Leader of the Irish gang in the county,he planned to get rid of the leaders he doesn't like,but that's on hold as he has other problems like the Chicago Police is after him,and another Irish gang he was once part of

5: the Masked

His skin was burnt during the Korean War and he wears a mask to hide his scar,people would make fun of him,so he planned to take over the county and burn it down with his gang

A underboss for the yakuza(Japanese Mafia),he is a kind hearted person,looking for peace though the fights he had face,now planing to have the county for his gang,he planned to retire and have a family,but he hope that a Oni (Good Demon) is on his side
