What has 13 hearts but no other organs?

In the morning, Lucy still refused to talk to me, she gave me the silent treatment! Why is she acting like such a child? I tried to start a conversation with her, and she refused to answer, what did I do that was so wrong????  "Lucy, listen. We're both adults why can't we just forgive and forget?" I asked, still no answer. She only sipped her hot chocolate, not even bothering to look in my direction when I was speaking to her. "Fine fine.....you win I'm sorry." I sighed. She finally looked at me and nodded her head, I gave her a lopsided grin.

"I'm sorry as well Dean.  You are right, we're both adults, I shouldn't have been acting so childish." I heard strange noises from under the table and looked down to see Butch eating his steak on a plate, I decided to let it slide this time.  Afterwards, Lucy cleaned up the table while I sat down on the couch, wrote down a few things and pulled out the files I was given. I placed a little check mark on Lucy's and Stephanie's files, they were solved. I had an idea of where they were, I just couldn't sign their files off until I found them alive or their corpses. All I had to do, was get Lucy to be my guide and-

"I'm gonna eat you!"

"Naah!!" I almost jumped out of my seat, I glared at her and she smiled back.  My peaceful concentration now ruined by this strange specimen of a human.

"Whatchya working on?" She asked, while leaning over the back of the couch to look at the files in my hand.

"The files.  While I'm glad that I can say that your file and Stephanie's file is solved, that still doesn't help these other missing people."  She sat down beside me looking them over, then at me, the at the couch. It was really quite big, fat, soft and comfy, like one of those couches you sink into when you sit down. She whistled and Butch came over, who uncermoniosly jumped on her lap, walked on mine and started to lick me."Lucy! Get him off me I need to concentrate!" I wailed.

"Butchie no, get off Dean, you can cuddle with me."  Scolding Butch she picked him up and he started slobbering again. Maybe I should consider saran wrapping everything? "Hey, I've seen a few of these people while I was in the compound." She said, carefully eyeing the pictures of the people.

"Really! Do you know what happened to them!?  Where did you see them?" I was ecstatic, she had seen them somewhere!  Lucy leaned back a bit, I guess I was leaning forward with excitement.

"When I was doing that blood thing, I saw them there, I don't know what happened to them after we were sorted." She said.

"Oh well, at least I know for sure they might be, did anyone else try and escape with you?" I asked.  This was definitely a good lead, and there's a chance they might still be at that institute Lucy was in.

"That I don't know, maybe when I escaped a few others tried.  What I do know was that a few others tried to escape before I got there."  The compound was most certainly the last place she ever wanted to go back to, but I need her help, she knows what it looks like and she escaped!!  An eerie silence fell over us, I stared her in the eyes and she looked back, trying to figure out what I was going to say.  Her eyes flashed with fear and she backed away to the opposite side of the couch.  "No, Dean, please."  She whimpered.

"I'm sorry I have to ask this of you but......I have to get you to go back there with me." I pleaded with the gentlest tone I could muster.  Lucy started to cry, and Butch whimpered trying to comfort her, I held her hand gently. "Shh, Lucy, we'll be fine, you know the layout of the buildin-"

"NO!!! You don't understand! The ones that escape and get captured, they become turned!!" She cried harder now.

"What?"

"Th-they turn them into the turned-the zombies!! If I go back there-I'll be turned. Th-they'll probably make you turn too!" She cried.

"No they won't, I'll phone the police and they'll send a squad over, it'll be fine."

"It won't be fine, their building an army up there, then they'll unleash it here. We're the targets. They don't need air to survive, they're zombies! We need to prepare everyone here for it! Build a wall, fortify everything, stock up on all the food and water we can. Get some sentry guards, 24/7. Broadcast this on TV, radios, YouTube and everything in between!" She exclaimed.

"Calm down, I think you're overreacting a little bit." I said, she had worked herself into hysterics now, hiccuping while freaking out as tears stained her cheeks.

"Overreacting? Have you never read a zombie book or survival guide? Or watched a zombie show? If anything, I'm under-reacting!" Lucy exclaimed. "If I go back there, I'm dead, if I stay here and do nothing I'm dead."

"Lucy, I understand you're worried, but none of that's gonna happen, I'll phone the police. They'll come and we'll solve everything, calm down. You're really tense right now, how about we go out for awhile. Maybe watch some movies or play a game." I said, this poor girl.  I didn't mean to get her so freaked out over this.

"Dean. Please listen to me. We have to prepare." She mumbled.

"All right, we'll prepare later, for now let's enjoy doing something else other than discuss a possible apocalypse." Lucy nodded her head slowly, sighing in defeat.  We decided to go see a movie at the theatre down the street to try and relax her.
