I open my eyes and get up to make  breakfast I walk down the stairs and finish then my phone rings."Hello ink what's up?""Hey dream we're having a meeting to see what cross can tell us can you bring him?""I can try to see if he's comfortable.""Thanks dream""No problem." I hang up my phone and cross walks in."morning cross.""Morning dream" we sit down and finish breakfast."Hey cross ink wants to have a meeting to see what you know about the skeleton are yo okay with that?""Y-y-yes."I grab his hand and teleport to the meeting room. He ruffles my head affectionately I give him a hug and kiss him on the cheak just then dream and ink show up and they looked at me in shock."Hey cross let's go and talk okay.""Okay By error." me and dream walked holding hands we walked to this table with everyone sitting around it ink goes to sit in front of the table  dream sits down and pulls me into his lap."Cross dear can you tell me what the goopy skeleton did to you.""Yes D-dream I-I don't r-remember a lot but I-I do remember that h-he would hit me a-and burn me a-and break my bones and c-call m-m-m-m-me names l-like u-useless and I-it was awful.""He abused you!?""Yes.""Okay now that that has been confirmed lets talk about what to do about Nightmare" just then a portal opened and four skeletons walked out.

He disappeared next thing I know there's a sharp pain in my skull I  see dream calling out to me before everything fades to black.

Dream pov

Me and the others were fighting killer, dust and red and then I notice horror was missing I whirled around after I heard cross scream and saw horror standing over cross who had another crack in his head about to kill him and I scream out to him right before he fell over out cold. I pull out my bow and arrow and shoot horror I teleported to cross and stood over him as horror stumbled back I pulled another and held it to his head as he glared at me."Back away horror you will not hurt cross.""Fine you can have that worthless piece of trash for now but we will be back to kill him next time though we'll bring your precious brother goodbye for now." He and the other teleport away I pick up cross bridal style and teleport to the hospital I rush in to find haven"Haven help cross is hurt he got hit in the head and he's bleeding badley.""Oh god dream give him here." I hand cross to haven as he rushes inside the emergency room  and shuts the door as I wait outside.-------------Time Skip------------.It's been a few hours and the door finally opens."Haven how's cross?""He's fine we were able to stop the bleeding but he's in a  coma he was hit in the head to hard there's no telling when he'll wake up.""May I go and see him?""Of course dream." haven smiles at me and I walk into his room to see cross hooked up to a lot of machines and whires I sit next to him and hold his hand."Please wake up soon cross." I lay my head down and hope that cross wakes up soon as I drift to sleep Tomorrow's another day.
