Suddenly, a girl screamed in pain and we ran towards the source of the voice to see what happened. We arrived at the tennis court to see a girl scraped herself and that injury seems to be very bad.

Motohama: And he'll arrive right about now.

We look to see a girl with a short boy in his PE clothes, probably just taller than Koneko by a little bit. He is carrying a first aid kit in his hand. He then arrived in the area and call out as loud as possible.

Y/N: Give the victim space to breath, please!

3rd Pov

The girls give some room for him as he crouches down and checks the wound.

Y/N: It's kind of deep... anyone has water?!

Girl: Here! *gives him a bottle of water*

Y/N gives a concerned look and a smile at the victim.

Y/N: I'm sorry, but please bear with it, alright?

Victim: O-Ok.

He first washes his hands and apply gentle pressure at the wound with a clean cloth and elevate the girl's leg by putting it on his leg while he was crouching on one knee. He waits for a while to see that the bleeding has stopped. He then rinses the wound with water.

Y/N: I need a little help!  Can any of you volunteer to help me carry her to a place where there is a tap?

Two girls raised their hands and carry the victim while the others follow from behind. That includes the Trio. They arrived and Y/N open the tap and keep the wound under the running water. He takes out a soap from his first aid kit and uses it to wash around the wound. After doing so, he checks to see if there's any debris and luckily there's none. He then applies a thin layer of an antibiotic ointment. He then applies a bandage and a rolled gauze and has it held in place with paper tape. He stood up and wipes a bit of his sweat with his hand and smiles.

Y/N: All done! Please change the bandage at least once a day or whenever the bandage becomes dirty or wet alright? Your wound will heal within a week or longer.

Victim: Y-yes, understood.

Y/N: Good! *closed eye smiles* Also, can you girls check to see if there's anything sharp in the tennis court before you guys play?

Girls: Sure!

Y/N: Promise alright?

Girls: Hai!

Y/N: Alright, time to take my leave! Goodbye!

Girls: Bye!

Then, Y/N walks away while the girls help the victim up.

Issei Pov

Motohama: Y/N Aoki. A First Year. His father's a Swedish while his mother's a Japanese. He is also known as the Little Medic or Petit Doctor or any other name that has something to do with his small body.

Issei: So... a shota loved by the girls eh?

Matsuda: Seems like it.

Y/N Pov

I am walking in the hallway after changing back into my uniform. I then bumped into Koneko.

Y/N: Hi, Koneko!

Koneko: Hello. So... did you bring it?

Y/N: Ah yes! Here! *gives macaron* It's from England!

Koneko: *takes it* Thank you. By the way, how's your mother?

Y/N: Oh, she's doing fine! Of course, telling me more about surgery and stuff.

I'm currently walking in the pharmacy, looking for an Antibiotic Ointment, since the one I used today was used up. I found it but it's at the top shelf. I try to grab hold off it and jumps to get it but failed. The cashier walk towards me and helped me take it.

Cashier: Man, Y/N, you should ask for help next time.

Y/N: I'm sorry, I don't want to trouble you...

Cashier: It's alright man. Call for me whenever you need help.

Both of us walk towards the counter and I paid for it and left.

3rd Pov

Unknown to Y/N, a figure is stalking him as he spread his wings and flew away.

*Meanwhile in an unknown location*

Ahh... the full moon... And a thousand years have passed... I'm finally freed!!!

An orb of light suddenly fly out of an abandoned shrine and flew up into the air.

???: Must find... a vessel...

Then, the orb fly towards the city.

Y/N Pov

I'm currently walking back home and decided to buy a can of drink in the park from the vending machine. I choose mocha and open it up to drink it. As I was drinking, I hear wings flapping. I turn around to see a naked woman with bat-like wings standing there.

Y/N: Ahhh!!!*closes eyes* Wear some clothes will you?!

???: *chuckles* My, my~ aren't you cute~ sadly, I have to eat you, darling~

Y/N: Wha- *stabs*

I look down to see that I got stabbed in the stomach by a weird blade tendril thing, connected to her back. She pulls it out as blood starts to flow out from my wound like a waterfall. I fall on my knees as I starts to scream in pain, but she suddenly appears behind me and hug me while covering my mouth.

???: Hush now, dear, I'll end you in one swift move~

Suddenly, she was punched away. I fell to the ground and gear a voice.

???: Y/N! Don't die! Please!

I look to see Koneko while some other people are fighting the woman. I slowly close my eyes...

??? Pov

Oh?! I sense a vessel! A suitable one! I fly towards it to see the boy was injured. A girl with white hair tries to wake him up. Heh. He is still alive, but close to death's door step. I quickly fly towards the boy possess him.

Koneko Pov

I'm shaking Y/N's lifeless body until an orb of light enters his body. Suddenly, his body starts to spike with aura as his body slowly rise up and his wound slowly heal. He opens his eyes and look at me.

Y/N: A Nekomata? How rare is that.

Koneko: W-what?! H-how did you know?!

Y/N: Fool. The one in front of you now isn't the boy you used to know. I'm Yamata no Orochi.

Koneko: Orochi?

Then, Y/N, or Orochi now, looks at the devil that attacked him. Suddenly, he disappears and reappear in front of the devil, shocking Rias and the others. He kicks the devil up into the air by doing a overhead outward-crescent kick and points at it with his finger and the devil got crushed by an unknown force. He turns around and looks at all of us.

Rias: Who... are... you...

Y/N: I'm- what?! What's happening?!

He grab his head and seems like he is fighting against something until he screams with a blast of energy coming out of his body. Y/N then fall to the ground, unconscious.

Y/N Pov

*Meanwhile in Dreamland~*

???: How... how?!

I turn and look to see a very tall man with white hair and a weird symbol on his body.

???: How did you gain back control over your body?! You're just a mere human!!!

Y/N: Who are you?

???: I'm Yamata no Orochi! And I'm supposed to use your body to destroy mankind! But why?!

Y/N: I don't know...

Suddenly, a talisman appears in the air and float towards me. On it, it say Orochi. I look at him and Orochi stomp towards me and tries to grab the talisman but got blown away.

Orochi: What?! I got sealed again?! But in a boy's body?!

Y/N: You're in me?!
