Tanjiro:

Losing his loved ones to Muzan, especially you. He would never forgive himself if he let the demon get to you.

Nezuko:

You dying because of her. It's taken a lot of self-control to get to where she is now, and she would rather die than ever turn on you.

Zenitsu:

Losing you to someone else. Zenitsu is perfectly aware that he isn't the best boyfriend material, but it would utterly kill him inside if you realized you were out of his league and went off with some other man.

Inosuke:

Inosuke doesn't really fear a lot of things, but as your relationship progresses, he starts to fear you dying in battle for him. He's lost too many comrades to the demons, and it would break him if you sacrificed yourself so that he could live.

Giyuu:

Letting you down. Hands down. He's always had a crippling fear of not being good enough to keep his loved ones alive and happy, and that only grows with you. He's always scared that he'll wake up one day and either find you gone or dead because of him.

Kyojuro:

Mostly, you getting the same disease his mother contracted and dying like her. You've grown strong enough in battle that he doesn't have to worry as much about you falling, but it's always a nagging fear in the back of his mind whenever you get sick that it'll turn into the illness that took his mother, and he'll be helpless to do anything but watch you die.

Muichiro:

Losing you to a demon attack. When he got his memories back, the fear of you dying to one of them became more pronounced. He would do anything to protect you, but it would break him inside if he was helpless to save you from an attack.

Shinobu:

Losing you to Douma, hands down. After losing her sister to the Upper Moon, she wouldn't be able to bear the thought of losing you too. It makes her work all the harder to be able to kill him herself.

Gyomei:

Losing you to a demon attack. Ever since you became a slayer, his fears of you going too deep and dying, especially if you were betrayed, grew worse. Granted, now he recognizes your sheer skill, but that fear still tugs at the back of his mind whenever he has to part from you.

Sanemi:

You dying to the demons. For a while, the crop-up of this fear made him avoid you like Genya, hoping that it would deter you from his side, but when you stubbornly stuck around, he took it upon himself to viciously protect you with his life. He would rather die than see you die.

Akaza:

Either losing himself and hurting you, or you being hurt because of him. Every so often, he gets a memory from his human life of severe sorrow, and while he can't figure out why, he realizes that it crops up whenever you get targeted because of your association with him. It breaks his heart when he first realizes that he couldn't bear the thought of you getting hurt because of him.

Douma:

Douma doesn't fear a lot of things, but the one thing he does worry about more than usual is you leaving him. He doesn't worry about you dying, of course; you're strong enough that you could reasonably fight him off if he overstepped his boundaries with you. But the thought you walking out of his life bothers him in ways he can't describe.

Kokushibo:

He hardly fears anything, but if he had to pick one, it would be losing you to another demon. From the beginning of your strange relationship, he was determined to be the one to kill you, and even now, he doesn't want any others to get ahold of you. He's well aware of what Muzan could do to you if you somehow angered him, and he absolutely wants nothing of that sort to happen to you.

Muzan:

He fears losing you. For the first time in centuries, he's found someone he cares about, and you dying would crush whatever remaining goodwill he had.

Yoriichi:

He fears losing you to demons. Whether it be during battle, or to Muzan, or even an attack in the night, he can't bear the thought of you dying like Uta had. It keeps him up at night more often than you'd think, and he can't calm down until he sees for himself that you're safe.
