Prologue
"Alicia, supper's ready!!" called Alicia's mother. "Ok mommy! Just a minute!" These were the times...back when I was young. There was my mother Kelsey, my father Leo my friends Hannah, Sarah, Cleo, and Marco ((polo)) my closest friends. Back then everything was peaceful..the world was a beautiful place full of life and happiness no frowns ever lasted on anyone's faces. My life was so happy and fun filled back then me always wanting to explore everything and find new places and secret passages and my parents and friends to adventure with...but now things have changed. Life isn't as happy as it used to be it's as if the sun never shone  again on this world and everyone stuck within darkness, fear paralyzing most from trying to fight for the light.. "Oh Alicia, there you are sweetheart! Don't worry me like that please!" "Sorry mommy.." "It's ok sweety, now come on in and have some supper before it gets cold. Who knows, we may even have dessert!" "Yay!!"  
Lucky for me, even though everyone seemed to be in the dark, I still had light in me to keep me going and have my head held up high. But now that light is fading..with them returning everything I've ever known is being destroyed..  "Daddy, where are you and Mommy going?" "Dear, me and mommy are going on a vacation, but don't worry I promise me and mommy will be home soon. In the meantime, you get to stay with granny!" "Really with granny? Horray!! You and mommy be safe on your trip daddy! I'll be waiting!" "We know you will sweetheart." "We love you sweety!!"
They made me figure out things I never knew about my family, my friends, or myself...they changed my entire life.
"Daddy.......where is mommy?"
