(Fourth Court Session, Next Day.)

The court was filled by many people especially those with uniforms as today was the day which will decide whether or whether not Vihaan will get out of the jail or not.

I heard that Vihaan have declined all the statements I accused him of when the investigation was going on and made up a full non-fiction stupid novel on what-what happened and how he got involved.

"Miss. Narsule, before we once again call Mr. Singhania here, please complete what you left two days ago."

The judge said as he ordered me to bring Adhya once again to the jury box so the covered mystery will unlocked.

To be honest, this was perfect change for me to attack Vihaan with the evidence I have and send him to investigation once again but today I decided to keep my mouth shut.

I stood up as I bowed down to the judge as an apology and when I stood straight again, I spoke up.

"Your honour. Much to my and the court's dismiss, Miss. Adhya is going through a very important treatment. The hospital could have postponed it but her condition yesterday turned worst, so the doctor said that it would be better if she doesn't make her presence today in the court.

I have given the doctor's letter to Mrs. Qatar, as an evidence to prove that whatever I am saying is the truth."

I once again bowed down as an apology and sat down after giving Mrs. Kumar a look. Surely she is going through a treatment but her condition isn't that bad, she is stable.

The statement which spoke earlier definitely brought smile on the opposition team as today they will get opportunity of winning.

"Your honour, both Mr. Singhania and Mr. Patil have stated were used as just players by the mastermind. Every accusation made by Miss. Narsule is false and baseless.

For sure Mr. Singhania and Mr. Pillai have done malpractices and aren't innocent but Miss. Narsule, you say you never put forward a claim if you don't have a proper evidence, right..? Then what is this..? Can you explain it..?"

She was clearly attacking me in front of the whole court.

The paper which she showed was the same light red paper but with a different content. I was sure that this content was a fake one as the original one was with me.

From what Vidhika yesterday told me, she was supposed to give that signatured document to Vihaan after she takes xerox of it but then when she played that game in the hospital, a thought came in her mind about what if she shows the original paper to me.

She was sure that I will take the original one with me which will in return help her as she could tell Vihaan that I took away the documents. He couldn't do anything to me because if something happens to me and Vidhika opens her mouth, he will land in a very big trouble. Even bigger than what he is in now.

She will prove herself innocent by saying that whatever she did, getting involved in her own sister's rape and in future whatever she was going to do on Vihaan's order, she was forced to do so.

That was her actual plan but I spoilt it and made it even better. Even if that time I wasn't sure if this move was acceptable or not, it is surely going to help both of us very soon.

The string of mess he was trying to stay out of, he, himself is getting entangled in that string of mess.

"Now you all will be thinking that how did, a police officer who is head of the police department, got himself inside such a contract, am I right..?

Your honour, I don't know whether Miss. Narsule knew the information I got to present or she didn't knew, but Miss. Vidhika Sharma's cousin has a girlfriend, who is coincidentally Mr. Vihaan Singhania's older sister, Vaidehi.

They both are really very serious about their relationship so they decided to it on the next level by tieing knot. There were several meetings between both families and that's where both Miss. Vidhika Sharma and her sister, Miss. Adhya Sharma got an opportunity to take advantage of Mr. Vihaan Singhania's position."

The whole court was shocked by such an unexpected relation coming out. No one expected this and even I didn't. I never knew that such relationship exists as Vidhika never told me about it.

Even though I was shocked, I kept my composure and listened very thing she got to say.

"Your honour, As I can't directly ask, so I request you to ask Miss. Narsule if she knew about this relation..?"

I know want she was trying to do. She was trying to prove that I don't act as per as proper evidence and jump directly to the conclusion. She is also trying to prove that all mh evidence are useless and baseless.

"Miss. Narsule, tell the court whether do you knew about this relation between Singhania and Sharma family..?"

The judge asked me. I couldn't lie as it's a crime and I couldn't even ignore the question as it would be even bigger than a crime.

"Your honour, I knew that Mr. Singhania's older sister was going to get married but I had no idea that the person whom she was going to marry, is Miss. Sharma's cousin."

My answer brought a big smile on the opposition face. At least, Vihaan tried to hide his smile but Miss. Kumari didn't even tried to hide that big smile. I was annoyed by that smile but still I got myself in control thinking that soon the tables will turn.

Today's court session time limit was just of 45 minutes which was less than other sessions but still for me it seemed like I spend 45 billion years sitting there and doing nothing.

Basically it was part of my plan, only to speak when it's required or the judge order me to say something but this person, Miss. Kumari is seriously making me regret my whole plan.

The whole court session passed with her targetting me and not even leaving a single chance to attack me. She was feeling very proud and happy when I didn't answered back and kept quite. Sad for her, the next court session will be dreadful for her.

Turning back would be little suspicious, I got hold of my phone which was beneath all the papers and in an sneaking way, messaged Mrs. Kumar to get ready for her part in this plan designed by me.

As phone was already in my hand, after messaging Mrs. Kumar, I thought why I don't I message Kairav and save the time.

'Hey,
I am in the court right now.
I want you to find about Vidhika's
cousin brother. He might or might
not be older than her.
He is also fiancé of Vihaan's
older sister, Vaidehi.

I will call you after the court
session ends.'

After completing my task, I again looked forward with my eyes roaming between the clock and Miss. Kumari. I was getting bored to be honest and trust me when I say that I have never felt this way.

In conclusion, the way she is forming and presenting the evidence, is making me very bored and sleepy.

'Is she making a novel..?'

Were my thoughts when she tried to explain how innocent Mr. Patil was. It didn't came as surprise to me as I already knew that she will do something like this.

"Your honour, I am to disturb the session but I got something to tell Miss. Narsule which is related to my daughter's condition. Please give me your permission..?"

Judges don't give such permissions easily but as Mrs. Kumar was a lawyer and before doing something else, she asked for the permission, her request was accepted by the judge which made the opposition little bit insecure.

Mrs. Kumar bowed down a little while making her way towards me and whispered in my ears to which I nodded with a small yet meaningful smile.

"You can proceed."

That's what I needed to stand up for the first time and act according to my plan.

"Your honour, before Miss. Kumari says anything, I want to speak about my client's best friend condition only if you give me permission."

The judge nodded to my request as I made my ahead and stood in front of him while the opposition lawyer made her way towards her seat.

"Your honour, the doctor have called Mrs. Kumar earlier and told her that Miss. Adhya is doing well after the treatment but still her condition is not stable.

As we all know that Miss. Adhya is traumatized by the unfortunate incident which took place with her. Her mental health is shaken up and according to the doctor, anything which triggers her sensitive button, her condition will get more worst than it already is.

So I want....."

I deliberately stopped my words from overflowing as I looked back that Miss. Kumari and them at Vihaan before again turning towards Judge for completing my statement.

"So I want the opposition to take responsibility for the same regards."
