Kenzie's Pov

a month of preparation and I finally think we're ready to change some people's lives. Crawford, Chris, and I have been working our asses off getting everything ready we just finished the last shipment everything we need is in South Africa we were now on the plan with the rest of the crew flying to South Africa to give this country a little treat. A little town called Cape Town was where we were going that's where Crawford and I went last time were I met Miracle I wonder how she's doing.

It's been a week we've managed to finish 2 houses so far and we couldn't be more proud everyone's working so hard and I honestly want to cry Crawford, Chris, and I made this we set this up and made this a thing and I'm so happy! Suddenly my phone goes off ruining my little moment I pick it up answering "hello?" "Hey kenz" the voice sounds familiar but who is it... Then it hit me "hey Cameron how are you?" "I'm good yeah how are you?" I smile "I'm great actually I'm doing a foundation to help poor countries were actually in South Africa right now working on it so I can't talk for long" "yeah that's kinda why I'm calling" confused I let him continue talking "I want to help and I can get to you by tomorrow if you'll let me" I think for a moment I don't know if it's such a good idea but we need hands and if Cameron's still the way when we stopped talking he's got muscle he can lift things and that's a good help. "We do need the hands" "great I'll be there by tomorrow morning!" "Alright sounds good thank you" "no thank you" he then hangs up what have I gotten myself into.

It was currently 8:45am in the morning I was making myself a tea and Crawford and Chris a coffee and some toast waiting for the toast and coffee to be done I walked outside to get some fresh air and to my surprise there Cameron stood with a suitcase and a smile on his face when he saw me. "Hey" he says putting his case down and walking over to me "hi" I reply hugging him he's changed a lot since the last time I saw him. "How are you you look great" he says gathering his things back up I lead him inside we were staying in a little hotel type thing in the town "I'm good how are you you don't look to bad yourself" I help him with his things bringing it inside. "I'm great glad to be here helping out" he smiles his smile was just a bright and gorgeous as remembered it. "So it's not much but we're only here for month so we got a lot of work to do I'll make you a coffee black right?" He nods I leave the room and make him his coffee walking back out and handing it to him before going to wake Crawford and Chris up. Once everyone's awake and we had our breakfast and what not we were off to work again for the whole day.

Another hard days work we got a lot done today I think tomorrow I'm gonna talk to sage about the pipes maybe get these people some clean water. I was currently writing in my journal drinking a nice warm tea I loved to write about everything I do that they when it comes to the time I'm to old to remember anything I have it all here in this journal. "Hey kenz?" I look up closing my journal meeting eyes with Cameron "hey how was today I hope we didn't work you too hard?" He shakes his head "no I'm actually here to say other wise today was great I loved it seeing all the children laughing and smiling because they're getting new homes it was a great feeling." He admits I smile "I'm glad it was good" he claps his hands together awkwardly "well I'll leave you alone good night" he says as he leaves the room Cameron and I's relationship was a little awkward right now considering.

A month and a half later

We were practically finished the houses  but I was still unsatisfied I talked to sage about the pipes and she said it would be a lot of money to fix them up and to get them clean water I sighed I know we helped them a whole lot already with the houses but I wanted to do more then that. "You've done a lot already it's time to go home" I nod sadly she was right we did help them I should be happy about that and I am I just want to do so much more.  "Ready to go champ?" Crawford says I nod grabbing my things and leaving the little hotel I walked over to the truck that would be taking us to the airport and put my things in the back. Crawford and Chris hopped on I took one last look at the small town the now new houses that we built were standing tall and beautifully I smile when suddenly I feel a warmth on my lower body I look down to see a little girl hugging me legs "um hi" I say she looks up at me and those little twinkly eyes remind me exactly who she is "miracle" I smile she smiles as well hugging me I lean down and hug her "I hope you like your new home" she nods "thank you" "you're welcome" she runs back to her mom I get in the trunk and it drives off to the airport.

After arriving at the airport we say thank you and goodbye to the driver and go inside looking for our flight. When we find the flight we also find out it's been delayed for 3 hours 3 freaking hours!! "You've got to be kidding me I just want to go home and sleep in my comfy bed" I whine I put my things down and sit on the uncomfortable chairs that they provide for people. Cameron sits beside me "well this sucks" he says "yeah tell me about it" "are you hungry?" I nod "let's get something to eat then" I get up and follow Cameron to the food area then we each pick out what we want I get a bagel and a tea he gets pizza "it's 9 in the morning and you're eating pizza?" He nods "that's regular breakfast for me" I cringe eating my bagel and drinking my tea. After we eat we head back and I try to sleep a little but it was cold and uncomfortable so I rub my arms to try to make warmth and fidget around to get comfortable. "Here" Cameron gives me his sweater I gladly take it and fan it over my body I lean my head on Cam's shoulder trying to fall asleep. Did I really just subconsciously call him Cam?

A couple hours later Cameron woke me up to tell me our flight was boarding I got up yawning and stretching then handed Cameron back his sweater "you can use it for the flight" he says I smile and nod heading to the plane when we get inside I put my things away then sit down and fan the sweater over me again and fall back asleep.

A/N: Sorry this update took so long I had exams and what not but now it's summer!! I have summer things to do like soccer and what not but I will make time to update you just need to be patient with me.
