It's been 9 months since Jayden is pregnant and he is starting to eat some fruit with a bowl of ice cream for his baby. That's when he feels a sharp kick and Jayden yelps in pain as he felt a clear liquid running down his legs and he felt that his water broke.

"LUCIFER!!!" Jayden called out

Lucifer came inside and he begin to see Jayden groaning in pain and he pick up Jayden and went over to the mansion as a demon Doctor came along to help deliver the baby. They then went upstairs to Smiley and Dr. Smiley sees Jayden in pain.

"Alright set him on the table." Dr. Smiley said

Lucifer set Jayden on the table as the demon begin to look at Jayden.

"Alright Jayden. On a count of three you will push as hard as you can. One, two, three PUSH!" The demon said

Jayden started pushing as Lucifer squeezed his hand and Jayden continues to push while screaming in pain.

"IT HURTS!!!" Jayden said

"I can see the head Jayden. Keep pushing." The demon said

Jayden pushed a few more times and he begin to hear the baby's cries and the demon cut the cord and smile at Jayden.

"Congratulations Jayden. You have a beautiful baby girl." The demon said

Jayden smiled and got the baby girl as she have red skin, red and black eyes and darker blue hair.

"She got your beautiful hair." Lucifer smiled

"Darker than mine. She's perfect." Jayden said

"What shall we name her?" Lucifer asked

"How about Ruby?" Jayden asked

"This is a perfect name for our child." Lucifer said

The others came inside and see Jayden holding the baby and smile softly.

"Aww.." Everyone said

"She looks so beautiful." Doll Maker said

"She's pretty. Look at her beautiful hair." Brenda said

"Her eyes are adorable." Lily smiled

Julie, Sydney, Anthony, Hailey, Anna, and Lucas smile cutely and Ruby look at them.

"These are going to be your friends." Lucifer said

"I bet it's an ugly baby!" Sully said

Ruby begin to cry as the other babies babble angrily to Sully as Lucas crawled on the hospital bed and hug Ruby closely. Lucifer growls at Sully for saying that.

"Aww.." Victoria and Jayden said

"See? Lucas is comforting you." Lucifer said

Ruby look at Lucifer with tears and Lucas babbles and wipe them away.

"Isn't that cute?" Nurse Ann asked

Jayden smiled softly as Lucifer bring Jayden back home as the demons are finish setting up the crib and Jayden started feeding the baby with milk.

"Sully is being so mean. You will be happy here." Jayden smiled

Lucifer patted Ruby's back and she let out a cute burp and Jayden put her in the crib and kiss her forehead.

"Sweet dreams my princess." Jayden said

Jayden then fall asleep with Lucifer on the bed
