If You Were Married
A/N: All characters are 18 or over. Obviously.
--
Tanjiro:
Tanjiro goes above and beyond, helping you plan everything, including inviting all of your friends. He's so excited to finally marry you, it carries over to the actual wedding day.
He cries when you both recite your vows, imagining his family watching over you both proudly. Nezuko cries too, happy to see her older brother happy. (Later on, the two of you have a smaller, more private wedding at night so Nezuko can take part too. She's so happy for the both of you that she cries.)
Nezuko:
Nezuko is uncharacteristically serious when it comes to wedding planning. She wants everything to be perfect for the both of you. Others are incredibly skeptical, mostly because of her status, but nobody says anything (aside from Sanemi, but he's pretty outnumbered at that). Tanjiro, especially, is a great help, always happy to see his sister happy. Zenitsu helps too, being the one with, arguably, the most knowledge about weddings.
The night arrives, surrounded by your friends and family, and Nezuko thinks you're the most beautiful girl in the world in your wedding kimono. When the times comes to recite vows, she surprises you by taking off her gag and speaking. She's a little shaky, but she recites her own vows while looking into your eyes, making you cry.
Zenitsu:
This is probably the happiest day of Zenitsu's life. No cap.
He tries to have the best wedding either of you have ever seen, complete with all your friends and family in attendance. Kaigaku came too, but only because of Jigoro. You both got married at a shrine near the ex-pillar's home and had the afterparty in the peach orchard. To your surprise, Kaigaku was cordial to the both of you (and even had a wedding gift of his own). It just made Zenitsu's day even better, even if the man was only doing it to be polite. The entire day was like a dream, from the ceremony to the evening.
Inosuke:
Inosuke doesn't really know much about marriage (his solution was to consummate it and mark each other to signify your 'wedded' status), but he agrees to a small shrine wedding with your friends.
Neither of you dress up past with what you already have, and the service is incredibly casual, but neither of you care. You both know you want to spend the rest of your lives together (however short or long they may be), and that's enough for you. Later, Inosuke takes you to where he grew up and 'introduces' you to his 'mother's' remains. A little unsettling, knowing that you're talking to bones, but Inosuke seems really proud to be holding your hand and showing you off to his 'mother'.
Giyuu:
Once again, Giyuu had to make sure your parents were on-board with you marrying him. It was more for his peace of mind than anything else, considering your parents already supported you two 100%.
The two of you got married at a small shrine near your home, surrounded by your friends and family (Giyuu had shyly invited Tanjiro and Urokodaki, the cutie). The afterparty was even more fun, held at your family's home. You got to formally meet his mentor, who reminded you of your grandpa. Giyuu was so happy to have him there, especially when his mentor mentioned how proud he was of both of you.
Kyojuro:
You both plan the wedding with his brother, who's super excited to be involved. He's nicknamed you 'onee-san' and is practically your adopted brother already at this point, so it would feel empty without him.
You invite your friends and family to the wedding and you have a great time. You made sure that Shinjuro felt included, even if he was grumpy (but marginally less so than usual). Despite how he outwardly acted, he did once confide in you that he was proud of his son and was happy to have you as family. You promptly teared up and hugged him.
Muichiro:
The two of you were super busy in planning your wedding. Luckily, your friends were a big help.
You both got married at a shrine near Muichiro's home with your friends in attendance. All day he wore a happy expression, especially after your vows were recited. When you asked him about it later, he said it was one of the happiest days of his life, and that he wished his family could've been there to see it.
Shinobu:
The butterfly girls were a big help in planning the wedding, since both you and Shinobu tended to be pretty busy. You invited all of your friends, planning to have a quiet ceremony around the estate. The triplets were especially excited to be your bridesmaids.
You both got married at a shrine in the estate. Shinobu looked more beautiful than ever (and just as happy), and during the afterparty, she gave you a present -- your own butterfly hairpin in shades of (f/c). You were so touched that you started crying (thank the Maker for waterproof makeup). You proceeded to wear it proudly in your hair, not taking it off until your bath that night.
Gyomei:
You had very little time to plan the wedding, but luckily for you, your parents helped you out by planning most of it.
You got married at the little shrine near your home, surrounded by your friends and family. Gyomei couldn't stop crying through the ceremony, although his tears did slow at the afterparty. Your parents were beaming through the entire thing, already taking to calling Gyomei their son (and embarrassing you with sentimental speeches).
Sanemi:
The two of you planned the wedding as soon as possible. With some reluctance, Sanemi allowed Genya to be a part of it, which the boy was endlessly grateful for.
You got married surrounded by your friends (Genya invited Tanjiro and his friends, so he wouldn't be awkwardly alone). Sanemi was soft through the whole affair, his usual tough look replaced by a doting expression towards you. He even admitted to Genya that he didn't hate him so much at the afterparty (with the help of some alcohol). He avoided your encouraging grin with an embarrassed look afterwards, though.
Akaza:
The two of you got married near your home, just the two of you. Even though it was a little lonely, Akaza was happy that it was such an intimate affair. You had borrowed some clothes from one of your friends and enlisted Akaza's help in making your dinner. After the quiet ceremony at a shrine where you properly recited your vows, you went out to have a picnic on your favorite spot on the cliff.
Douma:
The two of you got married at his estate, surrounded by your friends and family (and his trusted cultists). It was a fun ceremony and an even better afterparty. Your oldest boy gave his blessing to Douma. Even though the man was a good century older, he appreciated the gesture and promised to treat you well. Shinobu had politely declined your invitation to come, as even though she was happy for your marriage, she still held resentment against Douma.
Kokushibo:
Eventually, you did tell your parents about your impending marriage. They were promptly pissed (and rightfully so, all things considered) that you were marrying a Kizuki, and declared that you were on your own with it. You just packed a bag and went to your aunt for help from then on. Even she was apprehensive when she saw your fiance, but she helped you regardless.
The two of you got married at the shrine at your aunt's, and surprise surprise, your parents were in attendance as well as your other family and friends. Your father begrudgingly admitted that he wanted the best for you and finally accepted the marriage, giving Kokushibo his blessing. It was so touching that you got a little emotional, especially when Kokushibo looked your father in the eye and pledged that he would treat you well (his use of 'tsuma' made you swoon).
Muzan:
With your parents' support, you began planning the wedding. (Really, you planned two -- one for your family, and one just for him and his minions. You were still so surprised that he wanted his Upper Five to attend, but he seemed pleased with it, so you let it go.) Luckily for both of you, they agreed to your want of a night wedding, not even bothering to question it.
The two of you first got married at twilight at the little shrine near your parents' home. You were surrounded by your friends and family, and it was a lovely, intimate ceremony. The second one was at his fortress, with his Upper Five and Nakime attending. It was a little awkward and scary to have them kneeling before you as you recited your vows, but in the end, they didn't attack you, instead treating you with polite respect. The only one who approached you cheerfully was Douma, and even then, he kinda creeped you out. (Akaza promptly dragged him off, looking pissed, and Kokushibo just closed his eyes in silent resignation.)
Yoriichi:
The two of you had a quiet wedding, surrounded by your family and both of your friends. You got married at the shrine near your home, and Yoriichi couldn't stop smiling the whole time -- his eyes especially got soft when he was looking at you.
The afterparty was fantastic, too. Your friends kept congratulating you and pitching in to give you a gift of money to help out with your new life together. Both of you tried to refuse, but Sumiyoshi and Suyako are very stubborn when they want to be (plus, Sumire gave you both an adorable baby pout).

A/N: 'Tsuma' is essentially calling someone 'wife', but with a little more affection than 'Yome'.
