... design an OC for me?

I imagined them to be something along the lines of this:

But it doesn't look quite right.

I want them to have a scarf thingy and googles and those weird anteny things ;3;

I'm just not sure what else to make out of this...

Also, I would love for their eye colour to be something none of my OCs has yet :D (I'm also thinking of changing Mooney's eye colour to something else... any ideas?)

So if someone can make a cool design out of this, I will reward them properly. I can't do much more than art but... I'll try my best to pay in any means possible...?

It's an album filled with Ocarina music. As far as I know you can only get it online as of now (no physical copies) but it's TOTALLY worth it. I love it so much ^^
