"Also Kairav, those number after some paragraphs in that detailed information are the years and the case no. See, the first two numbers are the years and the last two numbers are the cases number of the victim."

After the realisation of how important this numbers are, we immediately started reading the content of each and every word files which resides in many folders.

"That's why we weren't able to pick up the hint. This all names neither are real one nor are the fake one. They are the replaced one, doing their job of hiding the real identity of the victims."

I remember that when have went through each file but didn't find any familiar name. Even though the name's weren't familiar, this chip was a great use to me and now, when I know how this works, I can use it in a more beneficial way.

I mean, this chip has each and every detail of the crimes which became a silent spectators as the time passed. Many of the cases were unsolved, but some them of them, were solved but not the actual criminal.

The one who got caught in that some cases was either some of the family member who took the blame for the victims sake or someone close to the victim who took the blame because he/she was blackmailed.

Among all of them, many cases were not even reported to the police, but this chip has their information in it which makes me more suspicious of this chip owner's purpose.

How did she got this information even when they weren't registered by the police...? Did she worked for the criminal and that's why she knew all of this...? What made her document this information...?

I was reading each and every word very careful but stopped when I realised something was weird in the way all the reports were written.

"Kairav, earlier I was very troubled thinking on which side Keertika ma'am is for her to own such an important part of the case...? Is she on the side of goodness or evilness...?

But I found something. Look at the way this reports are written. So detailed and in a very neat way. In such way, it's only written when we have to submit the summary of the case with all the evidence at the end of the case.

This way she mainly used by the lawyers, and not by any gang or something."

Even though this way is used by lawyers, but from what I remember, she was interested in being lawyer and wanted to be a professor so she was never a lawyer to start with.

She might have used this technique to write this report but still I can't help and think that she purpose wasn't evil. If it was evil, then why would she give me this chip...?

"She wasn't a lawyer but she definitely studied law and taught in that field. It's impossible for her not to know this technique. I don't know whether she is with us or with them. I don't even know whether in the past she helped the criminal and now as she is feeling guilty, she is helping us to capture them. I don't know but for sure, she has a history which we both don't know.

Also, she might have taught this to someone else and they both have written this because it's impossible for her to document this all alone. She definitely had few acquaintance with her."

He was right. His every word made sense. She might have used this technique in a wrong way but one thing is still pulling me back to agree with his statement.

Even though whatever he said, nothing was wrong, that one string, I don't know what to name it as but it pulled me back once again from fully agreeing to him.

"You are right but you tell me one thing. This chip has all information of the victims from 1979 and the chip is written in English. Let me repeat again, English, the language which many Indians were against expect the south indians especially Tamils.

That time, English have become a language of elite people. Only rich can afford to put their kids in the school where english was taught.

In 2020, most estimated showed only 10% of Indians can speak English now. That time, it would have been less than 1% people knowing it and even though the location of the crimes happened all over the India, the main centre of it was Mumbai. Here, people used to prefer Marathi over any other language."

My argument also made sense but I knew that Kairav will definitely retaliate even if I made my statement very clear. That's how we both are because that's what are profession demands us to do and we perfectly fit in it.

"You are really underestimating the evil. Your argument makes sense but with the power of money, anything can be possible. The power of money can also make a good person, do a bad thing. Did you forgot that...? And also, this can be possible that they wrote in English language now before we got this chip from her. There is a high possibility that this chip was earlier written in some other language."

And again whatever he said made sense but I am not backing away from my argument.

"And what if I give you reason to full agree with my argument...? I am not telling you to trust her because it's your choice what to think about her but for now, just listen to me. Did you forgot that my sixth sense are really very powerful...?"

I saw his smug expressions falling down as he told me that he will hear me. I cleared my throat and counted the points which I have to present in front of him.

"As a law student, I have read many bills passed by the government and amendments of the constitution since 1947. I exactly know how english evolved over years in india."

I stopped talking as I picked up my laptop and opened up several bills and amendments passed to prove my point.

I showed him how english evolved and how much similarities it had with the writing of the information in the chip.

"So what are you trying to conclude...? I know you have something more to say."

I nodded as I picked the laptop from my lap and went to my room. It took a long time to search for the usb as I didn't remember where I kept that last time I took it from my drawer.

After few minutes, when I finally got it, I again made my way towards Kairav's room. His confused face made me smile like an evil devil as I totally enjoying it.

I quickly inserted the usb in my laptop as I waited for the files to load. When the files loaded, I looked through the bundle of files to search for that one file.

When I found it, I actioned him to sit beside me as I turned over the laptop screen towards him.

"You are an undercover agent so you would be well aware of the fact that a person's writing style can tell many facts about that person. The writing style can also be beneficial for catching a criminal.

Coming to the point, look at the 2012 documents and the copy of the notes which were given by her to us in 2012. Aren't the writing style way too similar...?"

He cross-checked both of the word files and sighed when he was done. He looked at me with a defeated look while I smiled over my triumph in this argument.

"So if I conclude it- She might have acquaintance but this all work was written by her. I know whatever I showed you isn't a solid proof but we can get one if a person decides to help us."

I said as I saw Kairav's eyebrows twitching because of my sentence. He gave me 'now-who-are-you-talking-about?' look.

Before asking him, I got up and searched for the paper where yesterday I wrote that person's name. When I found it, I shoved it towards him as I sat down again.

"I will ask you this once as yesterday you didn't told me. Why the hell do you think he will help us, huh!?! And how come you are soo sure that he will have that evidence which you want!?! Even if he has that, why will he give that to us when he clearly knows that it will bring him down!?!"

He was confused at first but then soon after he saw the name, he bursted out I'm frustration and I know the reason behind his sudden outburst.

His outbursts are always dangerous but still I was smiling or should I be precise and say, evily smiling...?

I don't know but one thing I know for sure, that my plan will hundred percentage work on this person because I know his dirty secrets even when he did very well in covering those secrets.

"He will and he have to help us because he has no other option. I will give him just one option which would be, evidence."
