Inside an Enclave research lab inside Raven Rock, a pair of Scientists were working on a project something that would "surpass" the failed experiment that was Frank Horrigan a modified Super Mutant. Unfortunately their test results ended in failure... until now.

As a baby screaming was heard as doctors worked on making the baby was comfortable, as the mother passed away. The Father the head scientist of the project decided that his son would be the experiment on a new serum of F.E.V. Though unlike the other versions of F.E.V which turned people into Super mutants and were dumber than an average human. No he would be special, free from the sins of the past. He be stronger than an average human, faster reflexes and higher intelligence... he is ES-2755

(18 Years Later)

A enclave Vertibird landed on the Now Boston commonwealth and a lone X-02 Black Devil Soldier hopped out and stared his mission of exploring and securing a possible future Enclave Base. Though unknowingly he wouldn't be able to contact command anymore because the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel destroying the Enclave with the help of the Lone Wanderer.

The Soldier learning the hard truth that he wasn't going back, starting walking around aimlessly searching to anything to gather to fix his damaged power armor and after hearing some old broadcast cast about the "black devil" decided to help the people of the commonwealth not as the enemy but the hero that the people could rely upon on... with a simple (enclave) radio broadcast, he would arrive to defeat the Raiders who needed to punished and put down...

As the years passed on the Soldier who was playing "hero" was struggling against his PTSD over the music, now and people still relying on him decided to put down his mantle and soon the broadcast went silent and his power Armor stripped of any Enclave markings and power core removed from power armor frame and locked behind a metal gate door hooked and wired to the broadcast that no longer played live anymore...And the figure vanished from the Commonwealth.

As a normal citizen in Quincy (the Southeastern part of the Commonwealth) Protected by the Minutemen before the Gunners arrived and a Minutemen betrayed the minutemen and the Quincy massacre happened...

The figure who was citizen disappeared again and appeared in diamond city as a permanent resident but leaves to do his hunting trips or mercenary work outside of Diamond City into the tick of Boston where Super mutants and Raiders are... or appears around Concord as the Local Sheriff or Ranger as the Minutemen fortified the town of Concord and made Sanctuary their new home with the help of the Sole Survivor. Appearing in Riot Gear and holding a AR-15 loading with 5.56 rounds waiting for something new to happen while listening to the Diamond City radio....

Adam as many people call of him the Ranger of the Minutemen, someone who you don't want to make an enemy of... waited until the Arrival of the Brotherhood of Steel came....
