Amber's POV.

Connor and I were planning on doing a duet, but after his performance we talked and he doesn't feel like going back on the stage. So I'm going to close us out with one last song.

I'm motioned up to the stage again and am given the microphone the second I get onto the stage. I turn towards the crowd and am greeted with lists of smiling faces.

" Hello again everyone. Tonight has been one of the best nights I've had in a long while. I think we all needed a night to relax and enjoy ourselves for once. Let all out troubles roll off our shoulders. So I'm going to close us out tonight with one last song. Sing along if you know it. " I said.

Everyone nodded and I told them what song. Soon the music started to play and I let myself fall into the rhythm of the song. I then lift my hands to the mic and start to sing.

" Let it go. Let it roll right off your shoulders. Don't you know? The hardest part is over. " I started.

I could see everyone's eyes light up at the song I choose. It's a song called Little Wonders by a man names Rob Thomas. He sang this song and it's on the soundtrack of a very good animated movie the human a made called Meet The Robinsons. It's such a cute movie.

" Let it in. Let your clarity define you. In the end. We will only just remember how it feels.

All lives are made. In these small hours. These little wonders. These twists and turns of fate. Time falls away but these small hours. These small hours. Still remain. " I sang.

I always used to sing this song after something bad had happened on the pack or if I just had a bad day at school and needed a little pick me up. It encouraged me that things would get better and to never give up.

" Let it slide. Let your troubles fall behind you. Let it shine. 'Til you feel it all around you and I don't mind. If it's me you need to turn to we'll get by. It's the heart that really matters in the end. " I sang before going back into the chorus again.

I could see and hear some people in the crowd singing along to this song. I couldn't resist smiling as I continued to sing.

" All of my regret. Will wash away somehow but I cannot forget. The way I feel right now.

Everyone cheered and stood up to clap. I smiled and spoke into the microphone once more. " I hope you all have had a good night. Everyone get home safely. If you wish for guards to walk you home if you came here by yourself. Let me know and I'll call in a few guards. Let's help clean up real quick and thank our wonderful new shop owner for hosting us here tonight. " I said.

Everyone clapped for her. I moved to the side so she could say a few words. She thanked the crowd for being here and for all their support with her new business. She was very grateful.

Everyone slowly got up and started to toss away their garbage and set their chairs up. Some people left while others helped out cleaning the tables and making sure everything was clean and put up before we all walked out the door and the owner shut off the lights and locked the doors behind us.

" Would it trouble you too much to ask for a guard to walk me home?" She asked.

" Not at all. Clayton and I can walk you home. " said Tasha.

Clayton nodded and they left with her. I gently took Connor's hand and we started to make our way back to the pack house. Once we made it there we walked in to see everything still everywhere.

My father saw me and smiled. " Good, you're here. I need you and Connor to follow me upstairs. " he said.

It sounded urgent. I immediately went into Luna mode and walked upstairs with him to the top floor. He stopped us before we walked into the room. " While you were gone, we searched the entire building and could find the scent of anyone, but then we searched this floor and found a poorly covered up scent they were hiding in the closet. I'm going to send over a memory to you two. " said my father before doing so.

A memory of him finding a hurt little girl in the closet appeared. My eyes widened and I heard Connor gasp. I looked at my father. " She's in there I take it and you want Connor to heal her." I said.

He nodded. " She's very shy. She hasn't spoken a word since we found her and she reacts better to your mother. Just be careful when approaching her. She chose the name Rebecca. " said my father.

I nod and we knock on the door before walking in there to greet her. When my eyes land on her I smile softly to reassure her as she seems to stiffen at the sight of me.

Then she sees Connor and she makes to back away. I lower myself to one knee and Connor follows my lead. " Hello Rebecca. I'm Amber, the Luna of this pack. I won't hurt you. " I assure her.

She stops moving but her eyes move to Connor. I look at Connor and then smile at her. " This is my mate, Connor. He grew up here in this pack and in this pack house. He's nothing more than a big teddy bear. He won't hurt you either. "

She looks at Connor closely and immediately goes to write something down on her note pad. She then shows my mom. " May I read this to them?" Asks my mother.

Rebecca nodded. " She knows by Connor's eyes that he has powers. Just like her. " said my mother.

My eyes widen but I remain calm. " You have powers too?" I ask.

She looks over at me and nods. " That's amazing. You are right though. Connor here has the power to heal people. He is what's called a Blue Eyed Healer. My parents here have noticed you have quite a few injuries and I was wondering if you would let Connor heal you? It's ok if you say no. I just don't want you to be in pain. " I admit.

She looks intrigued by Connor having healing powers. She writes down on her note pad again and hops down off the little bar stool she was on. She then walks carefully over to Connor and I and shows us what she wrote.

I smile warmly at her and Connor's whole demeanor softens which I can see instantly helps Rebecca relax more. " No, it won't hurt one bit. You'll be tired afterwards but it doesn't hurt." Said Connor.

Rebecca looks closer at Connor. Her look turning into one of concern. Her eyes begin to glow brighter like Connor's do when he's using his power. She then moves closer and places her right hand on his cheek.

She's looking deep into his eyes and Connor's eyes begin to glow a bit a well. Only they take a small green tint to them meaning she is using her powers on him.

Connor remains perfectly calm throughout it all and allows her to use her powers. Soon her eyes go back to how they were before and so do Connor's. He blinks and smiles at her.

" Thank you for that Rebecca. You are so talented. " said Connor.

She looked fearful until he said that and she instantly brightened. " You see, Rebecca here has the power to help someone mentally. She is essentially a mental healers. She can sort through the memories of anyone she chooses and she can talk to you in your mind. She even if she can't speak. She can use her powers to communicate. " said Connor.

" So what did she do to you?" I ask.

" I gained a new memory today when I was singing. It was very blurry though. She found that memory and took away the blue, allowing me to see the memory in its entirety. She then made it to where that memory will never disappear from my mind. I can always remember it. " said Connor.

I smile brightly and look at Rebecca. " That's so cool. You are amazing Rebecca. "

She brightens even more. " May I heal you now? I could sense that you were in pain and no kid should ever feel the pain you're feeling. " said Connor.

She nodded. Her curiosity to see Connor's powers must have taken over her fear. "May I take your hands? " asked Connor.

He held his hands out and she slowly took his hands. Connor smiled. " My powers work differently than yours. All I have to do is look someone in their eyes and express that I want them to heal. Once I say the word you will heal. " said Connor.

" All your feels is a little tingly. Almost a cooling sensation as well. It feels rather nice. " I assure her.

She nods and looks Connor in the eyes. Connor prepares himself and then says the word. " Heal. "

Hey eyes start to glow blue from his power and she gasps at the feeling of his powers. Her eyes spelled in joy and she grins.

All the wounds and bruises along her entire body start to disappear and in no time she was completely healed. Since it was her first time being healed she wouldn't have any blue in her eyes like I do.

Without breaking eye contact with Connor she speaks her first word. " Heal. "

Connor's eyes widen as he feels his own power flow through him from another source. The soreness in his body left and his headache left as well. It didn't do much to the damage done in his mind but it still healed a few cracks that had been forcibly made in his mind.

Finally it ended and Connor started to laugh. " You took the remains of my power and used it to help heal me as well. That's incredible. I had no idea that could happen. " said Connor.

She practically beamed in joy. " You truly are an amazing little girl Rebecca. I'm so proud of you. " said Connor.

She giggled and I'd be lying if I said that wasn't the cutest sound I'd ever heard. She rushed forward and hugged Connor. He startled for a second, not expecting a hug before he grinned and hugged her back gently.

Only she didn't seem to back away anytime soon. She just laid there hugging Connor. She stood up and was now carrying her.

Her eyes glowed again. " I won't leave you. " said Connor.

She relaxed and instantly fell asleep, leaving the rest of us in complete shock over what just happened.

A/N. Hey guys. Hope you enjoyed this chapter. If you remember in the first book at the end I said that there were other wolves around the world with different colored eyes and different powers based on their eyes color. Rebecca is one of them. I look forward to diving more into what her powers are truly like. Not sure who's POV I'm doing next. Let me know who's POV you want to see.
