"Y-Yeah...." Orangusnake nodded. "I-I really liked it......"

That was the pure truth. That kiss was so passionate... It communicated their feelings....

He loved every second of it, and was disappointed when they had to stop.

Adorabat and Badgerclops had only made it worse with their snide and playful comments.

"Oh, looks like our plan worked Adorabat! They're together now!"

"Yay! Mao Mao and Orangusnake, sitting on a tree!"

"S-O-P-U-F-F-Y!"

"S-Shut it!" Mao Mao had fervently denied.

"N-O! W-A-Y! NO WAY!" Badgerclops sang evilly.

Mushrooms, when did Badgerclops get so cruel?

"S-So," Mao Mao finally spoke up. "S-See you tomorrow I guess?"

"I-I suppose so..." the captain nodded. "B-Bye..."

"B-Bye..." Mao Mao waved as the hybrid turned to head for his ship-

He suddenly turned back and hugged him again, surprising the hero.

"If I ever hurt your feelings, tell me during our dates," he mumbled to the feline. "Let's be honest to each other from now on okay? I don't want you to get hurt."

Mao Mao's eyes widened in shock, before they softened and he hugged back, "T-Thank you so much....."

"I-It's fine...." Orangusnake replied.

Eventually, they went back to their own homes, content about the night.
