EXPLANATION:
I interpreted Just Dreaming with a somehow mysterious kind of atmosphere, which explains why the cover itself is kind of darker instead. As for the character in the cover, Seulgi is basically inside her dreams, exploring and all whilst hiding behind a hood. And then she happens to encounter another version of herself there while she was about to enter another world inside her dreams (the glowing entrance above them).
