Though these guys won't make much of an appearance in the story and I did mention them on the Soul Types Concept, here they are. A bit of the design inspiration was taken from Ralsei, who is cannon in this AU as a lost prince now living in the Lightner World after he lost his parents to an Ultra Beast attack (hinting at a spinoff book maybe?) .
