89- Beneficial Information.
"Let's meet up, Miss. Narsule. I am sure that the information which I have would be really very beneficial from you."
After that call which I hastily picked up and informing others about what she told me, I quickly made my way towards the same place where we first had our talk about Miss. Sanjana Sharma.
Whenever one person meets with another who have decided to give that person a piece of information, you shouldn't look desperate. No matter how desperately you want that information, try to look cool.
Sitting in front of Mrs. Kumar who also once was a lawyer, I hope she knows the consequences she can face if she misleaded the case.
"Chill there. No need to stare at me like that. I will not mislead the case. If I did, I ready to face the consequences."
Nodding to what she is said and relaxing her face expressions, she looked forward for the new information but made sure not to put her guards off.
"Go on ahead. Tell me what information you got."
Sliding a newly printed paper on the table towards me, she actioned me to pick up and read it. Picking up and reading did not help in understanding what she was trying to say as they were the same paper of crimes of the Ravin Gang which I already had.
"I know you would be confused that why I am showing this to you but let me explain it.
I gave you this papers because I am disappointed you, Vaishnavi."
Frowning at her soo sudden words of discontentment towards me, I looked at her with a questioning gaze in my eyes. What I did which made her upset...?
Before continuing her sentence ahead and erase my confusion, she sighed harshly.
"Oh God!! Vaishnavi!! How can you not know about the finances of the Fallen Ravin Gang when you are behind them...?
The Ravin Empire isn't just an empire consisting of just the Gang and the law firm, but they were also in the industry of Jewelries, Car manufacturing and in the education sector too."
My expressions speak volumes about how speechless at the moment I was. Trust me when I say, I never knew about their side businesses outside the world of gangs.
After recovering from what the shock, I immediately took the papers which she passed and checked thoroughly.
The last two papers which I haven't checked because of the content which I saw on the first paper and dismissed the bunch, had the history of transaction happening from the year 1970 to 1995, a year in which I, Kairav and Vidhika were born.
The transaction of big amount of money which is obviously kept hidden from the law, were transferred once in every six months from either the company in the industry of jewelry, car manufacturing or the education sector. There is no transactions from the law firm which my biological mother once handled. It didn't took me a long time to understand that why mom did that as it was written down on the paper.
'The Law Firm will not be included unless the chairwoman will decide to.'
The paper stated. But even after the clarification, the question remains the same.
Vihaan's father, Samar Singhania took over the firm from my mother. Even though he didn't became a chairman, still he had a upper hand in the situation as he was the CEO of the firm and had the highest authority. Then why didn't he changed this statement when he had every right, according to the law, to do it...? Why didn't he transferred the money to the Ravin Gang when he was part of it and was also married to the youngest daughter of Ravin Family...?
The education sector which was under the Ravin Empire, was the college which Adhya and Shamika goes to. That explains how the college swiftly slipped from the case by using the parents-students tactics.
The college has over 5,000 students studying there and because of the incident which happened in the College, the authority was worried about the future of the students and how their parents are pressuring them to open the college again.
Usually all the colleges does the same so their move wasn't that suspicious. But now, it seems to be going in that way.
All the puzzles were falling on the right place when I heard something shocking.
"I knew your mother."
With the speed of light my head buring inside the papers, went to see whether she is telling the truth or not. Judging from her expressions, she was serious and geniune about what she said.
Thinking that I misheard her, I shockingly muttered a 'huh' for her to repeat the sentence so that she could clarify it once again.
"The Law College from where you graduated, your mom and I used to study in the same college. We were good friends for a long time as your mother was an extrovert. She made friends with everyone in the college and some people also called her as, 'The Happy Virus In The Hell'.
She was a likable person. Had an amazing personality which no one could hate on. She looked naive but was extremely smart. And that's what made many people jealous."
A little smile which adorned my face, quickly faded when I heard her last statement. The tone which she used to say that sentence, told many things about it.
My mind reminding me of that one person who was studying with my mother in the college as her and was as well as involved in this case. Again, I didn't paid much attention to the fact that they both went to the same college given the situation where I came to know about Miss. Meenakshi Ravin few days ago.
Looking towards the female sitting in front of me who was the only source who can tell her what happened and who the person she was indicating was, I asked her the question to which she immediately replied.
"What you are thinking is right. Sanjana Sharma was one of those many people who hated your mother with all her guts."
