Chapter 17 Garvan's story continued.

As the anniversary of DebraLee's death came up, I wondered what uncle would do - would he request Sue's presence or be alone. It turned out he requested Sue's presence. I knew I would have done the same in his situation. So it was arranged that Kell and I would look after the baby unless it needed food, then we would disturb them to feed the child.

One time the baby was fussing badly and the usually methods of settling it was not working, I realised that I needed to take him to Sue to be fed. So, I took him to them and knocked on the door. Glory answered with his usual friendly smile, "Garvan come in!" and gestured me inside.

"Hello uncle, and Sue," I greeted them, and I then spotted Caspian, and for some reason this bothered me, "What is he doing here?"

"We need to talk Garvan," uncle said then, "Can you get Kell?"

"Yes," I answered and ran to get Kell, something was going on in that room and I was really unsettled by it.

I eventually found Kell and told him of my unease. He agreed with me and we ran back to uncles room. Upon entering I asked, glancing at Caspian, "Sue, what is happening?" For some reason our eyes locked and I felt the same schwing I had with Sue with Caspian. Was this even possible?

"Garvan, I never noticed before, but you look incredibly like Sylvan," Caspian said as he waltzed over to me and he touched my chin, tilting my face up to inspect it, "Question is are you bi-sexual like he was?" and I was surprised to see his eyes darken in lust as he bent to kiss me.

"W-wah?" Sue coughed while we kissed. I was stunned, Caspian is kissing me? Caspian is kissing me! He wants me like he wanted Sylvan? Why? Should I kiss back? I remembered then my interest in him at various times in my life, Oh Aine! Let's see what will happen if I kiss back. To my surprise I enjoyed his kiss, as much as I ever had AheLee's, probably more.

When he ended the kiss I asked him, "What was that for?" and he smiled at me a knowing smile, as if in that kiss he had established something between us. Which in all honesty, he probably had. In that moment, I found myself wanting him as much as Sue.

"No reason," Caspian turned then, turning in such a way that I saw the tattoo on his lower back matching mine. It was then I realised, Caspian was married to Sue, like I was supposed to be. I could not help but be a little jealous.

"When did you get that?" I asked, trying not to hiss the words out.

"From what I understand, the same time Glory got his," Caspian said, and for some reason this statement made me extremely angry, "Cool down! I did nothing with her. I still have not done anything with her except sleep next to her and Glory. And I know you know why Glory wants her at this time."

"Why?" Sue blurted out sensing the strained atmosphere between us.

"You don't know?" Caspian asked her, clearly astonished that she did not know.

"No, please tell me," she begged.

"It's the anniversary of DebraLee's death in 3 days," Caspian explained, sadness evident in his voice, "And for me it is especially sad as Sylvan died then too as he gave his life force to me to hopefully raise a child to be king of both courts. At the moment, as I have already explained, my children and their children have only shown a knack to rule one or the other court. This is not acceptable as it will eventually cause another war in the fae. One that we can avoid with a child raised the right way."

"I see, but why were you kissing Garvan?" Sue asked curiously.

"There were 4 of us husbands and Glory with his Qi burning and Raiden with his first husband rights taking most of the time with DebraLee, how do you think the two that left survived our needs?" Caspian asked, "And I see it again now. There are 4 of us husbands, and only 2 of us are going to see you regularly. So, I wanted to see if Garvan was bi-sexual enough too to relieve our needs when we do not have you as I am not interested in taking another wife for this, no other woman can satisfy us. I was surprised when Glory said you could."

"That bothers me," Sue stated.

"Then treat us fairly," Caspian demanded of her.

"I can't," Sue cried then, sounding heartbroken.

Caspian took pity on her then, and squatting down in front of her, embracing her, "then allow us this, we really only use our hands and mouths, nothing else I swear. The only hole I want to be in is yours and I am pretty sure Garvan would be the same."

Sue looked embarrassed by what Caspian had just said, I on the other hand was seriously considering being with Caspian if I could not have Sue. It had been rough going from having sex nightly to nothing at all. Not to mention I had crushed on Caspian whenever I saw him naked when I was growing up. Most of the times I had been crushing he had been with Sylvan alone.

Even though I had thought about what I wanted with Sue, I did not say exactly what I wanted when Kell surprised me by asking, "When would you want?"

"Huh? My birthday, but I want a child too, that is why we marry for anyway," I replied, "Better yet I would want 3 children like my father did."

Sue looked surprised by this but said nothing about it as she asked the others, "And just so I know how many more babies I am expected to produce, how many do you all want?"

Uncle shook his head, "No more for me, I have enough children thanks! But I can't go without what I have had each month now. If a child results, so be it, otherwise I would rather not."

Sue nodded as if she understood Glory's comment.

"At least one for me," Caspian said, "But I would not object to a spare to raise up alongside the king or queen."

Sue looked at Kell then, who remained mute for a time before finally looking at her, saying, "Whatever the God of Gods gives us, we do not really fit in here with how we were raised, and we are not responsible for the kingship now we are here, so I want to be as true to our beliefs as possible, and I think this is impossible as we are here. I hope you can understand."

I could see that Sue understood what Kell was saying, but it honestly confused me a little. I had only ever heard of this God of Gods when I was little and my mother left. It was the last time I ever saw them, and I was a little angry by this.

"So how do we go about having these said children?" Sue asked looking at all of us, as if we knew the answer. I had no clue, but Caspian clearly did as he suggested a solution based on his past marriage, "Well, with DebraLee, she was with us for a year each and in that year, we alone had her so our child was guaranteed ours. It is not necessary as we know whose child it is by whether or not they speak to us on conception, but it does save arguments."

"Not happening," Kell vetoed the idea. "I get that it is important, but there is no way I am going without for a year while you .... her" he nodded to Caspian and Sue. I figured the gap was "fuck" but Kell was to well bred to say it.

"Well, once a child was established, some of us alternated who slept with Lee," Glory piped up, "I alternated with Raiden as my Qi burning sucked. It was constantly trying to kill me. Sylvan and Caspian I am pretty sure alternated too."

"That would be more acceptable," Kell said, "But even so, I am a jealous husband, and quite frankly I do not want to share her with anyone of you."

"I get that, it is your right after all," Caspian said.

"Wait, it is his right?" Sue asked suddenly angry about what was said, "Should it not be my right?

"Yes, it is his right as first husband," Caspian said, "Mind you, you have not told us who is what husband thereafter.

"Does it matter?"

"To the fae yes, but it probably does not to you," Glory spoke then.

"Can't we just go in the order we married?" I asked.

"Are you sure you want Garvan as your favorite husband?" Glory asked.

"Huh? That's not right and you know it," I said.

"Yeah, I know," Glory nodded sadly, "It's Kell in both positions, we do not really rank at all except as blips of mistakes."

"That's a bit unfair," Sue objected.

"But true nonetheless," I agreed with Glory, "I should be right if I am with Caspian when I am not allowed you." earning a big smile from Caspian, "But I want a proper marriage night by myself." earning him a nod from all 3 of the other men, "And what tattoos do you want to represent you?"

"I am happy if you mix our tattoos like Sylvan did," Caspian said to me as he lounged, still undressed on the bed, and still showing off his amazing body to perfection.

"How did Sylvan do that?" I wondered.

"Our people are shown as butterflies and yours as roses, so you figure it out," Caspian said,

"I was represented by a Pegasus on Lee," Glory spoke then, "I do not mind that again.

"Anything to do with water is fine with me," Kell said.

"I will do roses, no I do not quite fit in with my people, so instead I will do another flower," mused Garvan, "but I am doing a phoenix to represent me personally. As for you - you can stick with the butterflies." and he gave Caspian a wicked low-pitched giggle.

"I don't want to look like a walking piece of art," I warned Garvan.

"Did you see Rachel's?" Garvan asked.

"Yes, they were just on her feet," I said, marveling as they were rather pretty.

"Could you live with them on your feet?

"Well, yes. Yes, I could," Sue looked relieved at that suggestion.

"Then I will mark you there once we are married," I said, "And if you think I am going to marry you like my uncles, you can forget it. I want to be married like Kell and you were. I assuming that was a proper wedding with vows and such?"

We nodded. I wondered to myself why he wanted a proper wedding, Garvan must have known I was thinking that as he said, "I know your issues with Polyandry and I do not want to be swept away by you not acknowledging me. I am not anywhere near captivating like my uncles, and I see how you are with Kell, while I know I can't have that, I want something similar."

"When would you want the wedding?" Sue asked with compassion in her eyes.

"Three days from now," I said thinking of my uncles happiness, "and we all would want you that day. Well, I do not know about Kell, but I am pretty sure my uncles will need you."

"Why 3 days?" Sue asked.

"DebraLee's death," I reminded, "I figure if we all marry you that day, at least the sadness is overwritten by something happy."

"Are you sure you want that?" Sue made eye contact with all of us as she asked, and we all nodded.

I don't know why Kell said what he said then, but I guess it is because he really knew how Sue thought, something that the rest of us still had catching up on, "I think it is a great idea, all of us remarrying you on the same day. That way we only have 2 real anniversaries to remember. I can't exactly throw away our first one as it was done in the human world by the human authorities. But a fae date would be good too, especially since now you can see me in human form."

So, for 3 days we arranged our wedding. I went to AheLee as our representative, partly to tell her myself and partly to let everything between us go. It was something AheLee needed to do too, and I do not think she had or could.

"Garvan!" AheLee hugged me when she saw me and went to kiss me, frowning when I pulled away.

"We can't do that anymore AheLee," I scolded her.

"I know, but it does not stop me missing you," she said sadly, "Now what can I do for you? I mean, why are you here?"

"I am here to ask you to perform my wedding..."

"Who are you marrying!" I did not get to finish the sentence when she interrupted.

"Well, it's a polyamory situation," I tried to explain again.

"What! No! I won't be marrying you if that is the case! IF you marry its to the girl only - she can have only you!" AheLee was adamant about that.

"Its too late..." I said.

"No its not! IF she can't be for you alone, she is not worth it!"

"AheLee, the Goddess said I would not be the only husband when I found my wife, you know this you were there..." I gently reminded her of the time I got my tattoo.

"And you are sure they are who the Goddess said?" she asked, "How do you know it is not all balony?"

"I know," I responded, "The tattoos were not there on two until she came into contact with them, and both of them would not have agreed to tattoos unless it had been by the Goddess."

"What do you mean 2? How many husbands does your wife to be have?"

"3 currently - I am the 4th," I said looking at her, trying to gain her acceptance and understanding.

"Do I know them?" she asked petulantly.

"You do," I nodded, smiling at her, thinking she would be surprised at them.

"Who?" her eyes narrowed to a glare.

I smiled at her again, "You met her just recently."

"I did?" she looked thoughtful, "Oh, do you mean Kell and Sue-Anne?"

"Yes," I nodded.

"I can see why you want her," AheLee said, "But what do you mean she has married 2 others then Kell? Do I know them? Wasn't she adamant that she wanted only Kell? Did she ever find out about that egg?"

"Well, I see the family rumour mill has not gotten to you yet," I commented.

"What? No! I only got back yesterday, I got called away," she objected, "What is this all over the family rumour mill?"

"So is that why you were not at the banquet then?" I surmised, as only Caspian and her were missing. I had wondered at the time, but had never gotten around to finding out why, I was too busy trying to win over Sue.

She nodded.

"Did anyone tell you why the family banquet was held?"

She shook her head, "I never bothered to find out. I was too busy where I had been sent."

"I see," I nodded thoughtfully, "Well, Uncle Glory got married again."

"What! How? To Who?..." she wondered shocked by the news, "I would never have placed Uncle Glory to marry again."

"No one would have," I agreed with her, "But he was charmed by that egg."

"The egg?"

"Yes, he and Sue slept together under the dragon's influence and Sue fell pregnant straight away."

"Wait, you said dragon? Was the egg a dragon?"

"Yes, the dragon hatched when Sue fell pregnant to Glory," I affirmed her question, "that was when Glory was deemed married to Sue." I felt like I had ashes in my mouth as I said that.

"So, Uncle Glory is married to her?" AheLee repeated what I said, "But I have seen uncle naked before, he has no tattoos like yours. It's impossible!"

I shook my head, "Glory has the tattoo and so does Caspian."

"Caspian?!" she denied me again, "Now I know you are having me on! There is no way he has a tattoo, his porcelain skin is immaculate!"

I chuckled, "Sounds like someone was checking out their uncle."

She blushed, "Yeah, well, he was the only other male to you that turned my head. I got over that crush years ago as he brought me up like I was his daughter."

I was surprised to hear this, it seemed AheLee was more similar to me than I thought, "What did you think of Sue?"

"She is extremely attractive, I would be tempted to jump the fence with her," she admitted to me, surprising me even more, "But that won't happen, I have sworn to be celibate since I can't be with you."

"I would want you to be happy with someone," I was saddened to hear that.

She shook her head, looking at me, "I do not think you realise how much I love you, I can't replace you... And what do you mean Caspian has a tattoo too? You have to be kidding."

"No, I am not," I said seriously, looking up at the ceiling dreamily thinking of the man, "But he definitely has a tattoo. He made a point of showing me."

"What do you mean by that? And why are you looking all dreamy for?" AheLee asked sounding jealous.

"Just that, he kissed me like he use to Sylvan, turned and showed me. He wants me to replace Sylvan for him," I told her.

"What?! When did he kiss you?"

"Yesterday," I admitted.

She looked unhappy at this. "Ok so let me get this straight. You want me to hold a wedding for you to marry Sue and Kell and Glorifrir and Caspian?"

"Yes," I nodded.

"No," she refused.

From there we degraded into an argument. She was not convinced that Sue loved me and did not want me to be in an unhappy marriage. She also wanted my wife to be wholly mine and not be shared with other people, even if the other people were our uncles, the kings of their people (one actually and one theoretically).

We went round and round in circles in our discussion about her marrying us all. I was getting nowhere until Sue came and said, "AheLee, I get you do not want him marrying someone who does not love him like you do. But I do love him, so much so that I do not want to love him. It goes against everything that I was taught and believed in. But being here has made me realise that I am responsible for those who the Goddess has marked as mine, and as such I will look after them as best as I can. Garvan won't lack for love, I can promise you that."

"If I see him unhappy at all, I will come for you," AheLee threatened her, caving in to our wishes.

"I would expect nothing less," Sue nodded, calming her nerves, AheLee seemed satisfied with that and kissed me goodbye, I had a feeling it would be our last kiss ever as she was letting me go as I was her. Sue stood there, she looked furious at us kissing, but she said nothing.

I did not see Sue much over the next two days as I was busy with the wedding preparations with Caspian, Kell and Glorifrir as each was free. It fell mostly to me as I was not responsible for the running of countries anymore. The person I left in charge had not contacted me the whole time I had been away, so I assumed he was coping just fine. Kell did his best, but he, despite being here a year was still unfamiliar with how things were done.

We were married in various coloured tuxedos, suiting our races - red, blue, green and black. They were embroidered with a vine design, had a button down lapel collar with long sleeves. It was form fitting with a swallow tail. Underneath we wore a matching vine embroidered vest and white shirts. We all decided to wear our usual leather pants as all of us  preferred them to other pants. I thought it suited us, but really it was for Sue.

We were ready early the day of the wedding and we waited until Sue was ready. Uncle Glorifrir, unbeknownst to me, had been at his forge when he was not helping me. He pulled me aside and taught me how to put the puzzle ring together he had made for her wedding rings for us. It took me awhile, but I eventually got the hang of putting it together.

I had finally succeeded in remembering how to do this when Aunt Diz sent us word that Sue was ready and we all quickly assembled. Tyvan walked her down the aisle. I was stunned again by her beauty, the schwing happening between all of us as her eyes met ours, each in turn. Kell first, then Glory, then Caspian and last of all me.

It turned out that Glory had not only made her wedding rings, but also ours, each matching the colour of our tuxedos. I was impressed by the detail in our rings. I complimented uncle later on it, only to find out that Sue had done exactly the same thing. Caspian on overhearing my compliment put his arm around me pulling me to him and he said quietly into my ear, "Do not lose that ring. Glory would have put protective magic into it too, something that will tell the other husbands if any of us are in danger. I can tell you the old ones we had with Lee were invaluable, and that was when he did not know what he was doing!"

"Caspian!" Glory objected.

"What? Its true!" Caspian said.

"I know, but you did not need to tell him that!" a disgruntled Glory said.

"I would have appreciated anyway," I said, "I know how rarely Glory forges now, and these clearly are forged by him."

Glory smiled and nodded acknowledging his thanks at the compliment.

We fetched Kell then and agreed upon a plan to woo our wife. So over the next four days we each had a turn with Sue. My surprise was when Caspian brought me to Susan early. I was not expecting it at all, but he explained, "Sue is pregnant with my child, and I know that tattooing takes time, so I want her to experience being between us."

"Why?" I wondered at his reasoning.

"Because both of us will not get much time, and if we love together we get twice as much time. Besides which I prefer being with another man when I am with my wife." causing me to blush at his candor.

I could not help but be nervous as this was my first time taking a female with another man present, admittedly I was attracted to him as I was her. She was dressed in a baby-doll nightgown. Caspian was behind her when he said, "there are many ways to pleasure you, this is but one way." nodding to me to join them. He then slipped her straps off of her shoulders exposing her breasts to me and I was there like a moth to the flame, I did not dwell on the fact Caspian was there, just the need to pleasure Sue. It was like we had done this before, when in fact we had never done it together before.

When I came I left and cleaned up, I knew she was not fully satisfied so I left her to the care of Caspian - it was his time after all. When I had finished I returned and rested watching the pair as they finished. My tattooing nails were forming. They had not fully activated until they had returned from cleaning up.  I then drew the designs everyone wanted - the phoenix, Koi, flowers, butterflies and finally the Pegasus. I had done my best, I just hoped Sue would love them since she was stuck with them now.

When I was nearly done Caspian called the other 2 men to activate them. They had to be activated in order of husband number. Which meant Kell was first. I wondered if he knew how to activate it. It turned out he did not so Glory explained it to him. Their tattoos were activated together because of his lack of knowledge.

Glory was the one who was explaining it to Kell and he activated his at the same time as Kell as he was the one showing Kell what to do. Caspian and Garvan followed suit.

Garvan was then cheeky and pinned me on my stomach as he then gave me a miniature version of the tattoo that the men had in the same spot that Caspian had his. Although I objected, all the men agreed with Garvan - I should have a matching miniature version. I had to admit that it looked good when I inspected it in the mirror later.

"Now no-one can argue that you are not ours," Garvan said with satisfaction, " You're tattoo there matches us."

I scowled as it meant another place I would be sore. I thought the pain in my feet was more that enough without my back as well. I was really uncomfortable until Caspian started licking me.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

"Healing you," he smiled, "It seems a bit gross I know but it is the only way I can heal you, besides which don't you want to be with Garvan with out the pain he induced trying to accommodate us all?"

I nodded. When Caspian was finished, all the men left then except for Garvan, leaving me to his mercy. I was not expecting Garvan to be the one left behind, but admittedly it was now his time. To my surprise, Garvan was incredibly considerate of me, letting me take the initiative when I was ready. It made me love him even more furiously. I realised by then I was a hypocrite. I did love all my men and I did want to be with them equally, despite the manner in which I was tricked into marrying most of them.
