Chris and Jill both backed away as the large monster stomped it's way toward them, it seemed to sluggish from only waking up recently, but that did not mean that it wasn't capable of killing the both of them with those massive claws if they allowed it to get close!

They both pulled their guns and started shooting together, Chris shooting with his Handgun while Jill used the Shotgun she was carrying, feeling that a little more force would be needed to face this genetically engineered monster, the two members of S.T.A.R.S. fired at Tyrant repeatedly until, after many shots from their guns the creature finally collapsed, hitting the ground with a heavy thud.

"So much for the "Ultimate Lifeform"..." Jill said as she kept her Shotgun aimed at the downed creature with a frown on her face, wary of the Tyrant playing possum.

"Wesker... I can't believe he did this, and what about (Y/N)?" Chris wondered as he glanced to Wesker's corpse, before he then heard a groan from close by, he walked over and saw Rebecca seemed to be stirring from her spot on the floor.

"Rebecca!" the man exclaimed in surprise before he hurried over to her, Jill's eyes widened and she also rushed over to the downed girl, relieved that they hadn't lost another friend to Wesker's ambition.

"C-Chris, Jill?" Rebecca asked as she held her aching chest, coughing a few times as she was helped up into a sitting position by the two older S.T.A.R.S. Officers.

"Thank god, are you alright?" Jill asked the younger girl with concern and relief, as she checked the area on her chest where she'd been shot.

"A little sore, but... yeah, I think so?" Rebecca groaned out as she looked down at her chest, seeing the mark where Wesker's bullet had struck her, in said hole was the tail end of the bullet.

"It's a good thing you were wearing your bullet proof vest!" Chris said in relief as he patted her shoulder, the bullet had struck her body armour and luckily stopped, but Rebecca would likely still be bruised from the force of the shot.

"I... I can't believe that Captain Wesker was behind all of this... why would he do this to us?" Rebecca asked in disbelief as she looked down sadly, the betrayal raw for her.

"It was Umbrella, he was working for them all along, taking their money and listening to whatever they tell him to do" Jill said to her with anger in her voice, as she thought about all of the friends they had lost because of the man they trusted.

"Oh god... (Y/N)'s going to be so heartbroken, didn't she have a big crush on the Captain?" Rebecca asked the two sadly, the younger girl feeling worry about what her friend would think and feel when she found out about this.

Chris and Jill then looked at each other, they didn't know what to say... they didn't want to believe that (Y/N) was working with Wesker, but... they saw that video footage, likely from security cameras set up around the mansion, (Y/N) could somehow give the B.O.W's orders or at the very least, they seemed to not attack her.

After what they saw with those scaly monsters seeming to recognise her, and also her giving orders to that giant Snake, as well as her parent's connections to Umbrella they felt more than certain that she had some part in all of this, either way, they would have to try and find out more once they find her again, or when they escape this nightmare.

"Come on, we need to get moving and find a way to get Richard and Barry out of that cell" Chris said to Rebecca as he carefully helped the young woman back up to her feet, the three then began to search around, Chris walked over to Wesker's body and looked down at him.

"What a pitiful death..." he muttered to himself, before he saw something sticking out of Wesker's pocket, it looked to be a note of some kind, he took the paper out of Wesker's pocket and read then note over.

The discovery of the G-Virus was in fact 21 years after the administration of the progenitor virus.

The "Prototype Parasite" which we had delivered from a laboratory in France was administered to the sample specimen. The sample specimen took in the parasite without showing any signs of adverse reaction.

The lack of any reaction was an unsolved mystery. But now everything is clear to me now.

The "Prototype Parasite" was incubating in the sample specimen's body for 21 years. Then from that incubating state the prototype suddenly mutated. ("Evolved" may be a more appropriate word to describe it.)

This observation gave me more insight in my research. Through further modification and testing, I was able to derive a method to create the "G" that surpasses the performance of the "T".

This was the breakthrough that would change the future of the B.O.W.'s history.

I can't wait to see the look on Alexia's annoying face when I finally announce my research. But unfortunately I'll have to wait a few more years to completely verify my findings.

"They have something even worse than the Tyrant Virus? This is bad..." Chris said to himself with a serious frown on his face, this was not good, just what were they planning to do with something like this, and how much worse could it get after what they had seen here?

"I think I have found the switch to open the locks" Jill called out from a spot close by, she then pressed the button and they heard electronic whirring, they then set off out of the room to go and check in on Richard and Barry.

"Chris, Jill, we have a problem, there seems to still be a lot of that Tyrant Virus here, it'll be too dangerous to leave it like this, we need to blow this whole place up" Rebecca said to them both as she ran after them with a serious look on her face, this was not good news.

"How can we do that? We don't have a truck full of explosives to use" Jill asked her as she looked around, keeping her Shotgun ready in case anything attacked them.

"There's a self-destruct device here, I read about it a little while ago, I can get it ready and then destroy this whole place and the Virus with it" Rebecca explained to Jill and Chris, that would certainly deal with all of the Zombies and other monsters roaming this place, and prevent the Virus from spreading further.

"Alright then, I'll leave that to you, Rebecca, we'll meet you outside" Chris said to her, Rebecca then nodded and rushed off to find and activate the device, while Chris and Jill began to head back through the facility to the cell that Richard and Barry were trapped in to make sure they both got out.

They got part-way to the Cell, when they heard an alarm begin to blare out loudly.

"The self-destruct system has been activated. All personnel must evacuate immediately. Deactivating and releasing all locks" an automated voice announced over a speaker system along with the alarms, it seems Rebecca managed to find and activated the self destruct system.

"We need to get moving, now!" Chris said to his partner, Jill nodded back to him and the two hurried off together to the cell, however, as they were about to reach the door to the cell, they hurried down and opened the door for the two men.

"Chris! Jill! You did it!" Richard said in relief, seeming very glad to be free of this cell, his left arm was placed in a make-shift sling up against his chest, seemingly made from a sheet or a pillowcase, Barry was stood by him with a look of guilt on his face.

"Yeah, but we need to get out of here, now" Jill said to them both seriously, they had to get out of this place quickly, since they didn't know how long they had until the device detonated, and the place was obliterated.

The four S.T.A.R.S. members all started to hurry to find the entrance to the Lab, so they could reach the surface and plan a way to get out of this place, however, as they were running, their Radio's all crackled to life.

"This is Brad! I'm running out of fuel, this is your last chance guys! If any of you are alive, give me a sign! I repeat, this is your last chance, let me know you're alive down there!" Brad's voice came through their Radio's, though there was still quite a bit of interference, the group then double-timed it to the elevator back up.

"Three minutes to detonation" the automated voice announced over the PA system, at least now they all knew how long they had to get out of here and get Brad's attention for a pick up.

"Everyone, the self-destruct system is armed-!" Rebecca said as she sprinted to the four S.T.A.R.S. Members, almost slipping on the slightly damp ground, when a roar came from the hallway they just came from!

"Shit, it must be more of those things!" Chris cursed as the group of five pointed their guns down the hallway, seeing a pack of those Human-Fly Chimerae crawling out of the previously locked doors of the labs.

"We'll take care of them, Chris, Richard, you two find a way to get in contact with Brad, somehow" Jill said as she pumped her Shotgun, Rebecca held her Handgun and Barry checked his ammo for his Colt Anaconda Revolver.

"Okay" Chris said with a nod, before he and Richard got into the elevator together, the sound of gunshots and inhuman shrieks of pain came before the elevator rose up the shaft toward the surface.

"Alright, we'll be out of here soon, Richard" Chris said to his friend, his eyes glancing down to his slinged left arm with a sad frown, from how bad the injury looked... Richard may have to go into early retirement.

"Chris... what about (Y/N), we need to make sure she get's out too!" Richard said to him as he was holding his Handgun in his right hand, still looking to be in pain from his injury, as Chris looked at him, he thought more about if that giant Snake attacked Richard on (Y/N)'s orders on Wesker's behalf.

"We'll do what we can, hopefully she'll be at the Helipad" Chris said to him, he'd quickly dismissed the idea but, a small voice in the back of his head kept suggesting that the younger woman was a traitor too...

The elevator quickly reached the surface, Chris and Richard stepped out into the open space of a Helipad, the perfect place for Brad to land the chopper once they get his attention!

"Chris, over there, look!" Richard said as he motioned to a metal case close by, Chris went over and opened the case, seeing that it contained signal rockets, the perfect way to get let Brad know where they were, he hurriedly moved the case to the middle of the Helipad and set off a rocket, which shot up into the sky.

Then, the elevator came back up again, and to both men's relief, they saw Jill, Rebecca and Barry rush out of the elevator car, everyone was here except for one person.

"Wait, where's (Y/N)? We have to tell her to get here!" Rebecca said as she took out her Radio to try and contact her teammate, however... before she could speak a section of the concrete slab they were on exploded outward, leaving a large hole down to the labs below, then suddenly, the Tyrant leapt up to the surface with a roar!

It's skin tone had changed from pale white to a reddish hue, and it seemed far more aggressive this time, the five officers shot at the monster, but it swung it's large left arm, the clawed hand striking Rebecca, Richard and Barry with enough force to throw them back into the wall and knock them all unconscious!

Chris and Jill both quickly started shooting at the monster, wanting to keep it from finishing off the others, they have to kill this thing somehow!

WITH (Y/N), A LITTLE BIT EARLIER

Currently, (Y/N) had just gotten back into the Mansion, when she ran into problems, there were Crimson Heads lurking around the Halls and also some twisted Human-Fly mutants as well now!

"Oh these things are fucking disgusting! What kind of sick freak made these things?!" the girl exclaimed in disgust and annoyance, holding her nose as the one she recently shot dead seemed to dissolve into a foul smelling sludge on the ground.

"Well... it can't possibly get any worse-" she began when...

"The self-destruct system has been activated. All personnel must evacuate immediately. Deactivating and releasing all locks" an automated voice announced from... somewhere.

"For fuck sake! A self destruct device?! What the hell triggered it?" (Y/N) said with worry, this was not good, if this thing was anything like what destroyed the Umbrella Training Facility and that Leech's nest, it would be a very big explosion!

"Hello? Is anyone there? This is (Y/N), do you guys hear this? We have to get out now!" she said into her radio, all she got in response was the crackling of static, she had to hope that the others heard that announcement too and would find a way out of this place!

"Alright, I'm sure if they were going to try and get out, they'd all meet in the main Hall and try to get out that way, wait, Lisa! I can't just leave her here!" (Y/N) said to herself, before she checked her ammo, she still had some Handgun ammo left, but it might be time for her to use the Magnum soon enough, she then started to go back to the Cabin.

(Y/N) hurried back and reached part-way down the Muddy path when she saw said girl shambling toward her, her chains dragging through the mud and dirt, some of the mud was caked onto her feet and legs, she was holding her mother's skull in her arms as well.

"Lisa, thank goodness you're here, come on, we have to go now! This entire Mansion is about to go up in flames" (Y/N) said to her with worry, Lisa let out a wheeze as she followed after the (H/C) haired female back into the Mansion's main building.

(Y/N) stuck close to Lisa, encouraging her to follow and keep pace as they made their way to the Mansion's Main Hall.

The young S.T.A.R.S. Member pulled out her Silver Serpent, now was not the time to hold back, they had to hurry to escape.

They hurried through the Winding Corridor together when a door ahead was broken open, and a trio of Crimson Heads emerged, snarling in rabid hunger as they turned to the two and sprinted toward them!

(Y/N) quickly pulled up her Magnum Revolver and fired at the closest creature, the recoil blowing her arms back and making her take a step back from the force as the shot pulverised the attacking creature's skull in spray of blood, bone and brain matter!

She was amazed at the power of the shot from the Magnum and quickly went to aim for the next monster, but, they were already too close and one raised up it's clawed hand and went to slash at her, only for Lisa to growl and jump between (Y/N) and the second Crimson Head and struck it with her hand, knocking the mutated Zombie back into the third one behind it.

This caused them both to fall, they landing on top of each other.

"Thanks Lisa!" (Y/N) said gratefully, before she stepped forward and aimed the Revolver down at the two creatures, she fired once, blowing the head off of the second one in a spray of blood, pinning the third one under it's body, the final creature threw the corpse of it's fellow off of itself, only to have it's skull obliterated too.

(Y/N) then loaded three more rounds into the three empty chambers, before she and Lisa hurried through the Corridors and halls together, having to deal with more Zombies and Chimeras on their way to the Main Hall.

(Y/N) then kicked open the door to the Main Hall in the Art Room, and they walked into the room, but... they didn't see anyone here, none of the other S.T.A.R.S. members had come here yet.

"This is Brad! I'm running out of fuel, this is your last chance guys! If any of you are alive, give me a sign! I repeat, this is your last chance, let me know you're alive down there!" she heard a voice say from her Radio.

"Brad? The Chopper, Lisa, come on, let's see if we can get in contact with him, then we can get out of here" (Y/N) said to the heavily mutated woman, who wheezed and nodded her head at her, the two were about to try and find out where the others were when...

"Well... fancy seeing you here, (Y/N)" a voice called out, she looked over and saw Captain Wesker emerge from the side of the main Hall's Grand Staircase, the man having escaped the underground laboratory to each this point.

"Captain Wesker?! What happened to you sir, y-you're covered in blood! And... what happened to your eyes?" (Y/N) said in surprise, her voice at first worried from all the blood that was on his uniform, until she noticed his eyes, they were no longer Green but had changed to yellow with a red ring around them, and his pupils had narrowed into Cat-like slits!

"That's not too important now, dear, come along, we should leave this place before it is destroyed" Wesker said to her with an arrogant smile plastered across his face as he walked closer to the young woman.

"Wait, Captain, what about the others? We need to-!" (Y/N) protested, wanting to make sure that they could get anyone else alive out of this deathtrap before it went up, when suddenly, Lisa grabbed (Y/N) by the arm and pulled her back behind her with a feral growl directed at the man in front of them.

"You? I thought we'd disposed of you?" Wesker said in surprise as he saw the familiar form of Lisa Trevor, said woman growled angrily at Wesker, recognising him as one of the many, many people that had filled her life with pain and torment for these past decades.

"I see now... so you also fell under dear (Y/N)'s charms, did you? Hahaha this only proves that I made the right choice" Wesker said with an arrogant smirk on his face, his eyes going right to (Y/N) and seeing that he wouldn't leave this place empty handed after all.

"What-What are you talking about, Captain?" (Y/N) asked him, sounding concerned now, what was he talking about? He was acting very strange, rather... suspect.

Wesker then took a step forward and Lisa screamed as tentacles burst forth from her body, lashing in the air like whips as she glared at Wesker through the gap in the skinned Human faces she wore over her own face like a mask.

"Why Miss Trevor, I'm afraid I cannot allow you to get in my way, I already lost the data thanks to that fool, Sergei, but I won't lose such a useful specimen for my future plans" Wesker said to the mutated woman with a disinterested sneer directed at the angry girl, who carefully set down her Mother's skull and turned to face Wesker.

"Three minutes to detonation" the automated voice announced over the speaker system, the voice echoing through the facility.

"Three minutes? Just enough time to play a little before we take our leave I suppose" Wesker said with a smirk as he pulled out a Shotgun and pumped it, making Lisa growl aggressively at him.

"Captain, no, what are you doing?!" (Y/N) said as she got between the two, pointing her magnum at Wesker.

"Apologies dear, but I'm afraid I cannot risk you getting hurt or damaged too much, so for now... I believe it's time you take a nap" Wesker said before suddenly, he seemed to teleport or run at the young woman at an inhuman speed, the startled girl barely had time to see him before the man thrust his arm out and punched the girl right in the abdomen.

The blow drove the air out of her lungs from the force and she was launched back, her back and the back of her head striking the wall hard, before her body fell and hit the ground with a heavy thud.

(C-Captain Wesker... what just happened? W-Why did you...?) (Y/N) thought to herself, her thoughts racing with confusion before darkness claimed her, slipping into unconsciousness from the blow.

"Hmhmhmhm, now then... time to deal with you" Wesker said as he turned back to Lisa, and quickly dodged a claw to his face from the feral girl, who snarled in outrage at the fact he had just hurt her friend!
