AFTER THE FIGHT with Peter, Derek and Alyssa had listed to him as he explained how he didn't mean to kill Laura, that it was all a mistake. Since they were the only Hale's left, Derek and Alyssa had hesitantly agreed to help Peter. Alyssa mostly going with what Derek does, as that is what she had always done, since the fire - even with Laura being the alpha, she had always followed Derek.

A few hours later, Peter, Derek and Alyssa were waiting in the locker room for Scott, after his game. They had turned the lights off, making Scott believe that it was Danny; but they saw that he looked relieved when he saw Alyssa and Derek, standing in front of him.
"Thank god! Where the hell have you guys been? Do you have any idea what's been going on?" He asked as he spotted them, mostly looking towards Alyssa for an answer.

Peter then walked out from behind the two siblings, making himself known to Scott, who looked at him confusingly, as well as the Hale siblings - he didn't understand what was going on..
"I really don't get lacrosse." Peter commented, holding a lacrosse stick and waving it around, while Alyssa and Derek stayed silent.

"It was you..." Scott gasped, in realisation, backing up.

"When I was in high school, we played basketball. Now, there's a real sport." Peter carried on speaking, not caring at the teenage boys hostility.
Scott looked towards Alyssa in disbelief, causing her to avert her eyes from him, feeling slight guilt pile up in her stomach, as if she was betraying him, which she was, "Still, I read somewhere that Lacrosse comes from native Americans tribes and that they played it to resolve conflict. I have that right? Hm. I have a little conflict of my own to resolve, Scott. But I need your help to do it." He told Scott, finally facing the boy.

Scott glared at Peter, "I'm not helping you kill people." He snapped.

"Well, I don't want to kill all of them. Just the responsible ones. And that doesn't have to include..." Peter trailed off, looking at Alyssa, forgetting the name of Scott's current girlfriend.

Alyssa looked towards Scott before averting her eyes once more, not wanting to see the look of betrayal on his face as she took her uncles side. "Allison." She confirmed, after a few seconds of debate on wether or not she was doing the right thing.
At first, she had instantly gone along with Peter and Derek, but now... Seeing Scott's face had changed everything.

Scott then turned to look at Alyssa, with his mouth slightly open in surprise, "You're on his side?" He asked her in disbelief, as she looked down at the floor to avert his judging gaze, "Are you forgetting the part where he killed your sister?" He then asked Derek.

Derek spoke with no emotion, like he usually did, "It was a mistake." He confirmed, repeating the exact words that Peter had used earlier.

"What?" Scott asked in disbelief.

"It happens." Derek continued.

"Scott." Peter interrupted, "I think you're getting the wrong impression of us. We really just want to help you reach your full potential." He told Scott.

"By killing my friends." Scott retorted.

"Sometimes, the people closest to you..." Peter said, "Can be the ones holding you back the most."

"If they're holding me back from becoming a psychotic nut-job like you, I'm okay with that." Scott snarled.

Peter began to walk slowly to Scott, causing Scott to glance back at Derek and Alyssa with slight worry at what Peter had planned for him.
Alyssa knew that what Peter wanted to do would only hurt slightly, she wouldn't let him near Peter if it was any other way, "Maybe... You could try and see things..." Peter spoke, while extending his shifted nails, "From my perspective.

He then stabbed his nails into the back of Scott's neck, in order to show him the memories from the night of the fire. Scott writhed in pain, but Alyssa knew that he would be fine, he was just suffering the effects from seeing Peter's memories.
As Scott fell to the floor, Peter pulled his claws out and walked away without looking back.

Derek and Alyssa exchanged a worried look before looking back at Scott, who was on the floor.
Did they make the right choice?

Alyssa had been avoiding Scott and Stiles like wildfire, she hadn't been going to school, and she stuck by Derek's side twenty-four/seven; she didn't want to deal with their judgement, and sure as hell didn't want to see their faces of betrayal when she followed Peter's orders.

Alyssa really didn't like the fact that Peter had gone on a date with Scott's mom, Melissa; she was a nice person, and she definitely didn't deserve anything that Peter had planned.
Peter thinks that if he can get to Melissa, it will convince Scott to join his pack in fear, but Alyssa knew it wouldn't work. Scott's stubborn, and he will always do the right thing, which joining Peter's pack, isn't.

Alyssa couldn't do anything to help him, now, Peter was the alpha, meaning that she had to do anything he asked, along with Derek.
Werewolves don't survive as a lone wolf, and she didn't want to end up like one, so the only thing left to do, was blindly follow him - she couldn't risk it.

The plan now was to get to Jackson, as Peter wanted him out of the picture, Alyssa really didn't like the idea of this, and she didn't want to go through with it, but then again, there was nothing she could do, Peter had ordered them to do this, so they had to.
So this is where they now were, in the locker room, lacrosse practice was over and the only person currently in the room, was Jackson.

They heard the shower running, meaning that Jackson was in the other room, so Alyssa ripped Jackson's lock from his locker and pulled out his phone, throwing it towards Derek, who caught it with ease. She hung back as Derek did his work, even if she didn't like Jackson, she didn't feel comfortable with what Peter wanted them to do.

Derek starting playing some music, causing Jackson to come out of the showers with furrowed brows, "What the hell?" He spoke, looking around, however, when he saw Derek and Alyssa in the room, he looked extremely angry, "Hey!" He exclaimed.

"I like your taste in music. I haven't heard this one..." Derek spoke, putting the phone on the speaker, making it louder, "In a long time." He finished.

"I'm not scared of you." Jackson told Derek, trying to act tough, when the Hale siblings both looked at Jackson in disbelief, he continued, "Come on. I'm not afraid."

Derek then got up and walked towards him, "Yeah. You are. You know, I bet you haven't had a day in your whole life... Where you haven't been afraid of something. But you won't have to be anymore. Not when you're one of us." He told Jackson.

After Derek spoke these words, Jackson looked towards Alyssa for confirmation, to which she simply nodded, pushing down the guilt she felt. This was something they had to do.

Alyssa wouldn't be surprised if she didn't have any friends left by the end of the week, she had isolated herself from Allison and Lydia, as well as Scott and Stiles, as she had been with Derek and Peter, following their every order.
She hadn't even gone to school.

Right now, she and Derek were guiding Jackson to their home, but they all stood out of the front, not entering.
"This is it? This is the place?" Jackson asked them, looking behind him at the siblings.

"Go ahead." Derek spoke.

Jackson walked forward slowly, until he stopped and turned again, "Is it safe? I don't want rafters falling on my head." Jackson complained.

Alyssa sighed and rolled her eyes, "Jackson, just go in." She told him, getting tired of his complaints.
She wanted to get this over and done with, so she could push the guilt away.

He then hesitantly walked up the porch steps and stopped at the front door, looking around nervously. Jackson looked at the front door before turning his head back around to look at Derek and Alyssa, "What's in here?" He asked.

"Everything you want." Derek told him.
Jackson then looked at him nervously before putting his hand onto the front door to open it, Derek put a hand on Jackson's shoulder while Alyssa stayed back, behind them, "It's gonna be all right." He said, "Trust us."

They then all walked into the house, Alyssa closing the door behind them. Jackson looked around, as if he recognised the place, which is impossible, because he's never been here.
Well, from Alyssa's knowledge, that is.
"This house..." Jackson said, trailing off, "It's the same h... House." He stuttered, in fear.

"What'd you say?" Derek asked in disbelief, while Alyssa looked at him with her eyes slightly widening in concern.

"I've dreamt about this place. I... I remember the staircase." He told them, looking around the house, "I remember these... These walls. I remember everything."

"Are you saying that you've been here?" Alyssa asked him in curiosity.

"No. Never." Jackson told them, "I dreamt it."
He then paused, as if he realised something, "There's no one else here, and no one else is coming?" Derek shook his head, and shifted his claws out, as Alyssa blocked the front door, making sure that he couldn't run out, "No, please! Please don't, okay? I'll shut up... I'll never say another word again. I'll leave Scott alone. Please, you can't do this! Please! I don't deserve it! Alyssa please." He begged.

Alyssa shook her head, "I warned you, Jackson." She spoke, unable to push the guilt down, so her voice came out strained.

"Look around you! Wouldn't there be someone here trying to save you? There's no one here. There is a reason. No one cares that you drive an expensive car, no one cares that you have perfect hair, and no one cares that you're the captain of the lacrosse team!" Derek shouted at him.
Alyssa honestly felt bad for the boy, Derek was right, no one actually liked Jackson, they just put up with him because of his popularity.

Derek was about to move towards Jackson, when Scott suddenly made himself known, as he jumped down in front of Derek, "Excuse me. Co-Captain." He corrected, after being fully shifted.

"Move!" Derek growled, also fully shifted at the sight of the teenage boy, he wanted nothing but to fight Scott, as all he had been doing was disobeying the man since he and his sister arrived in Beacon Hills..

"No." Scott growled, not moving from his place. He stood in a protective stance, getting ready to defend himself and Jackson from the Hale's.

Derek shook his head in annoyance, "Fine. I'll kill you too." He told Scott.
They were about to start a fight, until the sound of an arrow was heard, alerting the three werewolves.
"Cover your eyes." Derek yelled, immediately ducking.

Alyssa obeyed immediately and crouched down in the corner of the room, making sure that her eyes were fully covered, however, when she opened them, she was sure that no more arrows would be coming through and blinding her. When she looked up, she saw Scott, trailing around, obviously not had blocked his eyes in time; so he was completely blind and not knowing where he was.

Without thinking, she immediately made her way towards him and helped him up, making sure to grab something as she did so to hold them both up. She then pushed him towards the exit, causing him to stumble slightly and look at her with wide eyes, "Go!" She shouted, over all of the gunfire, making sure that he would make it out safely.

When she turned back around, an arrow pierced her stomach, which is when it all went black and she collapsed to the floor, passing out..
