The day of the last hearing, was finally here.

Uditasree was fully buckled up for facing the opposition, without even knowing what proof she will be presenting forward to the judge.

Vaishnavi told her to believe in her. She told her that before the hearing starts, she will give her briefing face-to-face and not on the call.

She also said, that she will be bringing the proof with her as that is the reason why she went on a 5 day holiday leave.

There's no problem if Vaishnavi and Kairav are the incharge behind bringing up the evidences. But the thing which worried everyone on their side was that, they are one day behind.

They are one day late. They were supposed to come yesterday, but they didn't came. On top of that, no one could even contact them after the fifth day, i.e., on the sixth day.

The only person who wasn't worried was, Keertika Kumari. She wasn't at all worried about them. Instead, she was confident in them.

Everyone was initially confident in them, but when they didn't arrived at the time they were supposed to arrive, everybody grew anxious.

She was the only person who wore a smile with the emotion of success latched on her lips.

As the time passed and they reached the court thirty minutes before the hearing, for Uditasree, her surroundings were beeped out.

She couldn't hear what the people around her were speaking. Taking many deep breaths, she controlled her raging emotions which were going all crazy due to the nervousness hiting her system.

For sure, she have lead a lot of court trials in the past when she was in the Law School, but this time it is definitely different.

This was the real trial. This was the real trial where her one mistake, can lead to destruction. Destruction not only to her senior, victim or the law firm, but also to the law and justice.

Lawyers are the protector of the Law. It is their duty to guard the rights of the citizens and give them the justice they deserve. They are the pioneer of the Law.

When a lawyer gets corrupted by those having power and money, it is the duty of another lawyer to bring that lawyer in the front of the judge and make that lawyer realised his grave mistake and how hazardous their actions were, to the law and order of the country.

Uditasree was given the chance to lead the case with her senior fully trusting her in this matter. That trust is being a pressure to her as now, everything she is thinking is about all the disadvantages standing straight in front of her.

The first disadvantage was that, how she entered the scene late. Yes, she definitely studied the case's hearings which she wasn't present in. But listening to hearing personally and working on gathering of evidence for the same hearing, is different than doing studying later.

To her, it seems like, she is still in the Law School and is studying the case given by her professors.

That feeling made her feel down. That feeling made her insensitive to the seriousness of the situation and made her feel like as if this is the another practice case of the Law School.

The second disadvantage was that, she didn't even have evidences against the opposition. For sure, she have evidences. It would look stupid for a lawyer to come to the court without the evidences for the case, but those evidences are not even close to the evidences which the opposition have right now.

If they want to, they can end the case hearing in just five minutes rather than in two hours. Their evidences, or should one say, 'using a person's weakness and deceiving the society to think in the other direction', are that powerful.

To that powerful deceiving evidence, they need an evidence which can counterattack. But still haven't found one. On top of that, Vaishnavi and Kairav being here, was increasing the chances of them losing the case.

Wonder what that powerful deceiving weak evidence was...? It was the real identity of Miss. Vaishnavi Narsule, or to be specific, Miss. Vaishnavi Ravin.

What better and effective evidence could be that of proving how the opposition lawyer have her own personal benefits for winning this case...? And how she is the granddaughter of the most problematic gang leader...? Obviously this is their masterstrock.

To Uditasree, it felt like, they knew this from the beginning (obviously) and have kept this information till the end, so that all their hard work goes into vain.

'How can people go this low for their own personal benefits and disrespecting the law...?'

She thought as she listed another disadvantage standing in front of her, mentally. Because who will believe the intern who have trained under the lawyer whose reputation took a 360° degree turn overnight...?

But here's the catch, when a person only looks at the disadvantages standing tall in front of them, they forget to look back and gaze at the advantages which have brought them soo far.

And when Uditasree forgot to look back at her journey soo far, disregarded the reason why she was chosen out of all the people and how she didn't knew her own worth, Vidhika entered the scene.

The latter female, brought the former one back from the 'disadvantage land' as she pulled her towards a corner of the court where no one's attention was.

Looking at the clock in the court which indicated that they have only 17 minutes before the hearing starts, she quickly pulled out the paper from her bag which were systematically wrapped in the file and gave it to Uditasree.

Confusion took over the nervousness in her system as she looked at Vidhika for the answers. Smiling at her former one, the latter one said something which made the lawyer smile brightly, forgetting all the disadvantages she was thinking from last one week.

"This is from Vaishnavi. Kairav gave me this five minutes before. He told, that she will be soon here, so don't worry and nail it."

Opening the file and reading the content quickly but sharply, her bright smile soon turned into a frown when she kept on reading further and further.

How can she not frown when the content in the file, according to her, is absolutely non-sense...? Because how can she interrogate that person...?

The problem wasn't in the name of the person whose interrogation was to be taken first, according to Vaishnavi, but the second one. The second name was soo unexpected and not at all made any sense to her.

At some point, her brain even told her that this file isn't from her senior, or is made by her because from what basis she can write this.

That frown made Vidhika smile as she asked her what's wrong with her. Vidhika knew what was wrong but here's the thing, she wanted to hear it from her.

After hearing what Vidhika asked her, the confusion turned into frustration as she soon spoke in vexation with tint of exasperation.

"Why does Senior wants to interrogate her mother...?"
