Amber's POV.

Connor is so smart. He's asked some questions I wouldn't have even thought of. He really is trying to be a good Alpha and he is excelling at it. I'm so proud of him right now.

I look back over the terms. She's come up with quite a few I agree with and some that just confuse me.

" There's a term in here that states you would like to keep a group of humans here to watch us at all times to make sure we don't break this peace treaty. While I don't mind any of you staying here, I don't find the idea of our every move being watched. " I said.

" I figured you'd have an issue with that one. " said Yuki.

" My reasonings for disagreeing with this term completely is it would make not only myself but my pack members feel as if we are prisoners in our own home land. My people need to feel safe and secure and having a group watching us 24/7 is not ok. " I said.

" Then what would you suggest?" Asked Yuki.

" What if we held a scheduled meeting? Once every month and we go over everything significant that has happened and discuss where to go from there. " I said.

" I like that idea, but how would I know if you are telling us the truth or not?" Asked Yuki.

" As werewolves, we have the ability to share our memories through a mind link with those we choose. We could create one with you or whomever you choose to attend the meeting and I can show you the memories. " I said.

" How would we know that the memories are true and not fabricated?" Asked Yuki.

" That's the beauty of a mind link. We can't fabricate the memories. What we show you is always the truth. " I said.

" How do I know that's true also?" Asked Yuki.

" We could do a test rush right here and now. Amber or myself can show you a memory of this meeting, we will try to fabricate something and you tell us what you really see and decide for yourself wether or not we're telling the truth. " said Connor.

" I like that idea. Let's give it a shot. Amber, would you be the one to do it?" She asked.

I nodded. " Of course. I will warn you, while mind links don't hurt they will feel weird at first but it's an easy feeling to get use to. " I said.

She nodded. I let her know when I made the connection. She merely smiled. I then opened my mind to her and let her read the memory of our discussion a second ago but I tried to fabricate the memory into her agreeing instantly with what I suggested.

" I just imagined you agreeing to my suggestions without question, what is the memory you saw?" I asked.

" I saw the memory the exact way it went down. Very well. We can do a scheduled meeting once a month until we feel comfortable enough to make it longer in between meetings. " said Yuki.

I smiled gratefully at her. " Thank you. " I said.

I looked back over the list of terms. " There's one more on here that concerns me. You want us to give you access to Wolfsbane. Why would you need that?" I asked.

" It's not for us to use against your pack. It's something fir me to give my father as a thanks for agreeing to let us do this treaty. I assure you it would only be used on rogues. " she said.

" We've had bad experiences with Wolfsbane. It's why nearly killed me before and wiped Connor's mind. Due to that we don't keep any Wolfsbane on that pack grounds. I can offer you some of you temporary cure for Wolfsbane in case any of you were ever to come in contact with it. It would heal you but it would let you life out your life for a long while. " I said.

She nodded in understanding. " If you ever come across any, you'd be willing to give us some of it, correct?" She asked.

" I'd be willing to split it with you. " I answered.

" Then we have an agreement with that. Do you know what Wolfsbane does to humans?" She asked.

" I'm honestly not sure. I know what it does to werewolves and that's bad enough so I can only imagine the horror it could do to a human. " I said.

" Then we would be honored you are willing to give us some of your temporary cure. " she said.

I nodded. " I have no more questions for you about your terms. I agree with the rest. " I said.

" Then it is my turn to question you. My first question is to what kind of wolf Connor is?" She asked bluntly.

My eyes widened a fraction. " What do you mean what kind of wolf he is?" I asked.

" He has powers too, does he not? " she asked.

It's best to be truthful about this. " Yes he does. How did you know?" I asked.

" His eye color. Fenris told us tales about wolves with different powers based on their eyes color. May I ask what type of power  you hold?" Asked Yuki looking at Connor.

" I am what's known as a Blue Eyed Healer. I can heal any physical injury no matter how bad on command. I also have increased healing speed for myself. " said Connor.

" That's incredible. I know these powers are passed down by relatives. Who in your family carried the gene?" She asked.

" My mother did. " said Connor.

" Did? " she asked.

" She was murdered by Fenris a few years ago. " said Connor.

" Oh, I am so sorry for your loss and not being considerate about that. She must have been an amazing woman. " said Yuki.

" From what I can remember, she was. " said Connor.

" I am curious though. Rebecca is a Green Eyed Mind Healer. Why not have her use her powers to heal your mind?" Asked Yuki out of curiosity.

" That thought has crossed my mind, but I don't want to take advantage of her in that way. We only just met a few days ago. It would be rude of me to just ask right away. " said Connor.

" Completely understandable. By the look on her face it seems she wants to help you though. " said Yuki with a looked of admiration.

Connor looked over at Rebecca who looked at him. Her eyes flashed and he chuckled. " As much as I would like that kid, now is not the time. We can try after this meeting if you'd like. " said Connor.

She nodded furiously. He chuckled and wrapped her in a one armed hug. Yuki chuckled too. " Let's continue, shall we." She said.

With that the meeting continued.
