"What do you need Blitz? That doesn't involve coming in to help. An errand. Vet visit. Greed Ring. Coffee run. Save your ass. Debt train. Drug run. Rats invading the office. A drunken staff. IRS. A wall broke down-"

"You didn't check the ID. Didn't you?"

"...Apologies Mil-Mil." Head down as he hears her giggling on the other side.

"It's fine Mox but maybe cut some slack for B."

"That's a debatable."

"What if he called one day for emergency or if were dying?"

"Are you?" Moxxie sitting at his desk organizing a few papers. Letters actually. Place one down gently after another.

"Moxxie."

"Okay, okay." Roll their eyes a bit at the implication. Eyes gone back to the paper. "You usually text me at work. Did something happen?"

"I mean yes and no." A low sigh out of her mouth. "Can you help me at IMP at the end of the month?"

"Huh?" Blink a bit not expecting that at all. "Is everyone taking off or something?"

"I don't know what is going on as the schedule seems haywire currently. I just know this. Last time, during this month a lot of work was happening. I really do want to work but if nobody is here. Well, that money down the drain."

"If its money I don't mind helping out." Open up their laptop. The screen turns on. A home screen of them, Millie, and Sallie as teenagers. They all look young, stupid but having fun.

"And I find that very sweet. But I rather not unless emergency. Just want to get it my way you know?"

"A bit." Click the calendar app. Eyes scan the month. "Wasn't this the time of the year of that Full Moon thing getting at everyone? The one Loona wasn't allowed to go? That gang wanted us to hit another gang but Blitz told them to buzz off. Then we had that mess with them here and lost so much money?"

"That's the one."

That wasn't fun. Okay the bloodshed was too fight. But lost a good amount of money. Then that whole mess when Blitz was still going to full moon with Stolas. It was problematic to say the least. The only reason I was able to not get a bad call out on IMP from that gang was a lot of head smashing to mess with their memories.

What? They do the head smashing.

"I can understand why the pups might not work. But why would Blitz miss?" Besides naming other incidents in the past the could name.

"Well, I think he might be doing something with Stolas that night? Day? I don't know. The two of them have been acting well, less horny but still weird. Well, Blitz still is. You know what I mean?"

"I'll try. You already tried talking to him?"

"Not giving me a lot of simple answers when I approach him. Either avoids it. Goes to do a distraction. Or loudly talks on the phone even though it is off. Maybe some anniversary thing?"

"Can still go to work for a half-day." They don't know what the heck is going on with the pair. Besides being waved off it fine. Or the disgusting flirty remarks he hears from the other talking about the other.

"I know. I'm still finding out the details. But if there are clients and if they do not come in. Can you just at least be there to use the crystal and such? Even for one client. Ill split the pay!"

"No, just keep the money." Lean back against the chair. "Blitz going to use this as opportunity to annoy me to come back again"

Can already feel a headache wanting to erupt.

"It won't be that bad and it's just a favor. He just missed you at work that all. We all do."

"The rats are missing him too. I think I'll invite those squirrels over too. A grand reunion."

"That's not funny."

"You're laughing on the inside."

"So, it that a, yes?"

"I guess I could lend a hand. At least it's not happening in two weeks."

"Oh? Busy?"

"Got company coming over to stay maybe half the week. Kinda a lost a bet and they are staying. So, going to be probably with him for the most of the time."

"Oh! Should bring them to IMP for a visit. A former work tour guide around the office."

"That's a bit dangerous especially with yall. Current way how you go to Earth." Can picture Blitz even charging.

One of the few things they at least relived about is Blitz not bragging about that small healing journal and crystal.

"Which only IMP members can use. Why do you think we don't allow Striker near the office." Mandatory passwords change too. Blitz idea crazily enough.

"Look at you picking up the details." Got a giggle on the other line.

"Gotta be and learn the hard way. So, Striker was fine with this?"

"A bit annoyed but he going to be out when it happens."

"Gotcha. Hmmm is it your mom? Oh! That'll be fun to watch her fight and help out! I bet Ivy wouldn't mind an Earth gift back from her."

"I think she would take that offer but that a no."

"I bet. Hmm no now I think about it that makes no sense. Plus, she usually stays with Ivy. Who is it?" Hear a low sigh. "Is it bad?"

"No, just I know they will say yes to come along."

"Is it Sally? Did my sis trick you to surprise me on a visit?"

"No."

"I'm stump. Who is coming by then?"

"The Troll."
