*knock knock*

"Come in..." The Fifth Hokage sighed. Now she doubt the only reason all the Hokages died was to escape P*perwork. And no, she will not say that word bacause it's a very foul word.

And, as expected, Shizune stepped in with a stack of p*perwork, ready to crush Tsunade's soul. She put the stack down on her desk.

"Tsunade-sama, there's applications from Kumogakure, Kirigakure, Sunagakure, Iwagakure and Uzushiogakure for the Chuunin exams this year-" Before she could even think of finishing, Tsunade was already snatching the sheet as if it is money.

"Uzushio?!"

"Ye- wait, what...WHAT?!" Shizune finally realized what she just said, screamed. "But i thought-"

"It's the brat! It's got to be him! Who else could've done that?!" Tsunade grinned. Oh-ho, this is great! She can't wait to rub this little piece of surprise in those nosy civilians' face. It's going to be priceless!

"I can't wait to see what the brat has in store for us." Tsnade then cackled. "Or rather, the council."

Shizune sweatdropped.

"What ever that is, we'll just sit back and enjoy."

"I love what you're thinking."

"I appreciate that, Tsunade-sama, but please do your work."

"I changed my mind, Shizune. I hate you."

"Okay, have a good time, Hokage-sama." Shizune snickered, leaving the office. Tsunade groaned, making sure the assistant already left, before pulling out her secret stash of sake.

"Whatever your doing, make it good, Naruto."

She then took a big sip.

"Tsunade-sama!!"

"Fuck!"

---3 days before Chuunin exams---

Eight people, two Genin teams, walked not-so-silently towards the gates of Konoha, all wearing identical hitai-ate that's deffinitely not Konoha's.

"Mina, give it back!" Pouted a boy with electric yellow hair with an ironic streak of black lightning bolt across his bangs, half-covering his bright yellow eyes.

"Nuh-uh, dunce." The pink haired, yellow eyed girl smirked, waving the hitai-ate around.

"Kuro-sensei, Mina's teasing Denki again." The redhead frowned at his teamates.

"Wha- Eiji, i was not!" Mina pouted at her childhood friend.

"You were!" Eijirou stuck his tongue out.

Their Jounin instructor stared with a deadpan look at his 'students', his dull red eyes over the lively students. When did they grow onto him so much? Apparently when Uzukage-sama assigned for this job, and his husband loved having the kids around. The other Jounin  snorted at the subtle fond look on the blue haired ANBU captain's face, and looked at his own team.

The small orangenette was chatting enthusiastically to the taller, blue eyed raven, both of them excited in their own way.

"Tobio, do you think there's gonna be a battle?" The small sun child grinned.

"That's obvious, dumbass!" Tobio shouted, blushing slightly at the light radiating from his teamate.

"Get a room, Tobio, Shouyou!" Their other teamate snickered.

"Shut up, Yogi!" Both yelled, embarassed. The blonde only smiled pleasantly. This was almost as fun as teasing his cute Gareki. Their instructor chuckled at their antics.

"You shut up too, Kousuke-sensei!!" The oddball duo screamed. If someone had asked him 'is that the strongest combination duo in Uzushio' before being their teacher, he would've scoffed and call it bullshit.

"Hey, hey, i didn't say anything!" Kousuke laughed.

The small group continued to chatter carefreely throughout the trip to Konoha, until they caught sight of the large green gates, and the blue haired Jounin breathed sigh of annoyance. Great, more people around. Oh joy. No, really. Can you feel the enthusiasm radiating off his eyes?

"Halt! State your buisness!" One of the guards called, alert.

"We're here for the Chuunin exams." Kousuke stated for his team and the other's. The guards relaxed, just a bit, but noticeable to trained eyes. 'They're gonna get killed.' Kuro thought.

"Papers, please." Kousuke did just that, handing them the applications. After checking, the Chuunins decided to let them through. The Genin snickered at the poorness of their training all the way into the village.

"Hey, what village is that?"

"They're copying Konoha's symbol."

"What are they doing here?"

The whispers of the villagers were loud and clear in the Uzu teams' ears, however, they paid the attention no mind, as they have a message to the Hokage from their leader.

"You brats and Oshiba, go somewhere to play. I'm going to the Hokage tower. Don't cause trouble, too much of a pain." Kuro said before vanishing away. Kousuke smirked playfully.

"You heard the cap, go play somethin', just don't cause trouble."

The team cackled evily. This is going to be good.

-Back to our ANBU captain-

'They're deffinitely causing trouble.' He internally groaned. Knocking on the large dark oak doors of the Hokage office, he heard a faint 'come in'.

"Pardon my excuse, Hokage-sama." He bowed slightly.

"Ah, you must be from Uzu, correct?" She smirked knowingly. Kuro groaned subtly.

"Yes, and Uzukage-sama has a message for you. 'The show is on the road.' That's all." Tsunade knew what that meant. After all, the brat is an unorthodox, afterall."

"Good enough. You can go, I have some rooms in the Hokage compound, if you'd like to stay."

"That's very much appreciated, Hokage-sama. I must be going now, the brats and Oshiba are waiting." That much was said before he vanished in a black and blue mist.

The Hokage leaned back in her seat and glanced towards the sunset.

"Show us what you've got, Naruto."
