A jump, and Cyber Clyde Clawberry was wide awake. In the middle of his nap. The waning sun could be seen from his window as it began its slow descent to the other side of the world, lighting the sky with orange and purple colours. 

However, poor Cyber was not focused on that. 

His breathing was erratic. His head felt like it was underwater. He struggled to gain control of the whispers in his head, saying that he should be alone.... Never to find a bride for himself.... All because of his cybernetics..... It was something he loved...

But he wanted love too....

He couldn't forsake his passion for someone who would hate him anyway....

His dilemma circled his head like that. Taunting him. Laughing at him. Sneering. 

Fresh tears fell down his cheeks. What was he to do? Was he actually going to be alone for eternity? Was he destined this way? Was there even anyone out there who could understand him?

Was there?! 

"Cyber sweetie?" a new voice cut through the fog in his head clearly, making him look up to see his mother, the great Willow Sora Clawberry, standing there. 

"M-Mother!" he went stiff, terror pulsing through his veins. No no no! His mother had seen his weakness! His cousin had learnt to be a terrifying villainess through her. Who knows what she could do to him-

"Cyber, are you okay?" she repeated, a bit more firm in her tone. She did not like seeing her son this way. It broke her heart in many ways. 

"....... No," the wolf finally sighed. "I'm not. I was just thinking about romance..." 

She exhaled softly, "I see. Well, you can go roam around for blood, if you want." 

"T-Thank you, Mother," he cracked a smile at her before getting up to prepare for his outing. 

His mother just chuckled. Something in her told her that her son might end up finding love this outing. 

It was just a few miles after leaving his home when Cyber saw him. 

Even in his bat form, Cyber had to admit that the blush on his face was really really obvious, so he opted to land and transform in a secluded area before finding the badger who caught his eye, even a few miles away. 

He was sipping contently, so freely, as if he didn't have a care of the world. Cyber had to admit that he envied him for that. 

But that was not his main reason. 

No, the main reason was because of the robotic arm he owned. 

Someone... Someone who is just like me.... He flushed to himself. 

It made him feel like he was on cloud nine-

"Hey, you okay, dude?" 

"GAH!" Cyber nearly hit his head on the tree, spinning around just to see the male he had been spying on just a few minutes ago. 

"Woah, you okay?" he asked once more, helping the wolf up. 

"Y-Y-Yeah," he nodded, though his eyes were now on the badger's neck. If I could get to his neck....

"Great!" he smiled at the wolf, causing a blush once more. "Anyway, hi there! I'm Badgerclops!" 

"I-I'm Cyber!" he introduced himself as well. "N-Nice to meet you!" 

"Same here," Badgerclops grinned. "I noticed your cybernetics, and I have to admit, yours are awesome!" 

At that, Cyber went tomato red. His cybernetics? Awesome? SAVE HIS SOUL PLEASE!

"T-Thank you," he managed. 

"No worries! Anyway, I have to go now. My friends are probably waiting for me! We'll meet again soon, I hope?" He turned to leave. 

"W-WAIT!" 

When Badgerclops turned around in surprise, he felt two fangs sink themselves into his neck, causing him to feel dizzy. 

The only thing that he saw (which would soon be locked away from his memories alongside anything else that hinted at Cyber being a vampire) was Cyber, standing there with a soft smile. 

"You stole my heart, Badgerclops. Now, it's time for me to win your heart." 

Then, black. 

Three days. 

Cyber has only three days to win the badger's heart. 

Will he succeed? 

Or will he fail and lose his immortality forever?
