With it they go to their Transport craft where they will be Transport back to a Spicific Safe Location where they will not be able to Detect their Thunderhawk after all it is Equip with Stealth so none of their Tech could Detect them

as they Entered through the Thunderhawk they Waved a Goodbye at them

And for that the Ultramar's Honor Entered through the Portal and Returned Back to their Galaxy
