. Everyone else drew their weapons and whacked them, knocking them away from us. "No more playacting now!" Sora smirked in triumph.

"Sora!" Will ran up to us. "Thank you."

"Uh...where's Jack?" Goofy asked.

We turned to see that Captain Jack and Captain Barbossa in a middle of a duel. They were crossing swords with each other, trading blow after blow and blocking each other from their attacks. "Jack! Go get him!" Sora cheered him on.

"Huh?' Captain Jack stumbled a bit from hearing his name but he regained his composure and continued fighting until he had his sword knocked out of his hands.

"You're a fool, Jack Sparrow," Captain Barbossa laughed as he held his sword out at Captain Jack, who backed away and was caught in a beam of moonlight, turning him into a skeleton pirate. Our jaws dropped at the sight. How was Captain Jack affected by the curse from the treasure? He never even have it with him!

That's when Captain Jack pulled out a medallion and rolled it between his fingers. "Jack..." Will sputtered.

"Show yourself, Pete!" Captain Barbossa yelled. "The tide has changed."

Pete appeared in the room. "See?" He said. "I told ya you'd be needin' ol' Pete!"

He whistled and a green lizard Heartless with huge hands and feet that had yellow claws on them with beady yellow eyes and a flickering red tongue crawled from from the walls, turning invisible. It jumped from wall to wall and then joined Captain Barbossa's side, its beady eyes glowing white.

The Heartless dimmed the entire room, making it dark so that Captain Barbossa was invincible to our magic and attacks. Spotting its glowing eyes in the dark, I ran up to it, jumped, and whacked it on the head with my Keyblade. The Heartless retracted, filling the room with moonlight once more. Captain Barbossa rolled out mini bombs that exploded, knocking Sora back. I casted Cure on him and Sora was back on his feet once more.

Donald casted Blizzard on Barbossa and it temporarily stunned him. Sora used that opportunity to attack him. He and Captain Barbossa crossed blades as Sora drew back quickly and attacked him on the side with his Keyblade, knocking Captain Barbossa down.

We then faced Pete, weapons drawn as he backed up away from us. "This ain't over!" He shouted as he ran out of the cave.

We turned back to Barbossa, who was slowly getting back on his feet. "Right," Captain Jack said. "Are you ready to surrender, Barbossa?" Captain Barbossa drew his sword as a response. "Well, enough of this again," Captain Jack rolled his eyes as he threw his sword to the side, causing Captain Barbossa to draw back in confusion. Captain Jack then pulled out a gun. "What say you we call it-a draw?"

Captain Barbossa shrugged, "Jack, how many times do I have to tell ya--"

Captain Jack threw the medallion and fired the gun, causing Captain Barbossa to laugh. "Laugh while you can, Barbossa!" Will shouted as he opened his first over the chest of gold, revealing the medallion Captain Jack had thrown and his medallion necklace, both coated in blood as it fell into the chest.

Once he did that, Captain's Barbossa's jaw dropped as he stumbled back. "I feel...cold," he wheezed as he fell down whilst Captain Jack stared at his body.

We returned back to the ship and Will stopped, causing the rest of us to stop as well. "What now, Jack?" He asked.

"Whatever I want, now that the Pearl is mine again," Captain Jack answered.

"That she is," Will glanced at the Black Pearl. "Thank you, Jack."

Will held his hand out for Captain Jack to shake but instead Captain Jack flinched and stepped back. "I didn't want ye hittin' me again, mate," he said.

"Hey Jack-good luck," Sora said.

"And remember to be good!" Donald reminded.

"I'm off," Captain Jack gave us some finger guns as he backed slowly onto his ship. He turned around to see Elizabeth running. He held his arms out and smiled, seeing that she was about to hug him.

"Will!" She cried as he ran past Captain Jack's open arms and into Will's as they hugged. Captain Jack blinked as he awkwardly stared at the two before sighing and boarding his ship.

"Good for them," Sora smiled at the hugging Elizabeth and Will.

"Uh-huh!" Goofy nodded.

I glanced a Sora, seeing that there was a tinge of pink on his face. "Hey Sora, you're blushing," I teased. "Thinking about Kairi, hm?" I held my arms behind my back as I leaned forward, blinking innocently at Sora.

"Wha-I'm not!' He insisted as he covered his face, giving his thoughts away as Donald, Goofy and I burst out laughing.

Captain Jack had pulled out his compass when it began to glow. "Eh?" He blinked watching his compass float up into the air.

Sora and I held out our Keyblades at it and we were transported to another dimension and Captain Jack's compass in the air. We pointed out Keyblades at it and two beams of light shot out from it. I was pulled into my usual trance; I saw a giant weaving, I weaved out the dark threads in the giant weaving, weaved in some new colorful thread, and I was pulled out from my trance.

Once we were done and back to the real world, Sora turned to Donald. "You know, for a minute there...I was afraid we were gonna lose Donald to the curse of the treasure!" He joked.

"Yup," Goofy raised his hand in agreement. "Me too."

"What?!" Donald cried, shocked that such a thought crossed our minds.
