Chapter 11 Escape

"What do you think you are doing to my wife?" Kell grabbed Glory by his armbands and was about to shake him.

"You mean our wife," Gloryfrir corrected quietly. "Nothing I wanted to do, nor she wanted to do. We were both charmed into it. I had no defenses up when I ran into her and when I touched the Dragon's egg I lost all reason. Surely you noticed her unnatural need for sex?"

"Our wife?" Kell sat down on the bed beside the still very naked Glory.

"Yes, sorry, according to the dragon," Glory indicated to the dragon, "dragon's were to be born in sin and their partners are conceived in that moment. Sue is pregnant with my child. Neither of us were aware of this until the dragon said. After we made love we fell asleep and woke up shocked at each other. Neither of us wanted what we just did. But you know by fae law we are married now."

"I know," a dejected Kell replied.

"Uncle," Garvan said.

"Yes?"

"Your tattoo, how long have you had that?"

"About 5 minutes, it appeared after we woke up and the dragon talked to us," Glory said, clueless to Garvan's situation. "Why?"

"So it is true then, you are to be my wife too," Garvan said looking at me.

"What? How do you get that?" Glory asked confused.

"When Aine took Ahelee from me and our situation was described as inappropriate..."

"Yes?"

"I was given this tattoo and told that I would find my wife with her husbands by this tattoo. The husbands all had this tattoo on them. I know Kell has it on his arm, although he has done his best to hide it, but your is clear as day on your thigh. Uncle, when are you getting dressed?"

"Oh sorry, I forgot," and he got up and put on his usual garb. I was kind of disappointed as he was nice to look at, I was also relieved as it meant our indiscretions was no longer on display. He passed me my clothes and I slipped them on under the sheet. I was thankful to be dressed but I did not stay long as I felt all sticky.

The baby dragon must have known I was going as it flew over and landed on my shoulder. "I am going, See you!" I said to the men, I did not want to be there for whatever that conversation was going to be about. I felt guilty enough about what had happened. So I disappeared. I left the mound and climbed up the hill. I figured that I would be alone there as not many people would climb the mound, they were too busy going into it.

I found a small dug out in the cliff that gave shelter and decided to stay there. Probably was not a particularly wise idea as all I had on me was the back pack I had packed a couple of meals in after I had cleaned myself up in the dwarven showers which were in the rooms Kell and I were sheltering in.

I had settled down and was relaxing looking at the sky when an incredibly good looking green eyed, with long blonde hair male arrived "Oh, sorry to disturb you. Is it ok if I sit here? I like to sit here and watch people coming and going. It gives me an idea on how the mound is going."

"Ah, sure, it does not bother me," I replied.

"So why are you here?" he asked.

"Running away from my problems at the moment," I responded.

"Well if you are running away, how long are you planning on running away for?" he asked.

"2 days, I think that would be enough time to get my head around what I just did."

"Well, if you like I can teleport you to a room that is both private and safe. I use to use it with  my wife, but now she passed on I have no need for it. It is well stocked with food, so you both won't starve."

"Why are you offering this to us?" I asked referring to the dragon and I.

"Because I would feel guilty if something happened to you while you were getting your head around what ever it is you are needing to get your head around. Also I can tell you're a descendant of Sylvan's, I would do anything for him, and that is a baby dragon, I have not seen one ever and I have been alive along time," the strange beautiful man said with such sincerity, I decided to accept his offer.

"Sure, I would like that, how do I get back?"

"Just be ready the end of the second day to go through a portal that shows up, I can't hold it for long so please go through as soon as you see it, or you will be stuck there another week," the man said.

"I will be ready," I promised him.

"Good, remember where you come out, that will be where I place it again. Ok?" he asked.

"Ok, thanks," I left then through his portal, it was when I arrived at this amazing place I realised that he and I had never once introduced ourselves to each other. "How am I to thank him properly with out knowing his name?" I wondered looking around the amazing room a room behind a waterfall.

"I do not think you need to thank that man," the baby dragon spoke up.

"I was not talking to you," I responded to the dragon, somewhat rudely, "I am not talking to you for a while either. Not till I figure out what is going on."

"As you wish," the dragon shrugged and went on to prune herself, "But you will need to give me a name sometime."

"That's easy," I commented, "Your name is Jezebel." feeling the rightness in giving her that name. Jezebel's were supposed harbingers of deceit and chaos and this dragon, certainly was that.

The room was set up like a human bedsit, a place to eat, sleep, cook and the amenities, but one of the walls was a sheet of water. If you looked through the water there was also an amazing view of that part of the fae. I had no idea where I was, but I instinctively knew I was safe. The first thing I did was fall onto the soft bed and slept. While I slept I thought though everything that had happened.

When I awoke I was no closer to an answer then I was before, except for one thing, I had accepted that I now had 2 husbands and a 3rd wanted to be my husband. Do I just give up on my faith and go with the flow? I was not sure, but I was sure that I wanted to know what Garvan would be like as a husband. I also wondered what happened to him that he became a girl crazy woman hunting man. From what I could tell, he was not like that at all until 5 years ago.

"What happened 5 years ago?" I wondered.

The baby dragon looked up from her pruning, "I can tell you somethings, but what are you talking about?"

"I wondered what happened with Garvan," I answered, "Something major must have happened."

"Oh it did," the dragon smiled its toothy grin at me, "As much as I would love to tell  you this one, you need to ask Garvan. Especially if you are wanting the relationship promised you by Aine."

"How do you know?" I asked Jezebel.

"Anything that causes chaos I know," Jezebel responded with a shrug.

I glared at her to which she said, "Just saying..."

I stayed there the 2 days and by the end of the second day I was dying to get home so I was packed and ready to go from mid afternoon. When the portal showed up I tore through to find myself back on the mountain top where the man had found me.

"Are you right now?" he asked me, surprising me with his presence. I had not seen him as I exited the portal.

"Yes thank you," I smiled at him, "I got to go now and find my family. Will you be right?"

"Yes," he nodded and entered the very portal I had just exited leaving me alone. I looked at the spot for a minute before charging down the mountain to find my family.
