"W-Who are you?!" Adorabat demanded, trying to hide the fear ingrained in her tone. 

"My name is nothing important," he shot back ambiguously, taking out a sword. "What is important is for your mentors to die." 

"W-What?!" they gasped. No no, they couldn't die! They wouldn't! Not if they had anything to say about it!

"Let them go!" Adorabat charged at the strange figure, her determination at its peak once more. She had to save her mentors! No matter what! No matter how tired she was! She was a hero, after all! She had to keep going at all costs! She could worry about her health later! 

The figure just rolled his eyes, choosing to hit her across her face, sending her to a wall. He was a bit disgusted how she could act so optimistic like that. It was so abhorrable. 

"Argh..." she hissed angrily, struggling to get up. She couldn't lose! 

The man smirked arrogantly, moving to stab her until Bella bit his leg. 

"YEOUCHHHHHH!!!!!!" he screeched in pain, stumbling back out of reflex. 

Adorabat didn't waste time. She got back up as soon as she could and pounced on him again, punching, kicking and scratching as much as she could. This was for Mao Mao and Badgerclops! Ha! Take that!

Bella was also helping, kicking her with her hooves with power. However, they differed because of their motive. The bat was doing this for justice; she was doing it for revenge. She was angry, yes, but she was also vengeful. She was ready to keep hitting him if it hurt. Something that she was sure Adorabat would disagree with. 

However, the man was not pleased with this turn of events, "Enough! I'm tired of all this insanity!" 

Then, to their shock and horror, he took out a remote and pressed a button. 

This button lowered the cage more. 

"NO!" Adorabat yelled, her eyes filled with terror and fear. 

"N-NO..." Bella whispered, clearly terrified of this. 

What were they supposed to do now?.....
