It was a dark, rainy night, when Alice had haunting memories all about the Hive,  the Umbrella Cooperation and the mission, where she and Matt saw all of their team mates die right in front of them, making Alice and Matt the only survivors to go and retrieve the T-virus and the antidot.  Alice was forced to believe that she was married to Spence, the one who set off the T-virus in a local work place, where Matt's sister, Lisa worked and turned her and a lot of other innocent people into man-eating zombies.   Alice felt bad for Matt, for he and Lisa were very close, but when she tried to attack Matt, Alice had to kill her, for Lisa was a zombie now, not the loving sister that Matt once knew.   After  everything Alice and Matt went through, they decided that they wanted to get married and not to have a forced/arranged marriage.   Also they wanted to have a family as well, since they wanted to have a family of their own... Someday. 

One dark rainy night,  Alice was having another nightmare about everything that happened in the past.  "Alice! Alice! Wake up!" Matt said as Alice woke up, gasping from the nightmare she was having.  "How bad was it?" He asked as he got Alice's nightmare medicine and a glass of cold water.  "Bad.  It was about the mission we were on." She said as Matt gave her the medicine and the glass of water.   "Well it's in the past and I know that we lost our friends, except Spence. But they're in a better place. Plus we should be worried about getting married." Matt said as he got into the bed. "Oh no. I'm already a bag of nerves the way it is." Alice said as Matt chuckled. "Are you laughing at your future wife?" She said while chuckling and threw a pillow at him. "Oh. I declare... PILLOW WAR!" Matt said as he and Alice had pillow fight. Before they fell asleep, Matt gave Alice a beautiful dreamcatcher.  "What's this?" She asked.  "It's a dreamcatcher." He said with a smirk. "I know what it is. What I mean is why are you giving me this?" She asked him.  "This dreamcatcher was mine from when I was a kid.  And I always wanted to give it to someone who means the world to me and that someone is you, Alice." He said as he kissed her.  "Oh Matt. I love it." She said as she hung it up above the middle of the bed, so Matt was protect too. "Maybe one day you can give it to our little girl or boy." Alice said as she cuddled up into Matt's chest and went to sleep.  "Yeah. Wait a minute!" Matt said but Alice was already asleep.  "Kids?  I think we'd be the best parents ever." He said as drifted off to sleep as well.
