*Penpals- Tell Me Why*

I woke up to my alarm coming from my phone and turn it off. I rub my eyes a little and felt a bump on my right. I peek and I saw Charlotte, grinning at me.

Y/N: Waaaah! Charlotte! Don't do that!

Charlotte: Sorry Y/N! But I just can't help it!

I sighed and walk into the bathroom and and took a shower.

Orochi: You should change that alarm of yours...

Y/N: It's the only song that can wake me up Orochi-san.

I got out from my bathroom and shoo Charlotte out of room and change. I got out of my room and heard a motor rev with the sound of a... horse...? I walk downstairs and towards the front door, walking past my peerage as they're doing their own thing. I open the door to see a woman on a black motorcycle.

Y/N: Uh... May I help you...?

The figure look at me and got off from her bike and walk towards me. I start to get nervous as she is taller than me.

Orochi: Careful Y/N. I felt something powerful from her...

She stops infront of me and takes off her helmet, revealing her face.

???: I'm sorry if I scared you, here. *hands a envelope* It's from your mother from Britain.

I look at the envelope and her then politely takes it. I look around the envelope.

Umehara: Master. Breakfast is ready- it's you...

I turn to see Umehara wearing an apron and holding a frying pan.

Umehara: You... *points at her with frying pan* You're the one who overtook me last night...

???: Hmm? Wait... overtook you... Ah... I understand now. Can't believe I'll bump into you like this...

Y/N: Umm... what happened last night, Umehara-san?

Umehara: It goes like this.

*Flashback*

I was riding my bike, on my way to get some groceries. Suddenly, a black figure sped past me. I look to see another bike, no number plate. I got curious and followed the figure. As I start to get nearer, I felt an energy from her. She looks at me and was shocked for a second. Then, with one rev, a horse neigh can be heard as she sped away.

*End of Flashback*

Y/N: O-Oh. Is that it?

???: That's not all! He took my idea for the helmet! *points at him*

Orochi: And you guys are seriously fighting over something like this? How childish.

???: Who's there?!

Y/N: S-Sorry, umm...

???: Call me Celty.

Y/N: Sorry Celty-san! It's Orochi-san who talked just now.

Celty: Orochi...? That snake?

Y/N: Yes...?

Orochi: How rude...

Celty: Your mother will get angry if she finds out Y/N.

Y/N: What do you mean by that?

Suddenly, she seems like she realized something and brush it off.

Celty: N-Nothing! Nothing at all! I'm have to go do some deliveries, so take care alright?! Get your breakfast or you'll be late!

She wears her helmet and run towards her bike, getting on and rode off.

Umehara: She's right Y/N. You should get your breakfast now.

Y/N: H-Hai!

We walk towards school and bumped with the others on the way. My peerage also got into some clubs already. Ulquiorra and Jim got into Kendo Club, Yang eventually made her own club which is boxing. Charlotte got into Literature Club, Terrie got into Karate Club, Kula in Swimming Club and Todoroki in... Botanical Club? Well, Iori is in the Music Club obviously. As for the others, well, they haven't decide it yet. Suddenly, I felt a presence... I turn around to see a hulking figure looking at me from a far.

Orochi: That man... it's as if Buddha himself has chosen him...

Y/N: I heard he's a Yakuza...

That man turns around and walks away. Weird...

*Timeskip*

I walk out of school put was stopped by the same man who stalked me.

???: May I speak with you?

Y/N: U-Umm... sure?

Then, I heard students whispering.

Students: Hey... isn't that Hanayama Kaoru? What is he doing here? Is he going to take Y/N? I heard his mouth exploded before in a fight...

Hanayama: Let's go to a place where we can talk.

I follow behind him slowly.

Orochi: Don't worry. This man. I can feel that he mean no harm.

Y/N: O-Okay...

We walk and chat for awhile until we got to a restaurant. He got to the person at the desk.

Hanayama: Private.

Man: Understood. Follow me.

The man waves at us to follow him to a room. We sat down on a table and he pour a cup of tea for me.

Hanayama: You want some food?

Y/N: N-No thanks. I'm having dinner later.

Hanayama: Understandable. *sips tea*

Y/N: S-So, what do you want to talk about? *sips tea*

Hanayama: I want to offer you protection.

Y/N: Eh? Eh?!

Hanayama: Calm down. Not the one that you think. I want to protect you for real.

Y/N: But why?

Hanayama: I feel that a lot of being will hunt you down. Don't worry. You won't be facing any of them. I'll deal with them in the shadows.

Orochi: Your eyes... it looks just like the Buddha's.

Hanayama: I get that a lot.

Y/N: But why you want to protect me?

Hanayama: *sips tea* Just a feeling.

Orochi: I can see that you're a good man.

Hanayama: Hmm?

Orochi: You protect the weak.

Hanayama: I'm used to it. *takes out hand* My name is Kaoru. Hanayama Kaoru.

I look at it and accept it.

Y/N: *smiles and shake* Aoki. Y/N Aoki. Nice to meet you.

He look at me with his eyes widened a little bit and smile.

Hanayama: Guess we're now friends huh

Y/N: You can say that. And your grip is strong!

Hanayama: *laughs* Thank you.

We walk out of the restaurant chatting and laughing. He call for a car

Hanayama: Let me fetch you home.

Y/N: You don't mind?

Hanayama: Why not?

We waited for a bit and his car arrives. He opens it allow me to get in first. We got it and the driver starts to drive me home first.

Y/N: I'm curious Hanayama-san. How old are you?

Hanayama: Just call me Kaoru or Hanayama. I'm 18 years old.

Y/N: You're 18?! But you look so tall and big!

Hanayama: *laughs* It's normal if people thinks that I'm older.

*Timeskip*

I arrived home and thanked Hanayama and the driver as they took off. I walk into my house and got tackled by Charlotte and Koneko.

Charlotte: Where have you been Y/N?! You made me worried sick!

Koneko: Don't do that again...

Y/N: I'm sorry! I got to know a new friend! He took me to a restaurant and treat me.

Suddenly, I felt a pressure coming from the kitchen. The pressure comes closer to reveal Umehara-san with a frying pan in his hand.

Umehara: You... Don't want to eat...?

Y/N: I haven't eaten yet. We just drink tea.

The the pressure disappears.

Umehara: I see. Clean up Y/N. Dinner is almost ready.

*Meanwhile in an unknown location*

3rd Pov

The place is full of mountains. Suddenly, a little bit of purple colored energy comes out from one of the mountains. The view soon change into the mountain where there's a shrine and rock in the middle. Talisman surrounding it, pasted on it. Suddenly, all the talisman falls and the rock cracks and explodes to reveal a shadowy figure, sitting there as it open it's eyes, revealing them to be red.
