( 𝟎𝟏𝟒 ) the murderer

   'night school'

AS THEY WERE running the opposite way to the alpha, they stopped as they heard a phone ringing in the distance. Alyssa was wondering who else would be in the school at this kind of night, other than the janitor, she couldn't think of anyone who would willingly come here.
That is when Scott had told them that he thought it was Allison's phone; causing him to ring her from Stiles' phone, causing them to  walk to the main lobby to meet her.

As they walked into the lobby, Allison had glanced in Scott and Alyssa's direction, to see him holding her arm, needless to say, she didn't look happy one bit at the interaction.
Once Scott and Alyssa had noticed this, they quickly pulled apart, confused themselves at why they stuck so close to each other, even with the alpha gone.

"Why did you come? What are you doing here?" Scott asked her as soon as the three had stopped in front of her.

"Because you asked me to." Allison stated, like it was the most casual meeting in the world.

"I asked you to?" Scott asked in confusion, he had been with Alyssa and Stiles all evening, there was no way that he had spoken to Allison.

Allison looked between the three in realisation, "Why do I get the feeling you didn't send this message?" She asked Scott.

"Because I didn't." Scott told her.

Alyssa stepped in, wanting to find out a way to get out of here and see if her brother was alive, or even okay, "Did you drive here?" She asked Allison, frantically.

Allison nodded, "Jackson, did." She answered.

"Jackson's here too?" Scott asked in disbelief.

"And Lydia." Allison informed, "What's going on? Who sent this text?" She asked them.

When Lydia and Jackson had walked in, Alyssa rolled her eyes. This just meant that they had three new people to protect, it was bad enough with just Stiles and Scott to keep alive.
"Finally. Can we go now?" Lydia asked as she walked in.

As they all stood around in the lobby, waiting for someone to make a move to leave, they suddenly heard loud noises from above them; meaning that the alpha was in the ceiling.
"Run!" Scott yelled, before they all took off running once more.

They were running around the school like headless chickens, before they found a classroom that was open. Alyssa could smell the fear that was emitting off of everyone, making her feel even more uneasy.
"What was that? Scott, what was that?" Allison asked Scott frantically.

"What came out of the ceiling?" Lydia then asked Scott.

"Will you just help me? The chairs, stack the chairs." Scott told them, not answering their questions.
Too much was going on at once, and Alyssa was stressing out.

Scott, Allison, Lydia and Jackson then started stacking the desk that they have pushed in front of the door, with chairs.
Alyssa exchanged a look with Stiles then glanced behind her to see the whole wall of windows, then sighed in exhaustion - they were all stupid.
"Guys..." Stiles called, when no one replied, he continued, "Can we just wait a second?" He still got no answer, "You guys, listen to me, w..." They still ignored him and carried on stacking the chairs in front of the door, "Can we wait a second? Guys? Stiles talking. Can we hang on one second, please?"

"Hey!" Alyssa shouted at them, after she had gotten fed up of them ignoring Stiles.
They all looked over, pausing their actions.

He shot her a thankful look before turning back to the others, "Okay, nice work. Really beautiful job, everyone. Now... What should we do about the twenty foot wall of windows?" He asked, throwing his arms up to explain that there was indeed, a wall of windows behind them.

"Can somebody please explain to me what's going on, because I'm freaking out here. And I would like to know why." Allison spoke in fear, "Scott?" She asked Scott, when she got no answer.

"Somebody killed the janitor." Stiles told the three clueless teenagers.
Alyssa gave him a cold glare, why would he tell them that, when they all are already scared.

That made Allison even more scared, "What's he talking about? Is this a joke?" She asked.

"What?" Jackson questioned, "Who killed him?"

"No, no, no, no. This was supposed to be over. The mountain loan was killed..." Lydia stated, only to be interrupted by Jackson.

"No, don't you get it? There wasn't a mountain lion." Jackson snapped at her, causing her to stop talking and look down in sadness.
Alyssa also have Jackson a glare, causing him to back up slightly. This was the last thing she wanted to be doing right now; why didn't everyone just listen to Derek? Then they wouldn't be in this whole mess.

Allison turned to Scott again, expecting an answer, "Who was it? What does he want? What's happening?" She asked him, "Scott!" She snapped, when he didn't reply.

Alyssa narrowed her eyes at her, how was Scott supposed to know anything? They were all in the same situation.
Scott stuttered, unsure of what to say, "I... I don't know. I... I just... If... If we go out there, he's gonna kill us." He told them.

Alyssa sighed, all he had to say was, that there was a murderer in the school and they needed to get out. Why did he have to make it a big deal?
"Us? He's gonna kill us?" Lydia asked Scott.

"Who? Who is it?" Allison asked Scott.

Alyssa opened her mouth to answer their questions, but Scott beat her to it. The next words he said, made her want to rip his throat out.
"It's Derek. It's Derek Hale." He told them.

Alyssa looked towards Scott with a look that could kill, as the three other teenagers looked at Scott in shock at his words. She felt her eyes begin to glow as Stiles pulled her back gently, careful not to anger her anymore.
"Alyssa, calm down." Stiles whispered to her.

"Calm down? Scott just blamed this whole thing on Derek! How am I supposed to calm down?!" She whispered harshly back to him.

On the other side of the room, Scott was explaining to the three humans about what had happened tonight, "It's been Derek the whole time. He's in here with us. And if we don't get out now... He's going to kill us too." Scott told them.

"Call the cops." Jackson said, grabbing Stiles's attention.

"No." Stiles said.

"Wha... What do you mean, no?" Jackson asked him in disbelief.

"I mean no. You wanna hear it in Spanish? No." He told Jackson sassily, "Look, Derek killed three people, okay? We don't know what he's armed with."

"Your Dad is armed with an entire sheriff's department. Call him." Jackson demanded.

This was when Lydia had started calling the cops, only for it to completely fail as the cops had gotten an anonymous tip about a prank about a break in at the school. Alyssa couldn't help but notice just how smart this alpha was.

"What the... What? What is this? Why does Derek want to kill us? Why is he killing anyone?" Allison asked.

Alyssa couldn't help but notice how annoying Allison was being tonight; asking a bunch of questions that no one had the answers too.
They all looked towards Alyssa for an answer, only for her to glare at them all.
"What?!" She snapped.

"Is he the one that sent her the text?" Lydia asked her.

"I don't know!" Alyssa exclaimed, shaking her head.
She was so angry at Scott right now, that she didn't have time to answer their stupid questions.

"Is he the one that called the police?" Allison asked her.

"I don't know." Alyssa said through clenched teeth; she was finding it very hard to keep her anger under control at this time, and Derek wasn't here to help her, making it even harder. She was trying so hard to not shift right here and now, and kill all of these people.

"All right, why don't we ease back on the throttle here, okay?" Stiles stepped in for Alyssa, trying to take the heat away from her.
He pulled her away to Scott in the corner of the room to talk, away from the others.

"Okay, first off, throwing Derek under the bus, nicely done." Stiles said to Scott, sarcastically.

"Yeah, I could kill you right now! What the hell was that!" She whispered harshly to Scott.

Scott shrugged, "I didn't know what to say. I had to say something." He told them.

"I was about to step in and help you out, you idiot!" Alyssa nearly shouted at him, "You didn't even think twice before putting all of the blame onto him, even after everything he's done for you!"

"Well, if he's dead then it doesn't matter, right? Except, if he's not. Oh, god." Scott stressfully sighed.

"How do we get out of here alive?" Stiles asked the two.

"But we are alive. It could've killed us already. It's like it's cornering us or something." Scott explained, while Alyssa was breathing heavily to keep her anger under control.

Stiles shook his head in disbelief, "So what, he wants to eat us all at the same time?" He asked.

"No! Derek said it wants revenge." Scott told Stiles.

"Against who?" Stiles asked.

"Allison's family?" Scott guessed.

"Maybe that's what the text was about. Someone had to send it." Stiles spoke.

Scott turned to Alyssa, "I'm really sorry, I panicked and it was the only thing I could think of." He told her.

She looked up at him after she had calmed down a little, to see actual sadness in his facial features, she frowned, "If Derek is alive, and he finds out what you did, he isn't going to be happy with you." She snapped at him, before walking off.
She couldn't stand hear him for another minute without wanting to rip his head off.

"Okay, assheads... New plan. Stiles calls his useless dad and tells him to send someone with a gun and decent aim. Are we good with that?" Jackson told Stiles and Scott.

Scott turned to Stiles, "He's right. Tell him the truth if you have to, just... Just call him." He told him.

"I'm not watching my dad get eaten alive." Stiles whispered to Scott.

Jackson went to grab Stiles' phone, "All right, give me the phone." He ordered.

This is when Stiles threw a punch at Jackson, hitting him right in the face. Alyssa's mouth was wide open in shock, as that was the last thing she expected Stiles to do.
It had slightly taken away her stress, seeing Jackson get punched, she didn't know that it was something she needed to witness.

"That was awesome." She told Stiles, as he walked away from Jackson. He slightly smiled at her as he put the phone to his ear.
That was the best thing that Alyssa had seen since she moved back to this horrid town, it was good to see Jackson finally get a taste of his own medicine.

After figuring out a plan, Lydia had made Scott and Alyssa a homemade Molotov cocktail, so they can throw it at the alpha in case he shows up in attempt to kill them all.
Alyssa didn't think that it would work, but at least she would be going out fighting for Derek.
They were all hesitant on letting Alyssa go with Scott, even Scott and Stiles, but she could handle herself better than Scott, so she knew that she had to go with him.
That, and she wanted to kick the alphas ass for potentially killing Derek.

They were very quiet in their way towards the alpha, both clinging onto each other for dear life, it was completely pitch black. If they weren't werewolves, they wouldn't be able to see anything.
Scott held the Molotov in one hand and has Alyssa's arm in a deadly grip in the other.

As they made their way into the gym, after a long and quiet walk; they found a body in the bleachers. It being the janitor, with his keys dangling from his pocket.
As they walked closer to it, the bleachers suddenly started to close, causing Scott to grab Alyssa's hips and lift her up into the air, so that she could reach his pocket. When she finally did, they both sprinted out, as fast as they could, and rolled out just before it all closed on them, landing on each other as they collapsed onto the floor.

When they stood up, the alpha was right in front of them, causing it to sprint towards them. Scott threw the Molotov towards the alpha, only having it not explode into flames.
Alyssa silently cursed to herself, of course Jackson would sabotage Scott.
The alpha suddenly appeared in front of them and threw Scott away from Alyssa, then hitting the female werewolf around the head, knocking her out cold.
