Kong starts to nibble at his sandwich while swinging his legs to and fro. Arthit decided to clear the misunderstanding between them before questioning the latter. "You have mistaken me, I told Anu to not go to you because I thought you might get treating your scars or taking rest, that's why I decided to accompany her until the dinner" Arthit reasoned out.

Kong turned to Arthit whose eyes fixed straight while digging his sandwich.

"I don't have any bad intention towards you or your kind of people," Arthit told him in case Kong didn't understand him.

"Then why did you stare at me earlier?" Kong asked him, 'if he doesn't have any problem with me being gay then why the hell he glared at me with that piercing glare?' Kong questioned inside his mind.

"I didn't glared at you, I observed you both because Anu used sign language with me earlier so I got surprised and starred you guys without blinking to confirm my eyes" Arthit explained to him.

Kong gulped his lump and quickly distracted Arthit from Anu's topic. "What about when you order me to not touch that lady?" Kong asked.

"Because I don't like you helping her, she doesn't deserve anyone's help, she is the destroyer of my brother's career" Arthit explained to him once again.

Kong felt happy but he knows he has no time to enjoy it. He has to distract Arthit again from questioning him about Anu.

"About An-.." Arthit words stopped in the middle by Kong who introduced himself

"I am kongpop suthilack" Kong extended his hand slowly, Arthit lips curved a little before he accept Kong's hands for a shake "I am Arthit"

Kong likes the way their two palms fit each other, he slowly pulled away even though if he wants to caress Arthit warm palm forever.

But he knows he has to distract Arthit and should not make him uneasy so he hide his disappointment at the loss "About An--.." Arthit was once again cut by him.

"I said I am kongpop suthilack, the suthilack, you don't know about suthilack industries?" Kong asked stressing his last name.

"I know about them, are you claiming you are the owner of suthilack industries?" Arthit asked with raised eyebrows.

"Yes, I am David suthilack's one and only son, I am the heir--... No! I have a sister too, Me and my sister are the heirs to the suthilack group" Kong said with a delighted smile.

Arthit doesn't know why is Kong ranting about his status? Cause the latter doesn't seem like someone who looks at people's status. Arthit nodded his head and starts to have his sandwich.

After a silence Kong talked before Arthit questioned him again"Currently I am the one who is leading the company, my father trained me and my sister for 2 years" Kong informed Arthit hoping his distraction work.

"We planned this trip for my birthday, Actually we lost in the game with my sister so she asked us to wear a girls dress for our trip."

"That's why I was in ladies' attire--'.." Kong talked non stopping. Arthit observed him who is talking out of the topic, he noticed the sweats forming on Kong's forehead, his fingers fidgeting with the sandwich, his legs tapping at the counter indicating the latter is both worried and frightened.

Arthit chuckled loudly, this is the first time he felt amused, after losing his girlfriend Arthit ran away from his home, he studied while working part-time, he blamed himself for his girlfriend and his unborn child death, he decided to choose a field which helps others, that's when his senior proposed him of starting a private detective sector and he joined him willingly.

Kong goes on with his rants even after Arthit chuckle resounded in the kitchen. Arthit placed his palm on Kong's thighs, he squeezed it slowly for Kong to froze at his place, his face went pale, his eyes trailed down to his thighs where Arthit hand is placed.

He gazed Arthit hand without blinking, his whole body felt hot with the thought of the palm caressing his naked thighs, he blushed and lift his head to glance at Arthit who smirked at him with a knowing look.

"I can't believe for a handsome man like you, can also pull this much cuteness, but let me warn you Kongpop, I am not a naive kitten for you to tame with your innocent tricks!" Arthit voice was soft but the power it holds is too much for Kong to handle.

Kong removed Arthit palm from his thigh and uttered softly "I don't pull any cute act!" Kong turned his head to another side before taking his sandwich mouth full. Arthit chuckled loudly once again making kong scowled at him.

"Kongpop, About An--" Before Arthit finished his words Kong shows his palm in front of Arthit face to stop the latter, usually Arthit will never hesitate to break the hand which stops him but this time he doesn't have that kind of feelings, he doesn't even feel any irritation when Kong stopped him in the middle of his speech every time.

Kong accepted his defeat and lied to Arthit to escape from the reality "I don't know anything about Anu, First time I met her in the airport, I helped her to find her Na-- bag, Next time I saw her in the room where we kept after abducted by Jonath" Kong kept his blank face and waited for Arthit response.

Without jumping out of the counter Arthit moves his butts close to Kong who moves away to his next space, this continued until Kong's back hits the wall, Arthit with his crossed legs leaned forward with his one hand on the counter and another hand on the wall.

Suddenly Kong finds himself difficult to gulp his piece of sandwich, his eyes roamed all over Arthit face observing the precise feature, finally, his eyes ended on the alluring hazel eyes.

"W-what?" Kong asked him, his voice barely audible.

"Did anyone ever told you that your eyes speak better than your mouth?" Arthit asked him with an amusing smile.

Kong creased his forehead after snapping out of his attraction, "Your eyes, it tells you are lying Kongpop!" Arthit said with a smirk for Kong's eyes to get widen in shock.

He pushed Arthit away and slightly raised his voice "To say this, you don't need to come close to me!" Kong retorted at him, damn with this hot man tease! Even Arthit didn't know why he went close to Kong though.

"I am telling the truth, it's up to you to trust my words or not," Kong remarked finishing his last bite of sandwich. "So, Please don't question Anu abo-.." Kong was cut by Arthit

"Kongpop, it's not only about Anu, it's also about You! About why Jonath wants you?" Arthit clarified at him.

"Me? what is about me? Who is jonath? I don't understand anything you say" Kong said and about to jump from the counter, but Arthit stopped him by pressing his hands on Kong's thighs.

"I am the person who never likes to poke in other's business, still, I did for you, one of the cops who knew you are a boy in girl costume saw you entering to Jonath room through Cctv"

"I tried to stop her from announcing this to her team but she works for the government so she didn't listen to me and narrated to Prem, gladly I stopped Prem before he reported it to his head! Kongpop, if the police department gets a glimpse of it then it's an end of your peaceful life!"

"I know it's not fair for going behind your back for information that's why I am asking you directly so tell me Kongpop who is Jonath to you?" Arthit explained everything without any hindrance.

"No one! He is no one to me" Kong whispered.

His heart want to tell the truth but he doesn't want to because he knows it will cause chaos, especially within his family and he is not ready to confront his past and his sexuality in front of his family, he is not ready to lose Beam and his mother in case they decided to cut their ties after knowing about Kongpop's preference.

Moreover, he is a spotlight person so the news will soon spread like a fire, he is not ready to face people's pity and disgust.

"Then, are you a person who allows 'no one' to kiss you like that?" Arthit disputed without thinking but regretted in the next moment.

Kong snaps his head and stared straight at Arthit eyes "Yes, I am a person who allows anyone to kiss me" Kong said in his cold tone. Arthit knows Kong's words is directing at him. First-time, Arthit felt ashamed by his behavior.

"Why are you assuming that I have a relationship with Joanth just by the kiss, Did I kiss him? You have missed me too!" Kong questioned him not leaving the hazel eyes which is helpless and pleading at him.

"I am sorry Kongpop, I didn't mean it to soun'-.." Arthit starts to apologize to him but before that Kong jumped off the counter with a clenched fist.

With a one long glare Kong strides towards the entrance, but before he leaves out of the door Arthit spoke "So I should not worry about the threat, because you don't relate to Jonath?"

Kong turned to him with a questionable look. "Earlier someone delivered a package at the entrance, it has a Red dragon seal, it says if we don't hand over his lover and his daughter to him before the sunrise he will kill everyone inside the building," Arthit told him what Prem conveyed him earlier.

Kong's face went like a crushed tissue, his world Start to crumble, everything around him turns dark, all he heard is Jonath's words, what will he do now? He is ready to fight but not putting others in danger, it's his fight and he wants to do it alone!

But will he able to fight alone? It's not like he is fighting with one single normal human being! He gonna face a most intense and ruthless monster, can he succeed without having any idea of who is Jonath and how massive and cruel he became?

He snapped out of his thoughts when Arthit patted his shoulders "It's ok, I trust you, go to your room and sleep Kongpop" Arthit said and passed Kong who tugged the latter shirt quickly. Arthit trailed his eyes on his forearm where Kong's hand is clenching his shirt tightly.

"I...I... lied" Kong mumbled softly, eyes on his feet. "I know," Arthit said and waited for Kong to continue. Kong stood there tighten his hold on Arthit shirt passing every moment in fear, his eyes still on his feet, contemplating how to tell Arthit which he wants to keep it confidential.

He flinched and jumps back when Arthit palm pressed on his abs. "Why didn't you get first aid on your scars?" Arthit asked after his eyes grab the red stain on Kong's light blue shirt. He grabbed Kong's wrist and dragged the latter back to the kitchen counter.

Leaving Kong near the counter Arthit rushed out of the kitchen for a minute, he came back with a medical supplies, he locked the kitchen door after nodding at Prem who was watching him from the living room.

Prem knows Arthit needs some alone time with Kong to find out the truth. He also knows he should report this threat to his chief but he choose to hide it because this is the first time the Almighty Arthit who never seeks help requests him so he will surely assist him.

"Remove your shirt" Arthit ordered him while arranging the medical supplies on the counter. Kong unbuttoned his shirt hesitantly, he didn't discloses about his injuries to the medical unit because he doesn't want to worry Beam and May.

It's just his chest but Kong felt fully naked in front of Arthit eyes which is roaming around his chest so he covered his chest with his shirt.

Arthit gestured Kong to sit on the counter ignoring the gesture.

Arthit pulled Kong's hands away from the latter shirt and checked the scars, he starts to clean it first, Kong flinched back when a coldness spread on his skin. His nose stuffed with Arthit smell, kong decides to open up little "He is ....my senior" he whispered for Arthit hazel eyes to glance at him in confusion.

Kong gulped by the proximity, he averted his eyes and whispered again "Jonath, he is my senior, I don't know anything about him, the last time I saw him was when I was in high school, he said.... he is loving me, he asked me to marry him"

"Anu is his brother's daughter, he told me his brother is no more, Anu told me her mother make her run away from Jonath with her Nanny" Kong finished and shrieked back when Arthit placed a bandage on his scar with a press.

Arthit lifted his head and asked, "why now? If he loves you from high school why now? Why did Anu use sign language?"

"He told me that he didn't come fast to me because he has to prove to his father something or I don't remember exactly what it is? About Anu using sign language, I think she is just scared of someone identifying her" Kong answered him.

Arthit went into his thoughts, he has many doubts and wants to question Kong but he knows he already pushed the latter too much so he kept his silence and started to button up the shirt.

Kong blushed when Arthit fingers brushed on his skin, he wonders why his always decent mind thinking dirty things every time Arthit touches him, even his calm heart is beating out of the rhythm every time Arthit eyes were on him.

Arthit stopped buttoning after realizing something is off with the third button, he bends down to get a closer view of it, Kong breathes hitched when Arthit hot breathe fans his chest, Arthit quickly leans back and walks to the entrance and motioned Prem to come to him.

After instructing something to Prem, Arthit walks back "Kongpop, whose shirt is this?" Arthit questioned him after standing in front of Kong who answers him with furrows "Don't know, Jonath gave it to me". Arthit cursed under his breath while Prem came with another cop.

The new cop checked the shirt button and nods at Arthit as confirmation. He can't figure out what is happening around him, he waited patiently for Arthit to explain to him, but Arthit is taking his time to end his discussion with Prem.

Arthit turned to Kong after finishing his talk with Prem, he explained his plan to Kong who shook his head vigorously.

"No! I will never allow you to take my place! What if Jonath found it was you, he will kill you" Kong raised his voice a little in fear.

Arthit assured him with a certain smile "Don't worry Kongpop, I have already escaped from him once and I will escape from him this time too even if I get caught, and I will try my best to not reveal my identity"

Kong is scared to accept Arthit plan, he can't believe Jonath fixed a tracker on his shirt how much evil his senior became? He is scared to find out about it! When Kong was getting convinced by Arthit, another cop entered and handover a letter to Prem.

After reading it, Prem hands it over to Arthit who reads it with Kong. The letter is from Jonath who demands Kong's presence at the end of the street in an hour if not he said he will release a video which Kong knows very well what it is about!

Kong went pale, he steps backs clenching his end of the shirt firmly, his eyes got tear up, he ends up sobbing after slamming his back on the wall. Arthit rushed to him and asked what video is Jonath talking about?

How can Kong say when he badly want to forget about it, he is not ready to face his parents, what about the society? if the video got released he will be on the spotlight, how will they see him in his business, is this how he wants to announce his preference? No! Never!

He quickly wiped his tears and told Arthit that he will go to the place where Jonath demands. Arthit got furious and shouted at Kong for being secretive and coward. Kong bite his lower lips and snapped back at Arthit for insulting him. Both start to shout at each other.

"Is that video that important that you put your life in danger for it!" Arthit yelled once again. "I don't want to answer your questions Arthit, just release me to go," Kong said and walks to Prem.

But Arthit had his enough he yanked Kong wrist and pulled the latter back, he pushed Kong to the counter and trapped him in between his arms.

"You are going nowhere until I say so and I will never allow you without knowing the whole story!" Arthit said in his cold tone which sends a shiver on Kong's body.

Kong doesn't know who he should be scared of, Jonath or Arthit who is strangely invading his personal space without his willingness.

Except for his mom, no one knows about the video or worse about his love for Max. He pleaded at Arthit through his eyes hoping Arthit will understand his pain but No!

That latter is still stubborn with his decision. Kong's eyes glanced at Prem before it fixed on Arthit, with a deep breath he states clearly "That video contains an intimate act between me and my ex- boyfriend!"

The room went pin-drop silence, Arthit with others stunned in their place while trying to grasp the meaning of the words.

Kong didn't allow his tears to come out of his eyes "is it enough for you to allow me to go, or do I need to elaborate, what exactly we did?" Kong asked retaining his cold face with welled-up eyes.

Arthit didn't answer him because he doesn't know what to say? If someone comes up to him with this problem he will never hesitate to take risks! But this time his heart is not allowing him, which he finds wary?

Before he discovers the reason for his hurt, Kong walks past him but he quickly grabbed the latter wrist and glared at him warningly.

"Prem, call Knott and P'Forth, I need a hacker if your team doesn't have one, ask if anyone from rescued people knows how to hack a tracker!" Arthit ordered Prem who nods at him without a choice.

Prem already took the risk of going behind his chief so he has to follow Arthit instructions to the end if he wants to succeed.

"Why the hell you are not allowing me to see him? What is happening inside?" May yelled at Knott who is stopping her and Beam from meeting Kong. Beam too glared at Knott who answered her nonchalantly "Calm down May, cops are just interrogating him"

"Interrogating? And why did he is getting  interrogated for more than an hour!" May yelled at him in rage. Gladly Kong came out of the kitchen with cops tailing him.

May and Beam released a relaxed sigh. "May, i..i.. am going out for a while so--.." Kong was cut by Beam.

"What you mean by going out Kong? Do you think we are still on vacation? Furthermore, where are you going on this stormed night?" Beam asked sternly.

"P'Beam I can't answer your questions, for now, all I can assure is nothing will happen to me, I want you to trust me on this and wait for me" Kong pleaded at Beam.

The trio started to argue while the cops step back leaving them privacy. Finally, kong convinced them with some begs and promises. Kong hugged both of them and walks next to Anu who is standing with the cops, he kissed her forehead and asked her to stay with May.

"Are you going to meet uncle Jonath?" Anu asked with fearful eyes. Kong shook his head and stroked her hair.

"You are lying!" Anu states after placing her little palm on kong's cheeks. Kong chuckled and wonder just how oblivious he is in lying that even Anu can read him like water.

He once again shook his head and kissed her forehead. He stood from his kneeling position and walks outside not glancing at his troubled family members.

Ignoring the high breeze two figures walked in the dark with uncertainty, soon they reached near a house where Jonath summoned Kong's presence.

He turned to Arthit and starred at the milky handsome face, grasping the stare on him Arthit questioned him "what? Scared?"

Kong shook his head and replied "Arthit, I am begging you again, please leave, I don't want you to get hurt for me, what if Jonath got angry and hurt everyone or worse kill you for being with me" Kong felt awful to even think about it.

Arthit also shook his head and assured him "Kongpop, even if I don't come with you now, Jonath will sure come for me soon so stop your worries and execute like we planned ok?" Kong nodded his head while hiding his fear deep inside his heart.

Suddenly a warmth starts to spread through his body which steadies his fast-beating heart instantly, Kong trailed his eyes to his palm which is intertwined with another soft palm, he doesn't know who Arthit is? Or Does he even like a man? Or has someone? But at this moment, he is happy that he found a person who makes his heart flutter and he will save it for now, and forget everything when the time comes.
