They all never had a chance. These two twisted men, Nihilistic Serial Killer PoH who just wants to make them suffer while the other takes souls like soul stealing god wanna be. Luckily PoH died from him but Miller is in his Angel of Death form.

This battle was more of a farce if anything else. One hopeless try after the next. Y/n is all alone, surrounded by the corpses of his friends. They all gave their lives to save him, to buy him time. Through their fear the still stood strong, dying without shame and fighting for their justice. But it was no use... he... this...He couldn't stop it.

Miller: Hahahahahahah!! How pathetic you are Y/n, you're nothing just a weak child. Now let me take your soul....

The only thing Y/n had left are the broken Night Sky Sword and Broken Blue Rose Sword alongside the images of his friends brutal deaths, forever burned into his memory. They had all died for him, Because of HIS weakness. Because he wasn't strong enough to finish them off . They took hits for him. They trusted him. They put their faith in him. And how did he repay them? Nothing but failing them and lead them all to their end.

The slashes by the sword that tore their limbs apart.  The shoots of the sniper rifle that tore through their bodies and made them explode in red. The strikes of Lightning that resulted in burned corpses. He was to blame for all of it.

All this grief, rage and wrath turned into a spark, a last final spark, that formed into a gigantic flame, with his rebellious will fueling them. So he stood back up, soul heavy and hurting in every muscle of his body but he STOOD. His body was weakened by the attacks from Miller but it didn't stop him.

Miller: still you refuse to die? You got some guts but you're all alone. No friends, no family and no lovers because you failed them and have me killed them. Accept your death Y/n Kirigaya Narusaka.

Y/n: SHUT UP!!!

Miller: what?

Y/n: shut up!! You are nothing but a wannabe god!! You are still a human being!! No....you're no human you lost your humanity. Taking many of people's souls because your obsession with life!! You've taken what I loved from my heart then.....I'LL TAKE WHAT IS HOLD DEAR YOUR HEART GABRIEL MILLER!!!

Then his hair grew longer, his back summon wings, a horn grew on his head, a hole appears on his chest, markings forms on his body and his two weapons became a new large sword.

Y/n: I'm not gonna let you win!! I'M GONNA WIN THIS GAME!! GETSUGA....

Y/n: TENSHOU!!!

He swings the blade creating a wave of unknown energy and it hits Miller as he screams in pain.

Miller: NO!! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!! GHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Then he is now gone but Y/n drops to the ground.

Y/n: where am I?

????: Y/n?

????: is that really you?

????: can you remember us?

Y/n: Sachi?! Yuna!? Yuuki!?

Sachi: you beat SAO!!

Y/n: yeah but I've lost my friends....

Yuuki: actually you're getting a second chance!!

He looks up and saw the demon tree but I didn't have PoH's face.

Y/n: wait I thought Eugeo and I cut it down!?

Then Y/n figure it out.

Y/n:*mind* this is the 19th Day of the 3rd Month of the Human Empire Calendar so that means....I've traveled back in time!? But then what was with that form?

He looks around his environment and saw two large blades and two katanas on the ground.

Y/n: a oversized khyber knife? A demonic sword and two katanas? The large knife I felt has the same energy from before but now it felt weak but still strong. I should bring them with me.

He picked it, puts it on his back as the blade is wrapped in a cloth-wrapped tang while the three swords vanished. He walks up to a dirt road to see a familiar face.

Y/n:*whisper* it's you....

He shakes his head and told his name.

Y/n: hey nice to meet you I'm Y/n.

????: Nice to meet you Mr.Y/n!!

Y/n:*blush* N-nice to meet you too. Do you have a place that I can stay?

????: I suggest doing to Rulid Village, it's near from Gigas Cedar down to that dirt road.

Y/n: can you lead the way?

????: sure, but why is a large sword on your back?

Y/n: I just had it when I woke up, who knows.

????: but first I need to cut this tree down.

He picks up the Dragonbone Ax and swings it at the tree which it made a dent in a good amount but it wasn't enough.

????: sorry I forgot to introduce myself I'm Eugeo!!

Y/n: yeah do you got any bread?

Eugeo: yeah I can share it.

He gave some bread to Y/n.

Y/n: thanks Eugeo.

They began to eat and start to have a conversation about the bread.

Eugeo: This girl Alice, she used to bring lunches to me when we were kids before she was arrested.

Y/n:*mind* yeah because that Taboo Index has to fuck us because the Dark Territory and Alice helping a dying Fluctlight.

They finished their bread and they start to cut the tree down. Several hours later with the quota for the day fulfilled, the two boys stored Eugeo's axe at a nearby shed, before heading to the village. Then they meet Jink who teases Eugeo about the Sacred Task. Then Y/n asserted that he used to be a swordsman.

Y/n: I'll show you.

He takes out the oversized sword and swings it around with perfect timing.

Jink: impossible!!

Eugeo: well Y/n was a Vecta's lost child.

This Jink allow Y/n to enter the village, they've met the other villagers and arrived at the church where Eugeo summons sister Azalia and request for a place that Y/n could lodge. Then Seika arrived with a pillow and blanket which made Y/n happy to see her again.

(Nighttime)(Y/n's Inner World)

Y/n: what is this place? Wait is this Saitama? Then why is it flooded?! I can breath?
(Not the bald dude, the city)

He sees that the buildings are sideways. He got scared but he didn't fall.

????: this is your inner world.

Y/n: my inner world?

He looks up to see a hooded boy up on the air, then he reveals himself.

????: I'm Zangetsu Y/n. You know why your inner world is flooded?

Y/n: why?

Zangetsu: it's your own sadness and pain that cause this to flooded. You must be stronger but your doubts had made you weak!!

Y/n: I'm not gonna be weak....I'm going to protect my friends!!!

Zangetsu: then use that blade and protect them!!!

Then everything went to black.
