Just a concept for the axolotl phantom thief/gambler pokemon. Originally this boi was going to have a hat made of leaves/petals but that was removed (may make a return for the Mega). Also has a large mask-like crest and petal tailcoat.

And maybe I should've drawn a Honchkrow behind it.....

Update: I've decided to do a concept for Gamblar's female counterpart. Here's the Grass/Water Alouette. When I do the megas I'm thinking of giving Alouette a mask as well. I was going to make it all pink but instead decided to go with a yellow/tan (also the purportions are a bit off, sorry)
